Im so happy to have found this place! I came in to have my brakes done and already knew that I was going to need new rotors, so I wasnt at all surprised when the front office manager told me about it. What I was surprised by, was the fact that he took the time and went out of his way to take me into the shop to show me the difference between my rotors and new, undamaged rotors. He told me that for a while I could safely get away just changing the pads if I didnt have the money right then. He genuinely wanted me to have all of the knowledge necessary to be able to make an informed decision between replacing the rotors, or just replacing the pads. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and oil change. No more squeaky brakes! Will definitely be back and recommend to everybody, but especially to my fellow ladies who are sick of mechanics assuming youre clueless enough to pay for additional, unnecessary, costly work. This place will treat you right!

I got a groupon for an oil change and it was only around $30. I went in there same day got it done in less than 20 minutes and was back on the road in no time period. They have really good customer service as well too. It I came in one hour before closing and they still fit me in their schedule

This place is pretty busy. Price is fair, I guess. You wont get car fix within 1 hour. I changed my front left Axle as machanic said its cracked. Transmission fluid leak afterwards. I came back here and replace the seal for me. Just have to wait another 3 hours to get it done. I eventually found out that we dont even need to change entire axle, it just needs a seal that was cracked change. This cost me $250. BUT, a person at the counter was nice and they accept to fix their false without any argument.

I just did a full synthetic oil change here on my 2020 Tacoma for pretty much half the price of everyone else and it only took 30 minutes. I talked to the owner who was super friendly and knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell me anything. Ill be going here from now on.

Stephen wasted my time. I purchased a Groupon for a an AC service and in the end had to request a refund because Stephen is unprofessional. My experience is they pre-sold me a service and then because they already had my money did not care about helping me.

We have been out oil changed here for the last few years.Recently my daughter needed brakes and rotors so after calling all over the IE, for the best pricing and the soonest we could get the job done, we were right back at Feniks Auto!He price matched, got us in and out same day, and is just a great man to chat with and conduct business with!Respectful, knowledgeable, affordable, and honest, its not often you find all those qualities in one place, especially at an auto shop, but my entire family found all those qualities here! Love this place and even though we recently moved a few cities further a way, its still worth the drive.We have quit doing business with all large corporations because, especially now, its extremely important to support our local small businesses!!

This business seemingly offers a great deal on Groupon for the oil change however they dont advertise that youll have to arrive by 9am exactly or your car wont be serviced because of the amount of people wanting to utilize the deal. I went two days in a row and was told that they couldnt service my car; the second day I came a few minutes after 9am. Feniks needs to accurately advertise this important detail.Many people are still working at 9am and would have to adjust their schedule to arrive by that time. Your time may be wasted, even if you arrive at 9am, there may already be too many people and youll have to leave. Feniks, dont waste peoples time with inadequate advertising!

Took me in same day on a Saturday afternoon, and for my 2012 Ford Flex got ceramic pads and new slotted rotors all around for around $450. Les Schwab wanted $1,050 and that didnt include front rotors or the lifetime pads that Fenix offers! Definitely worth the drive to see Stephen!

Wouldn’t even give it a star. I spoke with them yesterday about coming in for an oil change. They told me to be here at 9am. I got here at 9am and waited for a half hour before calling them. They told me that they are booked until 11am because they “already took in four customers.” I watched him come out and talk to ONE person, and he actively avoided looking at me and one other customer. Don’t waste your money or time with this worthless business.

Excellent service & very friendly staff. Id recommend paying directly to them instead of Groupon. They can match the price. There is no appointment system, you can just call them & walk in.

The service was good but the availability was too inconsistent. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and called 3 different days to set an appointment. Was told to bring in at 9am sharp at opening or call after 2pm to check. Didn’t think it would be that hard to give someone my business. I understand being busy and in demand but if I called to replace my timing belt and spark plugs I’m sure a time and date would’ve been set. Needs a better appointment system other than catch me when you can. If you’re not worried about the above mentioned then this is your shop. Owner was real cool and again no knock to the service I received prior when I used a Groupon. This time I had two cars to take to him and ended up going to a new shop that accommodates my time.

Great customer service. Matt was very courteous of my time and friendly. Got an oil change and a patch for the nail I had in my tire for $59 total and it was completed in less than an hour. Although I came in on a Tuesday at 3pm. I will be getting my services done there regularly.

Had my car in there last week and Josh took care of all my needs without question. The car came back immaculate, they not only fixed the rear bumper and rim but they detailed the entire car inside and out. That is how you can tell a shop really cares about their work. Total time car was at the shop was 3 days and the workmanship did not show any sort of rush at all. Thanks to everyone at Feniks！

I Went in for a Groupon & they would not honor it and did not want to Make an appointment. Waste of My time.

Why are you advertising on Groupon if you are not willing to honor the service? Went in for a simple oil change and was told that the wait was too long and to come back later. I asked if appointments were made and he said no and then he said come back at 2:30 and I said okay I’ll be back at 2:30. Maybe he did not expect me to show back up again. I came back at the set time and was told they were still backed up. I said that’s okay, I can wait I’m in no hurry. I began to wait and was asked for my keys and to show my groupon, prior to completing any service (I find this weird and a little rude. Shouldn’t I be treated like any other customer that would walk in off the street). He then said my car needed a special type of oil that would be an additional cost. He also said, he would likely need to charge me separately for a new filter since he didn’t know what type of filter I had in the car and that he would need to charge me additionally for extra quarts of oil. I’m a younger female who probably looks like I could be taken advantage of, but I grew up around a Dad who worked with cars his whole life. I knew the bit this guy was trying to sell me. After he claimed my voucher I told him I didn’t feel comfortable and was going to go somewhere else. Just a horrible experience. Don’t recommend unless you want to be told that there’s various other things wrong with your car.

Pricing given over the phone compared to when you arrive is just ridiculous. Was told a certain price, then you get there and you walk put almost paying double. Even with the Groupon.

I found an online deal, they did good maintenance service with very competitive price.
