This is the worst Starbucks ever. Not sure if they are short staffed, or just incompetent but if Chik fil a can get you through a drive through Starbucks should as well. Omg, it took 37 minutes to get one coffee, that’s it, one coffee. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait a long time. First time was 35 minutes, but wanted to give a second chance. Not gonna be a third chance. Top it off, girl at the window was rude. Good customer service is just a thing of the past.

We had jessica as our barista and I’m so glad they have nice and efficient workers at this location. She was such a sweet person. Looking forward to paying this location another visit

I’ve never had a problem out of this staff before until today. My usual order is a coffee, ham & Swiss croissant with a cheese danish. I usually add caramel drizzle and cinnamon sprinkles to it. She said that they couldn’t do it (even though everything at Starbucks is modified drinks and snacks) so I asked for it in a cup. Instead of putting the cinnamon and caramel in a cup, she put the whole danish in the cup. Don’t know if she was trying to be ignorant or just didn’t understand me.

Due to the shortage, they used some substitute for the Caramel Macchiato that tasted like nail polish, it was strong and not pleasant. I kindly asked for an exchange or refund. They were kind and said they would make something else, but it never came - it was a waste of $5 ...Their friends were at the counter so it was hard for me to get their attention, I just left. Never really have a good experience at this location.

Drink was good but this store is a mess. Slow on pre orders. Stock just sitting in the sitting area not put away. They told us they were out of certain flavors but I can see the box with the item. Need more closing shift help to put away stock.

This Starbucks needs more employees. The inside seems to always be closed. I just called and he said three people quit yesterday. I would love for the drive through to be designed better. They really need more employees that like their job. I hope you all get what you need to be successful.

Not my normal location, but I was in the area a couple days ago and ordered a cold brew and cappuccino via the app to be picked up in the drivethru.Disappointed that the cappuccino was barely more than half full, and the vanilla sweet cream cold brew was not as flavorful as the same drink I’ve had at other Starbucks locations.

Whats the standard Starbucks, what made this better than normal was the staff. They were polite and helpful. I was needing to stay till The very last minute to complete a project. They did not make me feel awkward or pressured when the time came for them to close up.

With covid and shipping restrictions iys been extremely slow but its still great service and the best coffee

Always a long wait every bit of 25-30 minute wait time. Always good beverages and decent customer though. Although sometimes they put too much ice in the cups. They should really consider opening the door back up to keep down on traffic and wait time.

Nice employees that did a good job with the orders.. However, drive thru service was pretty slow. I waited in line for almost 25 minutes and there were cars out in the middle of the road waiting for their chance to order as well. The parking lot needs to be expanded because that small area is horrible if you get a nice amount of customers flowing in.

Everyone was so friendly at this location. Drinks were perfect.

Great food and drinks. But this is the worlds slowest Starbucks. Generally takes about 30-40 min to get through the drive up. Mobile orders aren’t ready in the time given. Starbucks has great coffee. But the service here is the slow. Used to be better but seems like it gets slower every week.

They took 20 minutes to get our drinks, gave people they’re drinks that came in behind us, and the employees weren’t smiling like I expect them to be so my experience was terrible.

Slowest Starbucks ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. They NEVER have any crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch frappe. Not to mention I ask for no whip and still end up with whip. Employees are friendly but the establishment is not good with inventory apparently.

If I could give zero stars I would. We asked for black coffee, we asked is it fresh, the lady said yes. Coffee was cold, we complained to manager he says we can tae our complain and problems some where, as if I am begging for coffee for free, you guys charged me 2.36 and with kid incorrect placed. It spilled on us, luckily it wasn’t hot or it would have burnt us, If it would have been someone else there would have been law suit against them. But I don’t believe in free stuff but neither do I believe in charity. We own lot of business if I had manager this kind he would have been fired instantly.

Drive through moved quickly even though it was very busy. Staff were friendly and my order was correct.

Coffee is always good I can never complain

I know it’s *just coffee* but their service has declined tremendously in the last few months. Outrageously long waits, online ordering is RARELY available, lobby is closed at times... Can’t wait for the Dunkin’ Donuts to open so I can finally get sugar free coffee again.

This location has been fine in the past, but lately either the drive-through line is out and around to the street while the employees chat and make drinks at a leisurely pace, or the location is closed during posted business hours. This location is the closest to most of my errands and shopping, I just wish it were reliable - a couple weeks ago I was in the car line for an hour!

Not my best experience here today. Ordered ahead via app. Arrived when the order was supposed to be ready and waited. They sent out my coffee and then told me they had no plain bagels. I asked if they had a different bagel and they had to check at which point they found a plain bagel that I had to wait to be toasted. Then I had to ask for a drink tray to carry my three drinks. Usually the staff has been super friendly and helpful but they were having a bad day today.

Slow, been out of lemonade and strawberry infusion for two weeks now. I always ask for lite ice but they always give me a lot.

Im in line with several of the other reviews here in regards to the drive-thru being way too long of a wait. The cars are literally wrapped all the way around the building onto the street at all times and barely moves. people are basically begging this place to take their money but they obviously dont have enough staff or good enough staff to get the customers pushed through. Ive been coming here regularly for a year now and it hasnt changed. Id give efficiency a zero.

Two stars for the young man who was polite. The two female staff members I interacted with were fairly rude. They were “out” of the first two things I wanted and a whole stockpile of unopened items in the corner.

Takes WAAAAAY to long in the drive thru! And going inside isnt ideal with 2 babies in tow. Ive found its just not worth the hassle at all. Most of the employees are great and very friendly but the one lady- I believe shes a manager- is extremely rude. We wont be back to this location.

They close early every day while the app shows open. Drive there says open to 9:30 and they ain’t taking orders at 8:58.

These guys go above and beyond every time! From the smiles and genuine thoughtfulness to the Puppicinos! If it wasnt for the Puppicinos, I probably wouldnt be drinking as much coffee, but its so much fun to just tell the dog we are going to Starbucks and watch how excited he gets! Im glad they put up with us every week because it makes me smile and laugh every time!

I used to go here much more than I do now, but it’s nice to go and be refreshed with the nice, gentle service I have always gotten. The parking lot is small, but they are efficient so it makes up for it. I love that it’s close to the park too.

I absolutely love this place! They make my coffee the best out of any other Starbucks in Desoto county. They are fast and friendly.

Got a Venti, Caramel, Frappuccino this morning and had to throw it out. Tasted like a cleaning fluid was mixed in it, so much so I couldnt even taste the Caramel! Very disappointed!

The employees do a great job of working with customers and are super nice. My only complaint is that the older gentleman that works there can be pretty short and come off as rude, I’ve had multiple people agree with me on this and know exactly who i’m referring to.

Really needs bigger parking lot, or designed drive-thru. Have been out of Chocolate Milk for about 1 week now,The 4 year old is not happy!I truly think StarBucksIs way over priced & way way over rated!Every once In a while i will have a large Americano.I also dont like the lingo!

The slowest drive-through line I’ve ever been in.

I ordered the medicine ball and it was horrible, the worst drink Ive ever tasted.

Overall at this location I must compliment the staff for their welcoming demeanor.  They are friendly and engaging. The wait time to receive your drink is nominal and at times theres a rush but the staff do a good job of working through it.  The store is clean and well maintained. The location is fairly easy to get in and out of from the main road with limited traffic. Id recommend stopping in for a drink or a small bite to eat.

Very nice employees here. They have a table outside where you can pick up mobile orders. It was an easy experience and Im grateful for the way theyre handling things right now.

Love the new store! The layout is great, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Most people seem to prefer the drive through here. Every time I have gone, there were only one or two other people in line inside the store.

Was so glad to see this place. Got the hot cafe mocha. Was awesome as always. Friendly staff with fast service. A little tricky to get to from the road but easy to exit. Also, might not see from the highway.

I just left here and they are rude, I understand they are busy but they are unprofessional. I ordered ahead on the app and when I got there I had to instruct them on how to make my drink. I selected extra and the put less than the normal amount and when I corrected them they became rude and hostile.

15 minutes for a coffee. I tried this location 5 days in a row and it was consistently slow. This location needs a dedicated machine for the drive through traffic to smooth the flow inside the store.

I was in line for 40 minutes

Initially the workers seem nice and they are very quick with getting your order together. However I place the order online and once I went over to pick it up the young man immediately walk over to me and told me hey know thats for Joey Young... As if he already knew who Joey Young was and what Joey Young looked like.... since it was pastries... Before I pick them up I told him exactly what was in the bag and that yes I am Joey even though I know I dont look like a baby kangaroo... I guess he thought because Im a black woman theres no way my name could be Joey.

Just went in to get a present and gift 🎁 card. Got what I went for and the receiver of the 🎁 seemed very happy!

Absolutely love this location. Drinks taste amazing. Customer service was spot on. A sweet lady even paid for my order when my card got declined.

Always amazing people. Kind, friendly. Amazing drinks, of course. Can be slower for the drive thru. Expect to take 10 minutes to go through the line and more if a busy time. So dont go through if in a rush. Would take less time to park on the street and go inside.

We came in, and were able to look at the menu for an appropriate amount of time before our order was taken. The cashier had good energy. I liked the exposed ceiling motif. Very trendy.

Never had a bad experience til yesterday, I Ordered a drink and came out tasting like water STRAIGHT WATER they took a really long time to charge me for my drinks. I understand they could’ve been busy but at least if I’m waiting that long I want my drink to taste like something I didn’t taste it til I was on my way back home. I didn’t wanted to waste my gas and take it Back to the store so I just decided to throw it to the trashcan the services wasn’t even nice 🤦‍♂️

I thought Starbucks sold smoothies. Took my daughter for her birthday waited in line over 20 minutes just to be told they dont serve smoothies. My feelings were hurt.

Order ahead with it being the only location in Olive Branch..besides Target. The drive thru is packed most of the time.

Amazing staff and quality

I mean, its a Starbucks. The staff have always been nice, and the drinks arent bad either. For a chain, uou could consider a Starbucks a five out of five. But I have to compare it to other coffee shops in Memphis, and Starbucks, through no real fault of their own, never really delivers anything that will blow my mind.

I love every single staff member! They all remember my order and they all greet me with a smiling face every time! They truly are all hard workers and always start my day off great!

Drive through coffee run for a team of ten with diverse tastes and the baristas handled it flawlessly. All the drinks were good and service was much faster than I would have expected on such a big order. Much appreciated!

Horrible service. People who came in and ordered after us got their things before us. When we finally got our order the shots were dead. Not only that the girl looked at us and said I dont know which is which you will have to figure it out good luck. I didnt pay 16.02 for this

Poorly designed location. The drive through backs up and blocks the whole driveway access so you cant even get in to park. This is a regular situation.
