Awful service. They gave me a receipt that I couldnt read. I really dont have any idea what or how much I paid for my yogurt. I felt like I was over charged. I asked for a refund and they wouldnt give me my money back!!!! Also I talked to the owner and he gave me the run around about why I couldnt get a refund. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THEIR!!!! NO STARS BAD SERVICE!

My first time ever coming here and it will be my last (at this store). As soon as I walked in, there was a dead roach on the floor not far from all the toppings. When I notified the cashier, she looked over and just nodded?! Tables were not even clean. It wasnt that busy and there were 2 employees, so they could have taken turns to keep thing clean...especially with everything going on. They expect ppl to put on gloves before serving the yogurt and toppings but the toppings bar and tables were dirty anyway so how are they trying to help ppl stay safe?

This location is great! The flavors are always stocked nicely, and there are many different toppings to choose from. All in all, this is a great place to hang out as a family over some quality frozen yogurt.

Staff had 0 personality. All 3 young girls stood at the register with their arms folded - no greeting, no thank you. Nothing. They seemed annoyed that we were even there. The bar was also low on several items.

LOVE the fact there are dairy free options for me! Lately, a lot of soft serve options are down/out. But overall, I love the options.

The little girl that was working today at tcby made my experience horrible. she was very rude to me and my kids. i don’t know her name but she had blonde hair. she was also on her phone the entire time.

Youre able to make your own yogurt just the way you want it

My experience at TCBY was not up to par. There was only one fruit flavor of frozen yogurt, and they had fruit flies on the toppings. When I informed the management about the flies, they told me that happens. I dont understand how they have an A health rating.

Good yoga, interesting flavors and toppings. I preferred Orange Leaf before they closed, but tcby is a suitable replacement. Service is friendly too.

Nice shop. Everything is weighed at the end so pick lighter toppings cause it can get expensive quick... especially if you let your kids go wild

Every time we’re in Olivebrancu we stop and get yogurt, my 2sons and I, so we go in today and the young blonde girl working acts like she’s mad at the world. Rude is an understatement! I get that some young ppl hate to work but if you hate ur job so bad it shows in ur attitude please just quit. I’m not being ugly I promise but geez how hard is it to smile and at least act like u like ur job.

I like their topping choice but I wish they had a wider variety of flavors to choice from.

The frozen yogurt was ok but I feel like Yogurt Mountain has better quality ingredients and toppings.

Dont like sweet stuff, but I like this place, nice people and nice environment.
