We renovated our kitchen in June 2021. Our counter tops were fabricated and installed by Pro-stone. They did an amazing job from sales to installation. The sales team was knowledgeable, and the installers were professional and clean up when they finished . Our kitchen looks fabulous!! I highly recommend the Pro Stone team! We had an absolutely great experience from beginning to end working with the team at Pro Stone. We got quotes from 4 other contractors and they were significantly lower on the bids. Julio was great to work with in helping with selecting our new countertops, and communicated with us every step of the way through the entire install process. The tear out team was in and out quickly and left the kitchen just as they found it. Were remodeling our bathroom later this year and we will definitely go back and work with them. We had a small job - granite hearth for $500, but still got great service and value. The granite hearth fit like a glove and looks great. Showroom service was friendly and efficient, quickly understanding what we were looking for and taking us right to good candidates. Documentation and communication on the purchase and installation were thorough and effective, using email, text and telephone. Scheduling was timely and accurate. All commitments were met. Service at our home was friendly and professional.

I read a bunch of reviews that were positive for the company. These are the issues I had. From the sales employee not giving us all the paperwork until we had to email repeatedly. Then the excessive amount of time for them to process the hearth slab. Then the notice that it’s done and could have been three weeks to install. Luckily Cody stepped in to help rectify the install. Only to have the hearth show up not constructed per the order. The installers had to put the profile on the slab because of a mix up in the shop. The pre measurement of the opening was off on one side. The measurement called for a quarter inch difference from one side to the other. The hearth now shows after being installed that was incorrect. It should of had a straight cut. After nine hours I have a hole in the caulk on one side I will have to fill.After a long conversation with Cody working through my issues. I feel the response from the management team was way more than I expected. We went through the process of the order start to finish and discussed each part of the situation.Even though the project didn’t go well after the phone call. I felt a renewed confidence that I would put Pro Stone back on the list of companies to consider for future projects.

From start to finish, weve had a great experience with ProStone. Our contractor recommended them and they have been great to work with. The show room and warehouse tour gave us a great idea of what our project would look like, and they let us take a couple of large samples home to see how the counter tops would look. All of the logistics (initial and final measurement) were performed on time, and the counter tops were delivered and installed several days before we expected! The fit and finish of the counter tops is spectacular and we are thrilled with the results. All of the people at Pro Stone were professional and courteous, a pleasure to work with.

It a shame there is no negative stars....Bad sales and customer service!We are building a new house and the builder recommended them. We have had numerous issues with all the cabinets and granite. Do yourself a favor and go some place else where you will get better quality and service for your money.

Had pro stone install the cabinets and granite in my home. The job was done professionally and with top quality products. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend them.

Their customer service and follow-through are non-existent! I started out with one sales rep. They emailed me their basic quote. I emailed to request to meet with them to decide specifics etc. No response for almost 3 weeks. Then I called and left three messages in the 2 weeks that followed. I called back and they said someone was supposedly taking over the previous reps clients. Okay great. Met with them. They worked up a very good detailed drawing . I wanted to know how much each room was going to cost so I could decide where I could reduce costs. This seemed to annoy them bc for some reason that is not how they usually do it. She said this would take most of the afternoon to complete, but she would call me the next day. That was over 3 weeks ago! I was completely ready to give them a deposit and call it a go! I went to Batesville Cabinet Company and Architectural Stone Works, who was awesome! I wasted too much time on Pro Stone and now am waiting on my cabinets before we can move into our new house. This may have been a fluke but the results are still the same!

I have used Pro Stone for my counter top needs twice. I recently renovated my kitchen and when I chose Pro Stone it was because of their helpful suggestions for what I was trying to explain what I was looking for. They took me straight to the piece I have envisioned in my head. The quality of the product is top notch and the quality of their preparation of that piece to fit exactly in my house was perfect. The installer were here then they said they would be and went right to work. They did a fantastic job and were very skilled and courteous. A year later I needed another counter top for a cabinet my husband had built. They measured and matched to granite with the existing and had it done and installed in a timely manner. All calls to them were handled with care and efficiency. All who come in want to know where I got them...I smile and say PROSTONE...aren’t they great !!! I love my new kitchen. If you are looking for cabinets or counter tops I would suggest giving ProStone a try. I had no problem and am enjoying this new kitchen every day...especially that first cup of coffee I set down piping hot on my new counter tops...Love the “clink” sound it make...Sandra ColemanSouthaven, MS

As others have noted, customer service is a serious issue. Poor communication, poor explanation of pricing, and paper work/organization is terrible. They couldnt even give me an itemized receipt. They are so bad my GC is no longer using them! Installation of countertop was OK, but they forgot to cut out for an outlet on backsplash, then when they did cut it out it was too small for outlet box. Had to have them come back out a week later to fix so that was frustrating. Overall, I do not recommend.
