This review won’t lose you customers, but rude staff. I got there today at 8:57pm to get a pair of af1 real quick and they wouldn’t let me get in. I know that was kinda close but if your hours say 9pm, you should close at 9pm.

The customer service was outstanding. I was able to purchase the shoes I was looking for.

I always shop here, selection (colorways) are different than on the east coast

The store and employees are nice! The actual shoes suck! Everything is sold out. And online raffle system is the worst.

Wish they would stock 4XL shirts, but otherwise, always great service!

The store had vry limited slection and had no shoes in my size. I was starting to get pressed. They had nothin i wanted and very lil to choose from. Even with that, a worker named Aron helped me out and helped me find the kickz i was lookin fo. They didnt have the shoe in the store and he so pulled he pulled out his phone and started lookin. He found it and ordered it fo me. The store in itself was lackin but my guy Aron came thru for me. Shouts out to him

I asked for a shoe that was on public display and the worker brought the wrong shoe NOT ONCE but TWICE. I pointed the shoe out and even told her the exact name, it was as if she was not listening. Besides, she had a very aggressive tone.. sort of disrespectful. I asked for her name, Christina, then walked away.

Was trying to find a shoe I like didnt know what pair i was just visiting a friend the other day maybe he just didnt want me to spend a high quality amount of pay. I still need one maybe he saved me from spending a highly priced shoe. There are other stores in Ontario Mills just convient I guess. Thanks to my friend btw if ur reading this u know who i am! Always been Footlocker selections got in a little bit smaller

My credit card got stolen and went inside the store foot locker and he/she was able to use my card and buy merchandise with the amount of $600. How is it possible that you do not check the ID OF THE CARD HOLDER .

Place is lit

Extremely expensive shoes with very little material to make them light weight and pretty with flashy colors. If you want good support and a weight bearing shoe go to sketchers. They sell shoes that the blue collar working people can afford and are functional not flashy.

I picked up a pair of Yeezy yecheil from here and the costumer service was by far the best help i have had. There were super friendly, helpful, and fast. I will definitely be coming here for now on

Hardly any selection

Was calling and calling and no one ever picked upped the phone, finally decided to go and they were NOT BUSY at all. I asked one of the associates if they had been busy earlier and he replied NO its been slow all day. Customer service was also not all to good. Really thinking of not coming to this location again. I may not spend a lot of money on shoes but I always stop and buy a pair of shoes for me or my kids. GET IT TOGETHER FOOTLOCKER. Very nice shoes but not worth it fir BAD customer service

Keep calling to see if my shoes arrived.No one answers the phone.Went into store, called & saw someone just ignore the phone ringing.I understand its holiday season.But have the decency to at least pick up the phone.3 weeks & still no one has contacted me about my shoes.Nor do they check their mailbox.

I purchased some shoes online they fit big so i went in for an exchange and the lady was beyond rude and said she couldnt help me because the barcode wasnt scanning adviced to send them back to footlocker thru mail. I then called the customer service and they said they could do it at the store. I went back to the store again the lady and now manager said they couldnt exchange so i told them to call and ask, they did after not trying to and the person on the phone said they could exchange and gave them a number to add to there system i would og understood if they had a line but the store was empty and calling customer service seemed impossible to them. Never shopping at this location again, im sorry if you hate your job .!

Came in 2 times to pick up shoes and was ignored for 10 min. Asked for help with a size from someone walking by and was told the section was being worked by someone else. But the same person who denied me help, helped the person 5 feet from when 1 minute later. Worst footlocker I’ve ever been to. Never going back.
