Normally you get good service, the most recent visit was not one of those times. Lack of knowledge for parts, lack of customer care. My self and two other people stood in line waiting to purchase parts, while 4 employees looked for an o ring, four of them...the reality is, if you are overpriced, and have terrible service, and I can get the parts I need in two days for less online, why would I shop with you? Point being, the business model needs to evolve. Napa know how how to alienate customers.

Younger gal cashier, needs a class in customer service and politeness... If she dont like the job or people then she needs to quit!!!

Came in looking for a certain socket (torque bit), and the staff was very helpful. I regret not catching her name, but a gal allowed me to take a few different sizes out to my vehicle to match up the correct tool I was needing. Unable to find a spec on the bolt head size online, I was in a bind otherwise. I found the right size, bought the tool and got the job done. And as far as the gal I referenced above, she was knowledgeable, quick thinking, and she looked happy doing it.Thank you for being there NAPA!

I delt with some lady on the phone. I think here name was ellie or something like that. Not really the friendliest person to talk to. Seemed like she was more eager to get me off the phone. Did come in and talk to Ryan however and he is awesome. Helped me understand what i was looking for and also helped me find the best part to meet my budget. Talk to Ryan for all your automobile needs

Refused to take battrey core back due to having to many in the back in idaho and oregon its my under standing. In oregon its a crime to have batterys siting on the ground. Or around or stock piled if no good inless you have solar power get rid of them. And theyre refusing cores thats not helping the environment

The staff was helpful in picking the the correct product for my bace/clear paint project.

Brought a starter in to have tested. They tested it and said it was a good starter...reinstalled starter checked connections still dont start...further more they wanted 140 bucks for a rebuild replacement..got on ebay found a new one for 54 bucks free shipping..now it starts...worthless napa in mu opinion..three thumbs down..booooo

Great place for car parts

Talk about %1000 percentage markup for a spinder injection for a 1997 vortex 350! Asking price $900 for a reman new one asking price $1,400 jerks!!! Im takeing my buisness elsewhere! $200 on ebay for brand new! Most vortex engine from not starting is this spider injection that is indeed horably flowed. A shop want around $3,000 just to fix my starting problem in cold weather. It is nice people on YouTube show you how to fix your vehicle. And a serpentine belt was $82 and at OReillys Auto Parts was $18. It pays to shop around. I had a shop look at my truck didnt know what was wrong with it. Im shure glad youtube show you what is going on and how to fix this problem. It is shure nice thing to have intetnet for ebay and youtube and paypal! Use a green dot pre paid depit card in your name only use what you order online at wallmart. Ship right to your door. Even free shipping! Or find a cheep back yard mechanic good luck on working on vehicles!
