Good customer service milkshake had good taste just too much milk. It was almost like drinking nothing but milk with the favor I chose. So basically like cookie n creme milk. Had no texture of shake/ice cream.

Store looks a little old and could probably use a good cleaning of the lobby but the ice cream was very good and me and my friends enjoyed it. We tried lots of different flavors and enjoyed each of them would go back.

Do not ever order a birthday cake from this location! I ordered a large sheet cake to feed 30 people, for which I paid $60. But when a family member picked up the cake, she was given a tiny cake that probably would have fed 8-10 people at most. It took the store over an hour to make the correct cake and it was very sloppy, melting, and looked nothing like the one pictured on the website. I complained to the manager, but she was rude and refused to give any discount on the cake. I will never order anything from them again.

Staff doesnt know how to make teas and milkshakes as advertised. Needs to get it together.

Service was okay! I got pralines and cream and it was a bite frost bitten! You could taste it, you have to careful with ice cream!

This place is pretty good.

Mid afternoon on Friday. We were the only customers. Thats ok. I asked for a hot fudge sundae, whipped cream & nuts of course.I was a bit disappointed in the light serving of the hot fudge sauce. Still within sundae standards but I could have had a bit more on the ice cream.

Ive never had any issues with this store but last night was a little different. When i walked in the music was so loud the very young employees couldnt even hear what i was saying i wanted. When trying to check out there was obviously a transaction on the register that they couldnt take care of, maybe it was the young mens that were visiting with them..so they wanted to ring up one of my items seperately and it was way more than it should have been. Maybe i was paying for someone elses so they could clear the register. I understand hiring teenagers at your small business is the way to go, Ive been that teenager and Ive had to hire that teenager..and they all need that chance BUT they also need to be trained to WORK your business not play and take you for granted..js

The service was excellent,greeted us with a smile and was very patient when my little grandson could not make up his mind, clean facility.

Supppperrrrr rude custom service. Indian girl really tried to yell at me. Do not go to this location. Don’t waste your time and money. Refused to correct me order, give me a refund, or give me the mangers information so I could file a complaint.

This Baskin Robbins going down hill to me. Took me awhile to come back to this location.Husband always ordered the Orea sundae for me. The orea was horribly off brand taste like dish soap, their was no marshmallow topping. I said okay maybe this week is just a bad week. Go back the next week and the same thing happens. It wasnt at all what Im use to tasting. I said something to corporate, however, Ill be spending my money else where.

Do not order anything through Grubhub and expect for your order to be correct from this store. Bad customer service here....

Its a good place to get an assortment of treats. The employees have smiles on their faces and the store has a positive atmosphere.

My favorite ice cream anywhere...but lets talk about the customer service of the girl with the PURPLE hair...my husband request everytime we visit there sometimes every other week, that they put his icecream side by side in the pint cup....this has never been a problem until yesterday...not only was she rude but then she only gave me 3/4 of a full pint....i have the pictures which i will post also...she began 2 mumble under her breath n slam the freezer....then as my husband was leaving, she chose to vent to the next customer about it..such a poor attitude for such a simple request....we drive at least 15 minutes to get there but from now on we will go to collierville...they have a very nice and accommodating staff...
