Great food, appreciate the worker who is working all by himself and still had great customer service. Poor guy was doing everything on his own including cashing people out, making food and sandwiches. They need two people working at night!!!

Super friendly staff. Their pizza is unquestionably better than 80% of Utica pizza. Super generous salads with fresh tasting cold cuts. Im delightfully impressed for it being a gas station deli.

Girlfriend and I ordered ice cream, the kid making them was a good personality and was helpful.

Went there to get a sub.they gave me a sandwich. The manager kept distracting the cashier that was trying to cash me out.the only reason its 2 star is cause there chocolate milk is the best.

A good place to get a sandwich. Usually I have a sandwich made and then go to work. This morning I waited 5 minutes in front of the counter and no one acknowledged me. Apparently they dont want to make sandwiches in the morning. SAD !

The store was clean,Staff friendly but the did seem short handed. The store was well stocked an there was ample parking. It seems to me the prices were a bit higher. I would stop again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, organized. I love that it is 2 minutes from my house. I have a Byrne Dairy card, which is .10 cents off gas and if I go inside to purchase anything I already have my card handy.

Good place, like it alot. Much better class of people go to this one usually. I wont go to the one on lenox ave because there is always trouble there from teenagers, drug addicts, beggers, drunk people and bums going through the trash cans. Class of people are much lower that go to the one on lenox ave.

There’s a kid around 20 years old that makes ice cream and screws up the cones every time. Please teach him how to pour soft ice cream into a cone the right way....

Great gas station. Lots of daily specials. Pizza is great and the wings are amazing. Gas is very cheap if you have their debit card. Staff is awesome.

Still the best milk and dairy in central NY, Hood will never compare! However the management has failed to train any employee correctly or has failed to eliminate those that just cant do the job! 15 min. for 2 ice creams.

The employees are wonderful and super friendly! Everytime I go in I always see someone cleaning or restocking or making food... You actually see the employees working. The store is always clean & the staff is always friendly. No complaints!

When I come in here at night around 11:00, there is usually only one person and the line is backed up tonight to the back coolers, they need another person here, other then that good prices and great service, as Im here a lot!!!

Selection is great. Ice cream is amazing. Staff is friendly, but sometimes can be slow, particularly if someone is ordering food or ice cream.

There half moon cookies are stinkin amazing.!! Delicious. Honestly the best half moon cookie I have ever ever had. Also there chococolate milk is THE BEST .amazing. I also loce that you can gwt milk in the glass jars. You can save them up and return them whemever and get .50 cents. Per bottle you return back. The glass makes the milk taste way way better. :) love byrne dairy
