WOW. I was really happy about buying my car here until now. They seemed great 3 years ago but…These guys sold me a coupe in 2018. I am currently trying to sell it and have found out that a previous owner (2 owners ago) damaged the car significantly. It was rated 6/10 in terms of damage to the car. Legally, it was not salvage because the frame is okay, apparently. I’ve now seen the reports of front end damage that was repaired on two separate occasions. But they intentionally hid this information from me when I bought the car. Told me there was A previous owner. Not FOUR before me. The carfax showed no accident. What a joke. No wonder nobody trusts car salesmen.

I do not recommend buying a car here! They sell you cars that they more than likely just bought from an auction and dont disclose if the car has problems so you have to deal with the repairs once your 30 day warranty expires even if its a day later like in my case!! They dont forward the registration paperwork to you on time and create late penalties that they will not pay for even though they said they would pay the registration when I purchased the car! Terrible customer service!!

Joe and Sam are amazing. Flew in from AZ and they were gracious enough to pick me up from the airport and made the process smooth. The Lexus would have been much more expensive in AZ and I love love love my beautiful clean new car.. Even better in person. I will be a life long customer.. Their service and cars are impeccable. Yesterday my husband and I drove over a hour to look at a car. I called and spoke with Mike I explained to him we were coming, we were cash and ready to buy this ford expedition. When we arrived Mke sold the car from under us. He said he called but we were driving and could not get to phone. I looked at call time we were already a half hour in to are drive. We were a disappointed and when I spoke with make his response was I left you a message, what do you want me to do. I just want people to be careful if u buy from them. Horrible bad experience. Good people & place to buy a car and stablish credit. Just dont buy extra protection insurance for car. Trying to get something cover or replaced they will not pay it if you dont show receipts or records of oil change and any other maintenance that is required every certain miles or time. Red shield protection plan not worth it!

Just bought my second car from Brooks Auto Center. My son needed a car for college, so we went back to Brooks Auto and bought a perfect condition, very low miles Honda Civic. For being a 2011, this car looked brand spanking new. All their cars look new!! The finance manager Marcos, worked within our budget to get us a low, low payment. The salesman who helped us, Larry, helped us pick out a great car that made my son very happy!! He also explained the whole process to us and my son drove his new car home after only being at the dealership for an hour!! Other dealerships take hours and hours, not at Brooks Auto Center. I love you guys for making my son very happy!

I worked with Sam. The car I came to look at was as it was advertised to be and the car was what I wanted and Sam didnt try to hard sell me. There was a problem with the radiator support that somehow became broken but was not noticed until after I took delivery of the car. We both looked at the car and the radiator support and didnt remember seeing any radiator support damage. But within only a few miles there it was. I took the car to a local Chevy dealer as the car was a Corvette to see if there were any warranty issues or recalls. Come to find out that they reported to me that the radiator support was broken. I had only drove the car a few miles and there was no way I bottomed out. So it became very suspicious when on got my car from the Chevy dealer as they made a case of it had been damaged for some time. Part of the vehicle inspection was in fact a test drive. That said, it become purely hearsay and no proof other than the picture of the website shows it clearly not damaged. This is all within like within10 miles on the odometer reading that was shown on the website posting of the miles on the car. That all said, they were very fair with and split the cost with me and repaired the radiator support. That was way cool of them in my book. Also, Sam was very straight forward and honest and gained my full trust in everything they (both Sam and Mike) said. I got a good deal, got a good interest rate. Simply got everything I wanted and a very high quality car. Really cool people to work with. I will go there again.

Hands down the WORST place to go if wanting to buy a car. I inquired about a 07 Chevy Tahoe LT with 130K miles that they had priced at $18,000, and anyone with common sense knows that, that price is just ludicrous and insane. It also happens to be $1800 above the KBB value. When I mentioned this to the salesman named Mike and asked if there was any negotiation on this astronomical price of theirs, he replied with, and I quote..Absolutely not! were not in the business of giving cars away for free...WHAT CAR DEALER SAYS THAT TO AN INTERESTED BUYER?!? and mind you that I had $4K cash I was able to put down as well. Someone needs to teach this guy again how to sell a car, because of him they had a serious buyer walk away with a negative opinion on their dealership. End rant

I bought a 2007 Lexus IS 250 from Brooks, my credit sucked and they still gave me a chance to buy the car a rebuild my credit. I love my Lexus but now i need to trade it for an SUV.My credit is great now and I am going back to Brooks for my next vehicle.Thank you Brooks :)Laurajean Borao

They do not always use licensed sales people.They do not always honor their warranties.They can very dishonest.They will take a trade or a auction car on put it on the lot without doing a thing to it,including inspection for safety.Basically books auto center is the place to receive the worst of the used car industry,their owner hides behind the staff.I was honestly so disgusted with them i sold the car within a year because it was just a constant reminder of them and yes i was honest when selling and notified purchaser of all faults and deducted those costs, from sale price at a loss of 3k, however i do not feel 3k is too much to pay for integrity, to bad this isnt texas if you know what i mean!!!!!

Do not go here, they over price their cars. If you look the vehicles they stock on kbb you find them a few thousand less anywhere else. I went to the chevy dealer got warranty and all for the same price these morons wanted amd the vehicle was 3 years newer with 20k less miles. Buyer beware shop around first, do not give them your credit info, they say they will not run it but run it regardless.

My boyfriend and I went to purchase a vehicle from Brooks Auto Center which was represented to us to be in immaculate condition. We were given a bunch of excuses as to why we couldnt test drive it but that we should see if he qualified for financing first. We sat there for two hours listening to what a reputable used car lot they were, how we could take the car back and get it fixed no worries if anything was wrong with the vehicle within 1000 miles of purchase, that the warranty would cover the vehicle no questions asked, etc. My boyfriend ends up purchasing the car (at a higher interest rate the salesman represented he could get for us initially), but takes it to an authorized Subaru dealership to see if everything is ok. IT WASNT. There were .05 millimeters of brake pads left, which is almost nothing, the timing belt needed replacement, the alignment was off, and a multitude of lights and gears needed replacement. When he called them to exercise the warranty of the vehicle, they first denied anything was wrong, then said the parts were not part of the warranty. A googling of those items indicated they were covered by warranty. I had to get me attorney on and call them out. Now, we have to take the car somewhere else to fix it because the general manager will not call me to discuss the issues, and it was clear they were not going to honor their agreement or make good on their representations. This place is a joke, and you should stay away from it if you can. We are going to be bringing suit against them.

Recently paying off a car im paying 50k for and had it for about 28 days and the check engine light came on went to the shop and come to find out its a 3,500$ fixLove the carNot so much with the service the guy didnt even let us start the car or test drive itRegardless you should never buy a car from a dealer for 50k and not even a month later the check engine light comes on kinda dissapointed !Overall i will not recommend this dealer !

I recently purchased a truck from here in great shape for an awsome price. Everyone there was very helpfull and honest. I had a problem with the battery, so they replaced it for me no questions asked! They also have a very wide selection of vehicles. I would recomend this place to anyone I know looking to buy a car or truck.

Terrible!!! Bought a truck from these guys and it was shady from the 1st minute. They didnt want to let me test drive the vehicle. They tried to force me into their financing and wanted me to sign a blank credit application. Did I say these guys were terrible? PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid them.
