My family had the most horrific experience with this Doctor, on yesterday. My daughter went for a routine tonsils and adenoids removal. She was brought out of surgery, still not awake from anesthesia, with a mouth/throat full of blood (not noticed until she began to wake up). It alarmed the nurse and prompted her to get the doctor. Then he proceeded to suction the blood out of her mouth. After a short while he left. He then had to be called back to the surgery center because the area where he did surgery on was still bleeding. My daughter had to be taken back under anesthesia (after they had already given her a full cup of sprite to drink, popsicle, etc.). In addition to having to re-visit the surgery site for additional work needed to be done, my daughter had to have blood pumped out of her stomach. My daughter could have lost her life. I am livid.She should have never been brought out of the operating room with blood still in the back of her throat. If it had been suctioned out properly, the doctor could have noticed the continuously bleeding spot in the back of her throat.Traumatic experience. One of the worst days of my life.

The people who work behind the counter are extremely rude and hateful it’s no wonder I’m not the first person to complain about them. I would never go here I only had to come here because of my grandma. Definitely need to hire or train their staff better.

Horrible. I do not recommend. Please do research and find someone better.

Botched my neck surgery caused me permanent damage to my face and right ear, doctor did not take responsibility for his failures. Failure to add drain after removing lymph nodes. Staff was rude, played the duck n dodge and my after care was unprofessional. BIG Regrets using this office!

My 80y/o mother had an appt there and the front desk staff treated her horribly. She had trouble finding the office and was late for her 12:45 appt. Since the office is closed from 11:30 til 12:45, she was unable to get in touch with anyone for directions. She had to reschedule so never saw the doctor. A few days later she got a letter stating the doctor would not see her because she had a negative attitude. I work in a medical office and we would never treat an elderly patient with such disrespect.

Horrible service we came over an hour away to see this doc and we were alittle late and they said sorry you missed your appt you half to resecedual like 15- 20 mins late, that most of that time we were searching for the stupid building they was on top of a food chain with no billboards naming of the clinic i called the numbers on the form to only get this number has been disconnected i called 3 different numbers before i found the right one online now we made it to building and the doors will not open says use side door they all wont open, the lady if i should call her that was rude and not understanding at all. My child has been suffering and you cant spare anymore time than that sad excuse for a doctor we currently have an appt with a super better specialist where i had my tonsils removed. I would not come to this clinic i hope they go out of business.
