Soooo, I absolutely love this plqce. I got the pho to go, but it was plenty as you can tell and the gave me lots of broth. The banh mi sandwich is to die for and the bubble teas are delightful. The only reason I gsce it 4 stars is because theyre slow in preparing, but its so good, I keep going back.

Aspara not only has great food, but great people too! Im never disappointed when I eat here, the bubble tea is always fantastic, and the polite staff really make you feel welcome. Keep up the great work guys and Ill see you again soon!!

Today was my first experience with Vietnamese food, and man was it great! First of all, when you walk in I immediately got a cozy feel. The girl at the register was very nice and greeted me warmly. Id never been there, so I had questions about their menu. She was very patient and helped me navigate the menu and choose a dish. Never once did I get the feeling like I was annoying her (which is the usual reaction I get when asking for assistance.)I ended up ordering the beef Pho and an order of fried rice. The prices are a little steep when you first look at the menu, but the portions were huge and completely worth every penny!! The food was piping hot, delicious, and everyone there was so nice. I ended up taking the rice to go because it was just too much for me hahaha. A++ place, I highly recommend it and Ill be going there again soon!

I didnt take a picture of the other food because alot of the liquid was in the bottom of the bag. They should have put it in a bowl instead of in the plate. The food was good. I didnt like the tea. I would go back but try something different.

Absolutely must try. The pho was amazing. Apsara noodle soup was great too. The bahn mi was too die for. The refresher and bubble tea was great. Huge selection and very filling. Nailed our cravings, left feeling stuffed, have leftovers for later, and all at an amazing price. We will be back for more!

I have been going here for a while now. I don’t ever usually leave reviews. But this place deserves it! The food is always so good. I usually get the pho, and the spring rolls. The peanut sauce is amazing! I tried the Cambodian iced coffee as well and it was also delicious. Definitely a little overpriced for how small the drink was, but still absolutely amazing. The drive through makes it so easy to pick up to-go’s, and I have never waited more than 10 min for an order! The staff is always so nice as well. I wish this place got more recognition especially being in an area where there is not many food options for people who enjoy these type’s of dishes. It’s one of my favorite restaurants.

I really wanted to like the bubble tea here, but its just not good. Ive tried 4 different teas and theyve all been mostly foam and ice. The tea is very thick and milkshaky. Save yourself the money and do not order boba here.

The Cambodian Iced Coffee is AMAZING!! The drive thru is very slow. Even when you call ahead, it takes a long time to get your order.

This place doesnt deserve even 1 star. I been a regular for months and always order the same dish. But this particular day I wanted to try something different to take for my lunch for work. I never check my order because they always have exactly what I order. So when I went to lunch at work I open the plate and it had egg in the dish and the rice noodles were over cooked. Im a vegan so I dont eat egg. According to the description it didnt state it had egg. Long story short. Their customer service is terrible.Because ultimately nothing was done for my inconvenience.

It’s sooooo good. And the service is above and beyond. They re cooked my husbands food just bc he heard he was on a diet and needed something a little less sweet. So Very extremely kind.

Twice I have been here for Baba tea. Twice I have asked for half sweetened Boba tea. It is so sweet that it sickens my stomach. I will never go back here again. I just threw away $5!!!!

Tried this place again and had the Pho and the kids had the chicken wings and fries and bubble teas. Pho was delicious and I especially like that they give you the broth and all the meat, herbs, noodles etc separate so you can build your own bowl. The wings were good and the kids really enjoyed try the bubble teas. Very nice people. I highly recommend!

I love the Boba Tea. I actually tried the Watermelon flavor and it was Amazing. I am a Travel Agent and I do Market Research for my clients and this was an Amazing Experience. We will be coming back. Phenomenal food. Delicious. Pho was very flavorful. All meat in all the meals we ordered was thinly sliced and perfectly cooked. Fried rice was well done. All vegetables finely chopped. All ingredients fresh. Bubble tea was good. Customer service was good. Atmosphere- so cute. May take a little while to get your food but it’s worth it. The food was so good it begs to be a higher end restaurant. Adorable pastries that I plan on trying next. All our food made us feel full, happy and energized, versus oily, heavy and depressing. I plan on bringing family and friends here in the future.

We ordered to go for the first time yesterday. We moved from California to Mississippi and the one thing we missed was the PHO restaurants. This food is so good we are headed right back there again today.

Apsara cafe has coffee, all kinds of smoothies, bubble teas. The lunch menu are made to order, look them up.

Brought my son in for lunch. We both had the shrimp, chicken, and beef fried rice. We both enjoyed it blverymuch. Everything is cooked to order so a wait might be in store.

I found this place searching for Pho near me in Olive Branch. Dont let the small size of the restaurant fool you - they have wonderful food and coffee and the service is friendly and fast! I ordered two Beef Pho and Veggie Lo Mein around 11:30a for pick up and it was ready before I got there. The pho is the best blend of savory with a touch of sweet and you can add as little or as much spice to taste. The lo mein has a wonderful light, savory sauce with plenty of vegetables to fill you up (but the unaltered menu selection includes hearty beef for carnivores :) Serving sizes are generous and prices are fair. I highly recommend!

Finally caught this place OPEN having stopped during Covid and theyd always be closed. Ordered pho. Broth was GREAT and the soup components very good. Problem was with the noodles, which appeared to have been microwaved to death just before serving. They were a solid mass of extremely hot, stuck together noodles that were nearly impossible to separate. (I do give them props for serving all the components separately though. Good pho - just dont microwave the noodles!

This place is one of the most under rated restaurants in OB. Every thing is delicious but I think Pho is the favorite.

I stopped by here for lunch and wanted to support local. I called in the order and when I got there the good was ready. Great service. The cashier was friendly. The Apsara reminded me of our vietnamese dish Hu Tieu. It was good. I also got my bubble tea kick and ordered the milk tea. I was happy with my lunch.

I love the Chicken Thigh with rice. Huge portions with quality meats. Several notches above a typical Asian food eatery - I even put the pho on the level I’m accustomed to in Japan when I visit.

Wish I could give this place ten stars. Absolutely could not wait to make this review. Was hesitant to try Apsara but was beyond pleasantly surprised. Service is prompt and kind. Store is very clean. Food is ON POINT. The Mee Ka Tang was authentic down to the condiments served on the side (chili sauce is a must). Will be back on a regular basis. Please support this small business! Cannot wait to eat here again.

We went there tonight. We came in close to closing. Most restaurants don’t want to fool with you near closing, but they were all very courteous and polite and happy that we were there. The food was really good too😀.

Went in right about 6 on Sunday ( had no idea they were closed 😐) but they let us in anyways and told us to order. We had a few of there signatures smoothies which were yummy. We also ordered the egg rolls and Vietnamese sandwiches which were authentic and delicious. I highly recommend them for a quick fix on authentic Asian drinks and food. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! Great food. Clean environment. Friendly staff. I give them a 5 ⭐️.

Pretty disappointed to be leaving a one star review to a new business, but unfortunately, that was the level of service I received. It took 45 minutes to receive my order, and it was only after I reminded them that I hadnt gotten my food that they checked with the kitchen. If it was extremely busy, I could understand, but there were only four other customers the entire time I was there, two of whom I ended of commiserating with, as they also had a long wait on their orders. If there was any offer of apology from management, I would be inclined to forget about it and move on. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wont be returning.

Did the drive thru to get a smoothie, I got to say this was horrible service. Left me sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes, then the girl finally came to the window to tell me she forgot about me and my smoothie, she put my smoothie in the freezer. Been at this establishment since they open. The smoothie was made wrong and got to say I am not going back.

Price is nice and so are the staff. Food was fine. Had the Pho and.a Kolache. However they are coping with their recent success right now so things are a little slow coming out of the kitchen. I will be back.

5 stars for the noodle soups, doughnuts, bubble tea, bahn mi sandwich and pork chop with rice, egg and pickled vegetables. All the ingredients are fresh and fine quality. 0 stars for service which badly needs coordination. I got my pho first then there was about a 10 to 15 wait between each of our other 3 dishes. I didnt get my unsweet tea until the last in our party got their food and then only because I asked. My daughters bubble tea came out last when she was almost through with her food. The only critique of the food is that my daughters beef and brocolli had no sauce and was dry. There was only one other party of 3 adults, a young child and an infant in the restaurant. Im so happy to have this cafe nearby and Id hate service to be their demise when as a whole their food is outstanding. I also think that 4.25 is outrageous for a glass of plain unsweet tea.

Tried the coffee and donuts and they were... Meh. Go somewhere that can specialize in the dish /entrée /goal. This place is a hodge podge. Perhaps their pho is better, but now Im not sure if I want to try it.
