They deserve a -5 rating. Switch over to T-Mobile and paid $120 activation fee for four lines. Coverage at our house was terrible so we went back to the store the next day to cancel the service and get the activation fee refunded. They would not refund the activation fee and had not told us that it was not refundable. Angelina also implied that it was our phones that were the problem. Also found out later that we could have had tried the service prior to activating the lines. Never were told about this either. After two more trips to the store and two phones calls to T-Mobile we have gotten the activation fees refunded.
Went into t mobile to ask if someone could access and account just by walking in and asking for a new Sim card and she very politely explained the steps in order for any account info exchange can happen. I then told her why I was there and she made her attempt to help me. She started at the tablet but they were having connection problems. So we went to the counter and she attempted to do it by rms (that us their system. She asked me for my identification and then my email to send verification that I the person who is on the account was actually me. So the question is how easy was it for someone who was not me to go into my account and make changes. Didnt ever get the verification email. Instead the store manager override it. I got a text saying that my billing information changed and asked if that was something I should worry about. She very rudely said that was me overriding to get into my account. Then she proceeded to very briskly say that the changes made was not any fault of t mobile. I then asked for her manager and she said she was. I then asked for her supervisor and she said she didnt have one. Then I asked for the corporate number and she said there wasnt one . She said she could give me the number to customer service. Still left out of there without any number to contact any one. I looked around and said wow thats rude I am just trying to figure out my account issue. The lady behind me says. She was super nice to me so I guess she was nasty to be because I was black. Not sure. But the white lady sure did sing her praises so why didnt I get that treatment.
Angeline was very nice enough to give me a demo case for an LG V60 that t-mobile no longer carries. I need it for my wifes phone that had broke. Thank you Thank you Angeline. Awesome!
Would give a solid zero if I could. Manager lady the most rude snot Ive encountered. She is in the wrong line of work. Totally inappropriate. A simple request turned into a fiasco because of her. T- Mobile should take a better look at who they are employing, must less managing a store.
I would check your lease on your phones because you dont even buying your phone. They are just leasing out to you and they charge you $30 for it each month. Plus you still have to buy the phone or send it back, be care what you sign and who sign it with. Im contacting better business bureau.Dont trust Sprint or t-mobile
I visited yesterday the store on Onalaska Wisconsin May 27. The employee was super insensitive. My phone show have the screen some problem and dont want to turn on. Im not from the area. The employee only wanted to selling me another new phone, and dont show interest to find solutions to my problem. No option, his body language and the way he talked to me was extremely rude, no emphatic or sympathy at all. The employee next to him name Angelica jump to helping because she saw my frustas taction.. and the way his was taking to me. (in loud voice) she referring me to another place where I be treating with kindness and respect. The place name is Gaming Generation and the employee name is Evan, they order the part overnight and fixed my phone the next day in an hour also treating me better than Sprint now called T-Mobile. Im customer of Sprint from 2009 to the present and every time I visit the only store in Onalaska. There no other store close to where I live, I find employees that treating me with discrimination because my accent. Im from PR and my first language is Spanish. So I have a strong Spanish accent.I started to be costumer of Sprint in PR.Sprint or T- Mobile sucks!
Polite and courteous customer service. Promptly assisted our needs and really knew their stuff when it came to explaining the newest technology and cellphone features.
Went to tmobile in onalaska, WI. One of the employee was rude.. i didnt know that they couldnt activate some data plan if i bring my own ipad (i got an ipad from apple store, and they gave me some promotion for $200 back if i decide to add line thru a carrier that they provide which i chose tmobile since weve been with them since 2014 ( it was still sprint then) . Went to the store and asked if they could help me out with that. Instead of explain in the nice way because not everyone knows about their rules, the lady was being so rude she told me oh you cant bring your own ipad here it has to be through us. And so on she was so rude... definately not gonna step my foot at that store again...
Purchased my phone from this store and the employees were very kind and answered all my questions. I had an overall pleasant experience at this location!
This is now the second time I have had a very negative experience at this store. The staff has been rude and unhelpful. Despite strict mask rules for customers, the store setup forces customers to be within the appropriate 6ft social distance rules when they are being helped by staff. I will be gladly dealing with the barely functioning Sprint website before I ever step foot in this store again.
Dylan and Brandon were awesome and very friendly
Very good service. Great staff.
Horrible experience with these people. I have to shut off service for someone that is dead. I go the store to have it shut off im told to call. I call they tell me to go to the store. I go to the store Im told to call. Not to mention I was never sent a Mastercard gift card for 300. So I will never acknowledge this companys janky existence other than to help people go to Verizon even criket.
I was quite amazed to see a very nice a helpful tech support person named Matt. He just happen to assist me in my needs to the fullest extent. by doing so he went out of his way to help address some of my issues and concerns . Thank you so much Matt.
Knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond. Every time I have to go in they are friendly, they dont treat customers in a condescending manner. They take the time to explain things so I understand. In the past they have price matched cases off of Amazon which is also a plus.
All they did was convince me I want nothing to do with T-mobile or Sprint
Worst SERVICE EVER! The gentlemen (in photo:blue holiday jacket) was so arrogant and a complete jerk. We purchased on a Saturday and indicated how we were in a bit of a hurry and he intentionally took his time. Sunday upon opening we returned the phone because I was going to buy from another store because of how rude he was and he said sorry we cannot give your money back that you paid because that went to Sprint corporate not us. I indicted I gave him $120 cash and not corporate but through their store. He said sarcastically yep the cash made it to corporate overnight. Just a jerk. He ended up making our family leave in tears as he was very degrading saying we shouldnt pick something we didnt want and this was all my fault because we were in a hurry to get to an appointment. Just terrible. Yet...if you dont buy a phone at their particular store (happened to me thats why I was going to buy here this time) they say sorry they are not a corporate store and cannot help you have to call corporate. Just rude!
Left me hanging.
I have visited this store twice to clarify our bills and to understand options for new plans. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with Mickie. Mickie, at the Onalaska store, has shown exceptional customer service and communication skills. She spent so much time with me explaining and clarifying information and was so patient throughout the whole process. She is fantastic! Thank you, Mickie!
I stopped in the Monday 12/30 to get a much needed new phone. Unfortunately, I was unable to get one that particular evening but the gentleman still walked me through all my questions.I returned the following day, ready to purchase a phone and be in and out. Micky (not sure I spelled that correctly) was extremely helpful and personable. I could’ve even made a new friend! Anyhow, the process took a little longer than I expected (not due to anyone’s fault) but resulted in me still being there about half an hour after close. No one ever made me feel rushed and continued to answer my 1617261 questions and get me started on the new phone. Side note: I am not super tech savvy and have only had one smart phone in my life, which thankfully lasted like 4 years at least.Overall, great experience!
Mickie was very knowledgeable on all facets of our business. She is also very friendly and professional. She took the time I needed to understand all of it. Shes Great!
Customer Service here is terrible. They are not knowledgeable about any of their companys policies or procedures. Be aware that Sprint will lock the phone that you own for 72 hours if you tell them you are switching carriers. I would give a 0 if I could. Recommend everyone to avoid this company.
Would be 5 stars but Chase ruined that. Matt was excellent he helped so much getting my dad, brother and I set up with new phones, and a tablet Matt was very knowledgeable and was multi tasking as well .Chase seemed like it was inconvenient to help and couldnt fix anything but would sell us a new one.
Assistant store manager, Dillon Henrickson, provided outstanding customer service today! I had been experiencing several technical problems with my phone over the last couple of months, which were hindering my work performance as well as causing issues in my day to day personal life. Dillon should be commended for his patience, professionalism, and his technical expertise - all issues with my phone rectified! By far the best service I have ever receive at a Sprint store!
There is this guy named Chase that works at the store. I heard he doesnt like money, but dude seemed pretty excited to get me signed up for service and to sell me every item he could. Dude was pretty legit and seemedseemed like he knew everything. I would definitely say that store had staff that is well educated and willing to bend over backwards to get you hooked up!
My boyfriend and I came in to get him a new phone and left with both of us getting new phones! We were super happy with the service we received from both the Manager and Jayme! Our cell service is amazing! PS. I would totally pick Jayme to back me in a Zombie Apocalypse;)
Not sure were to start. As we walked in, the store was very busy. One sales man was testing out a speaker. It sounded great. As i walked over to it to take a look one of the sales man walked up to me and introduced himself. His name was Chris. He was very nice and happy to answer any and all my questions about getting a new phone. He was very honest about the new phones and even helped save me 50 bucks from the plan i was on that i was only using all but 2 gigs on a unlimited plan. i got my new phone the LG G4(which takes amazing pictures) and that speaker i fell in love with from the time we opened the door. Chris was a great salesman and very welcoming, he said he hasnt been with the company long but i know who i am going to see every time i go in from now on.Thank you very much Chris for the great experience that you gave my family and i while in your store today.
Man pictured in blue holiday sweater was very unapologetic and rude.
Chris did an amazing job on finding the best products and service fees. My past experiences with customer care service and other locations has wanted me to leave Sprint. He stayed late without complaint on the holiday! Love my NOTE 5!
Amazing experience from this Sprint Store. First time signing up for a phone contract and it was a very easy process and all of my questions and concerns were answered! I would highly recommend going through this Sprint Store. Ask for Keith, he is the best!
Think its kinda rude they dont do screen cleanings, but okay. Dude sounded nice though .
Chris was very helpful. I came in because of issues with my phone. I left with a new phone, a better attitude, a new tablet that I have never had before and a smile. Thank you so much, Chris. Dustin was helpful too. What an awesome staff you have in these two gentlemen.
I had a great experience with Chris and Paul! They were very helpful in getting me set-up with a new phone. They went through my options and plans. I am very satisfied with the service I received. They helped set-up my phone and didnt charge me extra to put on my screen protector like other stores in the area do. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience at sprint. The team there stayed after hours to help my family get set up with new service.Update: I had a superior customer service today at sprint. Paul the manager took over a hour of his time to do a service for me that typically is not done in the store. Him knowing I would never be able nor have the time to do what he did for me on my own. Thank you for making me a happy customer today!
Walked in to see if we could get a better deal on our current plan. The service assistant hardly looked up from the screen as he said the computer system was down and he couldnt access any of my account. Rather than talk with me about what I wanted, he continued to stare at the screen and not say anything. Very awkward period of silence. After about 10 minutes, I said forget it and left. Gimme a break. Poor customer service along with miserable coverage is the reason that Ill be leaving Sprint ASAP.
The service in Onalaska is awful! They actually suggested we sign up for a third party app because their text messaging does not work properly. The employees are only interested in the sale, they will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to sign up. Avoid the store and avoid Sprint
Paul and Mickie were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They both made my upgrade experience painless and quick. Highly recommend this store!
Paul was extremely helpful, he set my wife and I up with new smart phones and a tablet. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our plan and our devices. He even helped sync my device with the Bluetooth in my car. This guy was top notch if you are looking for new service come to this location and ask for him. Thanks Paul we appreciated your hard work!
Nate Chris and Paul helped me upgrade two lines tonight and they did a superb job! I came in close to closing time, and they were perfectly friendly and helpful. They hooked me up with some sweet accessories and a speaker as well! We are pretty much bffs now, and Im coming over to BBQ tomorrow. Thanks!
Been having problems with my Sg3 for a few weeks now, came in and was helped to absolute perfection. Thanks a bunch to the Sprint team especially Nick G. for at first helping to fix the problem and after it started happening again, helping me to pick out a brand new phone that is reliable. You guys are great! I for sure will be spreading the word about your excellent help!!!
I went in to get a new phone. They talked me into the G6. They didnt have any in stock so they called around and was gonna have a manager bring it from another store. This was all good. Then they said we will call you when it comes. Well I called the manager hadnt left yet. So I waited and waited. Finally I called again. Turns out they are shipping it instead. It would of been nice is they let me know the manager wasnt bringing it anymore. Like they said yesterday and 2 hrs prior to this news. I just wish I was respected as a customer to be notified of the changes.
Great staff great service great prices! Cant say much more than that
I will go to Best Buy from now on. Their employees know how to sell but have terrible customer service skills. They talk you into getting a screen protector but none of their employees are skilled enough to put them on properly and they tell you to wait 24 to 48 hours for it to set correctly and when it doesnt because there is dirt underneath it and/or it was applied incorrectly they tell you they are not obligated to put them on and they do as a courtesy so they dont want to do it again. That is so wrong! And very poor customer service! Never going there again and telling everyone I know about my experience with them.
I had an Iphone 7 that I bought from Straight talk for $500 two years ago and tried to connect it to Verizon. The Verizon rep lied to me and said iphone 7 were the only phones that were locked to their original network.Verizon also charged me for activation fee for a phone THEY TRIED activating but couldnt! They sent me on a wild goose chase to corporate but still wouldnt take the activation charge off so I risked the bill going into collections so I just paid it!!So I saw that Sprint had a deal for new Iphone 11s and Up to 5 lines on a plan for around $100. I was on straight talk for $112/month for unlimited for just two lines..I went in and was greeted very kindly by Matt. He was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me set up my account. I had locked out my apple id and couldnt remember my password or recover it. He help me download google pictures so I could back my pictures up and transfer it to my new iphone 11.I leased two Iphone 11s for my boyfriend and I. Also Matt was able to hook up my used IPhone 7 for my neice. And my sister joined in on the family plan too.I love my new iphone 11. I was never able to make facetime calls on straight talk but now I can use that feature on Sprint.I just want to thank Matt again for excellent customer service and care. Thank you for teaching me about google pictures so i could keep all of my memories. And thank you for hooking up my old iphone7 for my niece so that iphone7 wont go to waste. It feels good to save money!
I worked with Jayme, and she was so sweet and wonderful! She was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to help me figure everything out. The other employees were great too, and the experience overall was just splendid!
Mickie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks so much for your patience and help! We appreciated the amount of time she spent showing us our options! 😊
Great staff fast service. More coverage from the parent family would give this a solid star. I hate the spotty service in the coulee region.
I went to Best Buy for my phone, got screwed over, came here and they fixed my ridiculously high bill and were very helpful in explaining everything. After four months, i received a free tablet! Paul and Keith were especially helpful!
Excellent service at this location. Manager is great!
Had Sprint for 4 years. Great for the price. Had to switch to Verizon when I moved out of coverage area.
This Sprint store in Onalaska deserves a negative rating! I’ve been a Sprint customer for 6 years...four phones on the account. We spend a good deal of money at Sprint. That being said, I have never been treated so poorly as I have in that store. Two years ago we upgraded phones. In that process, the employee screwed up our phone numbers so they didn’t match the phones they were physically with. When my husband mentioned it, the response was, “That won’t really matter.” Two months ago we tried to upgrade our phones through customer service on the phone. Once the agent realized the number screw up, she said she could no longer help us and we’d need to go back to the store. Yesterday we went to the store to talk about upgrading, and it was very apparent that Dillon (assistant mgr) was not interested in our business or helping us. While we talked with him, another employee was laying on the couch in a back room visible when customers walked in. We left and went to Verizon. Super professional store with super friendly and helpful people. After making the switch to Verizon, we drove back to the Sprint store to return our phones. Dillon informed us he couldn’t take them and that I would have to call customer service for a return kit. After speaking with customer service today, I realized our account was much more messed up than I thought. Their system still showed we had our iPhone 5Cs from 4 years ago. And...the numbers are all screwed up. She informed me that the store should give us the return kits but she would mail ours to us and make a note of our concerns. I could go on and on with the struggle with the store, but just know it’s not worth your time. Sprint Corporate seems good, and our coverage was good, but this Sprint store needs to lose its franchise license or have Corporate come down and overhaul it. I’ll never, ever deal with that store again. They don’t care about customer satisfaction AT ALL!
I called the store 4 times in 3 days and they were incredibly helpful. I had broken my phone and they explained that I could either pay $150 to cover the deductible for a new one of the same phone or pay $150 to pay off my current lease and get an entirely new phone for a cheaper rate per month than I was currently paying. Obviously I wanted the new phone so they walked me through the steps it took to get one! I went in an hour before work to get my new phone and they were busy but let me know they would be with me a.s.a.p. Per my bad planning, I was a little late for work and would have been even later had they not offered to personally DELIVER my new phone! What an incredible gesture! I got my new phone fully set up with my Gmail account a half an hour after I left the store. Thanks so much guys!!
Paul and Mickie were able to help me out and I would definitely recommend! Very understanding and helped in a stressful situation!! Seriously GO TO THEM!! You won’t regret it :)
Josh, Dillon, and the female employee seem pretty legit. I dont know about potato though. Questiounable Nickname. Josh showed me how to post things in group me I never knew about. Hes an expert on that topic. 😜
Horrible Sales Team........Did an amazing job at hiding the details with their January tablet promotion. Totally suckered me into the FREE tablet for a year! No joke - this months bill only had an additional $65 in charges thanks to that STUIPD little tablet. Would not recommend going to this store - USE ONLINE!!!! Sprint customer care is WAY MORE helpful and reliable!
Paul was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for turning a bad experience at best buy in to a great day.
Mickie Launspach is a saint! I brought my niece and her dead phone into the store. Almost immediately I received an important phone call and stepped outside. After 45 minutes, my call ended. Mickie had the phone working and had been super polite, patient, and even entertaining toward my niece. I highly recommend you find Mickie if you go to the Onalaska store.
I would never return. My experience at Best Buy has been tensfold what I have received here. Josh belittles not only Best Buy but also the customer and has no personal skills whatsoever.
This is the best store ever! When they finished repairing my phone, they delivered it to my work place just because they are awesome! Thanks Awesome Sprint team! :)
The customer service was excellent!! They stayed over their closing tome to make us happy. Would recommend sprint to anyone.
Paul Rister & Chris Nichols were phenomenal! I came back to Sprint because of them. They both gave 110% customer service. I will be recommending your company further, for sure! Thanks Chris & Paul
Paul was so awesome, been here 3 times but he solved the issue and go me this awesome 10 inch tablet. Potato look out Paul is amazing!
Mickie was amazing! Very friendly and courteous! Amazingly knowledgeable!
Paul and Dillon were awesome to work with. Very professional, patient and stayed 2 hours late to open our 6 lines. Would go back time and time again.
Jayme at the Onalaska sprint store went well above & beyond to fix an extremely difficult situation. She accomplished what 3 reps on the phone werent able to. Shes an amazing employee with a wonderful customer
I had one of those I need a new phone today emergencies (dropped phone). With my work and personal life, there was no way I could just not have a phone for an extended period.I was told I would have to pay a fee (aprox $200 to cover the phone I had broke). This part I can accept. The only option I was given to walk out of the store with a phone was on top of the $200 (damaged phone cost), I would have to pay another $350.00 for a USED phone!!!!!! What a scam!I was told if I wanted a new phone, I would have to wait at least a week because thats how the system works!!!! I was told it takes that long for Sprint to process a payment.I could not believe how ridiculous this was! People damage their phones all the time. With emails, being on call, social networks, messaging, and so on, many people like me need (or at least feel that way) a new phone the day you walk into the store. I might not like paying for the damaged phone, but Im willing to do that. Once I pay for my bad luck, I do expect a new phone from my provider (Sprint) the same day.I fortunately left BEFORE spending any money, went to Best Buy and got a new phone (Note 4) at no cost other than the $200 damaged phone cost to Sprint I had expected to pay.Wow, being beat by Best Buy means you Suck Wireless Llfestyle!!!I will NEVER return!
Eric was the best helper. it really helped that he was a red wings fan! he did a great job answering all our questions. the experience was great working with him.
Not sure what the name was Keith or something. But I went to get all my stuff transfered to a NEW phone because they sold me one that didnt work right. It took them 2 hours to transfer it all and once I got home I checked and there was NOTHING on it. Now theyre claiming they cant do anything about it. Maybe they should know what theyre doing once in a while.
They try, but....Went in for a phone hardware issue on my 1 month old HTC 10 today and provided them with all the pertinent information and research. Understandably they wanted to verify that is was a hardware issue. However they went so far as to disassemble the phone, and broke it in the process. This is the second time in 6 months they have broken my phone while attempting to repair it. Both times I have gotten my phone back in worse shape than I left it. Today they managed to destroy the screen. No phone for days now because of their mistake! No warranty replacement phones on site so its a 3-5 day wait for a replacement. Manager informs me overnighting a phone is not even an option. No option to replace a 1 month old phone with another of similar value. I doubt I will ever let them perform a repair again. An hour drive to Rochester looks like a great alternative to a broken phone...
The team is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone! AND kept me entertained while I was waiting for my info to transfer :)
Jayme Roraff was amazing! My family (of 4) went in to take advantage of the cut your plan in half option and she was very patient even though three of our phones had difficulties saving our information. She entertained us the entire time making us chuckle and smile.
I went into the Onalaska location on 7-27-16 around 7 pm and was helped by a male employee there. I had to go in because my phone had been accidentally run over earlier in the day and had been broken. I asked if I had insurance, and he said yes, but it would cost $200 to replace. This is something I was not overly interested in paying because I was up for a new phone in two months. I asked if I had any other options and he said there was nothing else he could do because I wasnt eligible for an upgrade yet. He also made a remark on how I shouldnt have even gone to their store location because the insurance is through a 3rd party. I get that, fine, but I was looking for options, not just an insurance claim. I then asked if there was anyway he could help me change my online pin at least so I could see my account/talk to a rep online (I hadnt been on the Sprint website in almost two years and couldnt remember it) and he said there was no way for him to help with that either. We then proceeded to have an awkward silence until I finally said I would try to figure out something on my own and walked out.I went in looking for advice and options, and all I received was an uninterested employee with a lack of knowledge waiting to punch out in 40 mins. I have been a Sprint customer for 8 years, but will be looking to find a new carrier tomorrow.
The service is terrible. The employees in the store will lie to get you to sign up. We had had the worst customer service experience possible.
Dont even bother stopping there they have nothing to show you no working demos management is horrible at customer service not willing to work with customers got upset when we told them we talked to corporate about getting new phones. They are not corporate store so watch out they upscale to the max
Jayme Roraff is by far the most helpful, and easy going rep Ive ever worked with! In store experiences are made effortless whenever she assists! She needs a raise!!
Was very busy, but employees did their best to assist. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks
Paul was really awesome, I give the guy a 10. Also Potato, you need to maybe take a page out of your bosses book.... long live potato.
The employees at this store are rude. All they care about is making the sale. They will lie and do anything they can to get you to sign up. Sprint service sucks in Onalaska. Avoid this store and go with a better provider. The store manager.
Paul fixed my phone. It took a bit of time but he got it done. Go see the friendly staff even the over sized Idaho Potato they have in store. It is hilarious.
Honestly, if I could give this store a negative rating or a zero I would. I am still dealing with the aftermath and have not reached a resolution to this issue, but long story short...I tried out Sprint for the 14 days and the service did not work for me. I call customer service to cancel my service and let them know I would return the phones to the store I got them from in Onalaska the next day. Return went fine, but then a few hours later the manager of Onalaska called to see I was over the 14 days and he reopened my account. This was all done WITHOUT my permission and the phones were then mailed to my address. My advice to save yourself hours of stress and phone calls with Customer Service where no one can help you is to stay FAR FAR away from this company. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company in my life and would love to save someone else the trouble I am going through.
Alsome Guy.. Helps me out with everything and answer all my question. Even went out of his way for me. Thanks Chris Nichols.. Greatly appreciated
Service was slow. We waited 25 minutes just to find out they didn’t have what we needed. The man who worked with us was slow and rude. If you need a sprit do your self a favor and go to another one. Trust me it will be worth it.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Very unhelpful and do nothing to fix the issues at hand. Extremely lazy and refuse to pick up a phone and do anything to help with your issue. Do yourself a favour and go to Best Buy instead.
Mickie stayed late and helped me out until I was 100% satisfied. Great experience!!! She just made a customer for life!
I thought that the service was wonderful. Mickie had answered all of my questions and had showed how to do new things viastep by step.
I had a huge mess up from an online order, I ended up being there for 3 hours while Paul and Mickie fixed everything. It was one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had!
Awesome service from Chris Nichols. Came over to sprint thanks to friends reference from Chriss service with her. Chris has fantastic customer service skills.
I liked that a, staff member told me of hidden notes. Notes put on My account by a corporate staff member who caused me more Grief. If you want honest service to this store L.
Very excellent service! Met all my need with caring honest help. Chris helped me in the store.
Chris Nichols did a very amazing job answering questions that i had. He was fast and courteous as well. Thanks Chris.
Got a new phone through sprint tonight and was serviced by dustin. Very friendly and helpful with all my phone needs. Sprint is a awesome phone service
Had to wait a bit for service, but once it was available, it was top notch. Friendly AND helpful!
Chris was very helpful, and Made my visit enjoyable. I would tell overs about the great service an great products
Paul was an excellent employee who was quick and efficient with everything while I was there. Also very friendly. Go Chiefs!!
Unbelievably friendly staff. They treat you not like any customer but rather more as friends yet while maintaining a level of professionalism you would expect.
Very helpful employees...all were very personable and we felt like valued Sprint customers.
Paul was awesome! He helped me with my broken US Cellular phone and I wasnt even his customer yet!!! He was patient and helped with the transition to my new Flex 2. Go to this store for all your cellular needs, THEY WILL SAVE YOU MONEY!
Went in to get my bill lowered. Paul was very helpful and listened to my concerns, wants, and needs. Great customer service!
Last few times I went to the store.. customer service was smug and a bit rude.. also when calling customer care.. they were rude.. so I switched to a different carrier
Paul Rister we amazing! He was so helpful and the level of service was off the chain!!!!! Will be recommending to all my friends and family to come here and ask for Paul!! Went above and beyond! ! Thank you so much paul!!
