Professional, courteous, thorough. First time a doctor was able to help my allergies effectively.

Office Staff was professional. The doctor didnt have a great bedside manner. His assessment was too quick to properly determine and resolve the problem. Ive never had a more rushed experience. It was a costly experience. Thankfully there are other caring physicians that can properly diagnose and treat. I would not recommend at all.

The best ENT experience Ive ever had! Ive had nurses and ENT docs actually hurt me when cleaning my right ear, but on this visit the touch was so gentle, I didnt even know she was finished until she moved away. Everyone at the office is very friendly, courteous, and highly professional.

If I could give negative marks I would lied when making the appointment saying they were sending out paper work..did not happen the the Sunday evening when the auto service called the Appointment was at 2:00pm they said when appointment was made(was made with pediatrician not myself) was told 1:45 so my child who has has no earing due to ear Infections over a month has to wait longer because they will on honor there Auto service...the MOST RUDE office people

I had a appointment February 8th . I get there and was told no appointment after waiting two weeks for the appointment. After waiting for the Doctor to come back from Vacation.

Super nice staff, great family feel. I highly recommend their allergy program with under-the-tongue drops instead of shots. I was miserable with allergies, but I did not have time to go to the doctors office for shots due to my work and family responsibilities. The drops can be taken at home--its so easy. I coast through allergy season without a problem now. It is so wonderful to have my quality of life back.

They have removed all of my kids tonsils. Excellent doctors and staff.

Had sinus surgery done by Dr Colvin, he was great and recovery is incredibly fast so far.

The staff is really nice but the wait times are just ridiculous. Went for an appointment was 30 mins early but had to wait 30 mins passed my time to be seen. Went back another time got here again 30 mins early and waited again over 40 mins after my scheduled appointment before I was seen.

I was in serious pain with mouth ulsers. Told the nurse the medication i used for 33 years that helped the pain by numing the ulsers and they would not get me anything that would help. Nurse lied to me about what kind of medicine she would get. I wasted my money on the medicine that didnt work and the so called dr visit. Lost 500$ for taking off work as well.I called their after hours emergency number 6 times with no responce call back at all.Needless to say i had another sleepless night with terriable pain because they would not help me at all. They did take my money though. I could never do a human being as dirty as the female nurse practinier did me at this place. I will never return any business here even if I was on my death bed.

My appointment was supposed to be at 2 they asked me to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work! 45 minutes in the waiting room and I still haven’t seen the doctorHorrible service don’t schedule people if you don’t plan on seeing them when you schedule them for!!!
