Made 3 appointments to take my 2nd dose of the covid vaccine and u even call before going and i have gone 3 time and when i get their they say they dont have any more vaccine

Very easy to see this place from the street.I did not have a problem with this location. I was able to find some snacks and everything I was looking for. They had two cashiers checking people out. Customers are fine.

10+ of snow has got everyone trapped indoors.Been COVID positive for a week, coughing up my lungs. And trying to get my scripts filled....AND THEY SHOW ON GOOGLE THAT THEYRE TEMPORARILY CLOSED, BUT YET THEY WERE INFACT OPEN.I REALLY COULD HAVE USED MY SCRIPTS A COUPLE DAYS AGO!!

Poor pharmacy customer service. they all have a huge attitude issue.

This Walgreens has always had a really great pharmacy staff and better than average floor staff. Safe location that is easy to see from major roads, clean, and polite. Around two decades of using it and rarely disappointed.

The pharmacy staff was very rude. A young blonde women and an older blonde women, they were rude and just wanted to argue about nothing. I see why the pharmacy is empty and the one at Goodman and Craft is always packed.

This is a nice Walgreens. It is generally clean and well stocked. The staff is generally helpful. The parking is good. Access to the store can be tough because it only has one access from a major street and the other is thru a winding side road and not directly into the store.

I thought about using this Walgreen but after seeing all these negative reviews, I think I will go somewhere else. Thanks guys for the heads up seems like whoever working in pharmacy with the blond her should be fired..

Very rude staff and the Pharmacist with blonde hair is the Queen of rudeville. She is very unprofessional and needs to work desperately on her people skills. I believe the other staff see this and feed off of her which makes this a toxic environment for all.

Prescription is NEVER ready when they say it will be! The pharmacy is always under staffed. They are not helpful and make it difficult to use a discount card. If your system tells me my prescription will be ready at a certain time then thats when it should be ready! On multiple occasions, they have been out of stock for several different medications. Seriously poor management of their pharmacy department. I never have any trouble when not using the pharmacy, quick lines and friendly service for anything other than the pharmacy. Switching to Kroger ASAP!

Ms Washington was one of the rudest people I have met in a long time. She doesnt need to be dealing with customers or people doing business with Walgreens.

Every time Ive been there recently there is a long, slow line at the checkout. Need better staffing during peak hours.

Pharmacy is sooo SLOW! Be sure to have plenty of gas if you use the drive-thru. Busy is no excuse. Hire another pharmacist if thats what it takes to fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. The girl helping me was rude and couldnt care a less. It was so bad I asked for my prescription back because I didnt trust her with it. When I asked for my prescription she said No, you cant have it back. At that point I was in tears and demanded it back. Its really sad that someone like that is working with people who are sick and need medicine. I will never use this pharmacy.

Worst Walgreens drive thru pharmacy that Ive ever been to in my entire life. I was told to come back twice and I waited over an hour and a half for one prescription to be filled. Pharmacy staff were rude and inconsiderate. The staff helped other cars in the first lane who came after me, even though I was there before them. I thought I could go to my neighborhood Walgreens but it turns out that Ill just have to keep driving out to the Walgreens on Craft rd. I will never ever return and I hope that if youre reading this, you will heed my warning.

I’ve lived in several states and I’ve always used Walgreens. This is by far the WORST one I’ve encountered. I’ve been given the wrong medication, watched their staff keep costumers waiting while idly chatting, sometimes I’ve been asked for ID, and sometimes not. I hate to switch pharmacies, but I’ve had enough.
