I am a new customer and extent displeased with me experience so far. My fiance and I recently purchased new phones. during this process, my fiance agreed to the screen protector. this was sold to us without the price being disclosed and the sales consultant put the screen protector on while our old phones were being backed up to the new ones. I didnt buy a case, knowing I would get one online instead. After purchasing and receiving one a few days later, I realized the case pushed the screen protector up, causing bubbles at the bottom of my phone screen. Comparing my phone to my fiances, I realized my screen protector was placed lower than hers, causing the case to push it up of the phone. Today, I took my phone to US Cellular in Onalaska to have them fix or replace the screen protector. The sales consultant explained to me that it is their policy that they will not fix or replace the screen protector and I will need to issue a claim through a third party. When asked why they would not take responsibility when they are the ones who applied it wrong, I was told it was a courtesy to their customers that they put the screen protector for them. I was then told I would be responsible for paying the shipping to have the screen protector replaced. After arguing this, the she agreed to a ten dollar credit on my account. I will still need to do the work myself to correct their mistake since they are not willing too.

Great customer service from Heather! Very attentive and knowledgeable! All staff was awesome. Not the typical snooty customer service you’re used to with Veriz..Heather was willing to spend 3 hours with us answering all of our questions, and setting up 4 phones!

My wife and I had shopped around to see what our best bet was to consolidate our lines. We came to US Cellular and Heather was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond for us, definitely. She found us a fantastic deal and new plan that would save us a lot of money and trouble. My wife had two phones on her old account and Heather helped her set up Google Voice for her business line to be accessible on the same device as her personal phone. She even helped us after we left the store and had (possibly too many) questions on how to make that work. Heather recognized that the phone we were trying to buy for my wife had less storage than she was currently using on her old phone and saved us a giant hassle of having a new phone that didn’t meet her needs. She also helped me finally activate my iCloud account so I could easily back up my old phone to have my new iPhone start up exactly the same. Heather even made sure we knew how to get discounts for the autopay setup and paperless billing. She was super fun and very helpful picking out screen protectors that have a warranty and cases that aren’t bulky. Would definitely recommend her knowledgeable assistance and wonderful attitude! We’re both so happy with our new phones and plan and very impressed by her talent in knowing what we need, even when I didn’t!

Ive never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Spoke with Heather. So rude! Bad attitude. Basically blamed everything thats wrong with our service on Samsung. Really obnoxious. Very argumentative. Didnt even TRY to help us out or keep our business. Been with them more than 20 years, maybe closer to 30. Acted like they were too good to do business with us. Made tons of excuses. Like dealing with a spoiled child. Yikes. Will find another carrier.

Was met at the door yesterday by a guy who was very rude. I was there 1 hour before closing . He asked me why I wanted to come in . I told him my reason . He said dont bother. We have to many people ahead of you . Called the cell plus who is a US cellular agent. They said sure come on down. Spent almost 3 hours with them. Got what I wanted and was treated good. The lady that helped me there stayed half hour past closing

I had the best experience an the best customer service at us cellular in Onalaska ! Heather is the best At her job ! She explains everything thoroughly an goes over any questions u may have ! She talks to you like a person an treats u how you want to be treated in a place of business! I highly recommend goin to see Heather at US Cellular, u will not be disappointed!!

I have gone here on three separate occasions. Each time I was politely greeted upon entering the building regardless of how busy I was. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they remain calm even under high volume situations. Yes you may have to wait at times but they do their best to make sure to help you as quickly as possible. The manager Brandon provides excellent service and is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Have been a customer for over 20 years, still a customer. Exceptional value, look around, good value for price. I travel for work and never had any service issues. Does it work in the middle of nowhere? Not always, but no carrier works everywhere. I also have Verizon for work, it doesnt work everywhere either. When you go to store do you have to wait? Sometimes. They are busy helping customers, plan ahead, go at a slower time, plan to wait, sign up on the customer list get lunch come back when the estimate a rep will be available. Staff are always knowledgeable, must be their training. Staff are friendly, must be hiring good people. Still very happy here.

I have been a customer of US Cellular for over 20 years. Theres a reason I have been with this company for so long when there are so many other options out there. I stay with US Cellular because of people like Todd Derrickson who really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of in the best possible way. Every single sales person here makes promises they can’t keep and then 2mths later they don’t even work here. They are crooks and just looking for a quick sale. Walked into the store and got asked what I was there for. Told the man that I just had a few questions about the galaxy watches. He put my name on the wait list and said someone will be with me shortly. There was only one other lady ahead of me on the wait list. So as Im looking around 10 minutes pass then 20. Within these 20 minutes there is 4 workers there who have been free to help. 2 of them texting away on their phones and the other 2 are to worried about checking the weather outside every 5 minutes and talking to eachother. Everytime we come to this store the wait is forever and the service is quite poor.

Sell you a new phone for $1,000 and when it immediately doesnt work they give you the runaround for over 3 weeks and then tell youre too late to get it replaced because its beyond the 2 week exchange period. Good local people, but a lousy company. Go to Verizon, that is where Im going.

**This is an actual, and not authorized reseller of U.S. Cellular store.**A decent sized place, theres plenty of room to wait, as its usually busy here. Its understandable, as most things that need to be done here take some time. Flux of conditions.The employees at the time I visited were very helpful with the issues I had, so that is a plus. Plenty of space to showcase the various phones and electronic devices USCell has. Recently went through construction ruin to make it look more sleek and modern, if this helps you feel more confident in the carrier.**Author note: am no longer a subscriber to this carrier, but does not affect review of this specific location of business**

FYI if you plan on traveling outside of the LaCrosse area, be prepared for horrible coverage. Around lax US Cellular is great BUT I went to Ice Fest in Rochester with no reception, Orlando it was pretty bad, and the same in Vegas. People at this location were helpful and nice, just that the nationwide coverage promise is deceiving.

Terrible service. Be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get helped no matter what time of day, or day of the week. Severely understaffed. You would think when you pay them $150+ dollars a month they could at least staff their store properly. You customers time is valuable, dont make them waste it.

Totally mislead me on their home internet service. My bill is consistently over $200 per month for cellphone and internet. I exceed the data limit (150gb) in a matter of hours if I watch anything in HD. Not to mention the internet connection drops for 1-2 minutes at least 2 times per day. Now Im stuck in a contract with a sub-par service that costs 3 times as much as traditional internet with a data limit that renders the service practically useless.
