I love Bi-Mart!! First time I was at this one in Ontario and it has more things than the one in Hermiston, Oregon. So I will enjoy shopping here even though I live in Payette, ID

Its a great store if you are completely dependent on others to take care of you and your health and you do not value the United States Constitution and inalienable rights. All of Idaho is mandate and restriction free and 99% of Ontario businesses are just like Idaho. But NO, not Bi-Mart in Ontario, they are still playing the Halloween mask wearing contest and refusing service to anyone without a mask. I gave them my card over a year ago, stopped in this morning to see if they were still pretending there is a deadly pandemic and I might as well have been in Portland.Hey Bi-Mart, real quality folks can take care of themselves like they always have. D&B has never refused service to people who can take care of themselves without playing Halloween. Its right across the street.By all means, if you are afraid of alleged germs and inalienable rights, the Ontario Bi-Mart is the perfect store for you!

The pharmacy is great. They seem to really care about you and work with you on prescriptions, vaccines and finding generics to help.

The only complaint I have about the Ontario Bi Mart is with the pharmacy staff, who like to ignore your presence in their department until they have absolutely no other choice but to acknowledge you. It doesnt matter if theyre busy or not, it just seems like they dont want you there.This isnt a one-time experience. It happens every time Im there--to the point that today, I decided I wont be going back. There are plenty of other pharmacies in town that want my business.

Prices are reasonable and staff are very helpful.

Great store for outdoors type stuff. They’ve got a different selection than what Walmart carries. Prices aren’t too bad either. Good tool selection as well. Worth checking out for your sportsman needs!

Nice experience! Clean store,nice employees. Was slow checking out but i didnt mind much. They opened 2 registers once realizing the lines were long. Thank you!! Masks required and enforced. Keeping us in a safer environment😊

One of my favorite places. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Prices are great. And this summer it was hard to find anywhere that had swimming pools but they had them! Saved my family!

Bi-mart is member owned. An eastern Oregon staple. Fish & Game licences, sporting goods, pretty much everything. Great prices and excellent customer service!!!

Good quality merchandise at very reasonable prices. Relatively little junk merchandise, but rather quite utilitarian. The Ontario store is well organized; the staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this place. I called to inquire about a product. The woman had to walk all the way outside to check.for me. When she came back on the line she apologized because it took so long. Omg she had to go all the way outside to check for me thank you thank you thank you you didnt have to run

They bring in all the yearly plants, and then they dont water them. There was a lot of dead plants they were completely dry. so sad .

We Like Bi-Mart overall...prices are not always best prices but they have good variety in general. If prices were lower, Id probably shop there more than other places.

I go In to spend over 400 dollars on a rifle. They ignored me, helped other customers while I was left waiting. Then when I was filling out my background check they looked me up and down and told me it would be a 2 week wait. Then they started helping other customers while they told me, we are waiting on your decline and wait for background check. As the rude salesman is telling me thys, I was approved. You have lousy, judgmental employees, Ill spend my money someplace else.

Bi-Mart has been in our area -Ontario- for as long as I can remember! I went for a quick and pick-up couple of items that I was NOT willing to go to Walmart to purchase. I ended up finding several GREAT deals! It was nice to be in a place where there were short lines, awesome deals and an individual who actually checked me out verses a self-check.The atmosphere was fun due to all the decorations supporting the season. People working at Bi-Mart were in good spirits and eager to help find items needed or wanted during my shopping spree! An atmosphere like Bi-Mart and people working the store was just what I needed that day!! 😊

Kind of disappointed todays visit.. Sent someone in for my prescription and the greeter who was so sweet and doing such a great job red cheeks and all.. has no water.. Its 80 only getting hotter. Please hydrate those employees who are doing safety measure so the at risk public stay safe while we get through this trying time..

Its not Walmart. Ive been a member since 1983 and they have a good selection of camping and fishing gear. They have a little bit of everything and a pharmacy. Employee-owned.

I love bimart. Been using their pharmacy here for yrs. They are always polite, dont have to wait long. I really like the customer service. Now they have an app to manage your meds. Never have trouble getting meds. I like to go in and look around, see wat other cool stuff I can find. Its always nice and peaceful, not all crazy with people.

Full retail price on most stuff.

The other day I went to Bi-mart and some other women walk up to me and ask me if I I had a smartphone and I said no but I do and I dont understand his phone so I dont understand why she even asked me that I dont know if she worked there or what

Quiet and smaller store thank the other giant Marts. Usually not packed with people and has most anything you might need. Prices are also very comparable to the other bigger chains.

Good! When you cant find certain types of organic growing supplies, bi-mart normally has what your looking for! Bi-marts crew and there inventory is awesome and prices are reasonable as well! Ppl are very helpful!

Terrible customer service..the associates behind the gun counter are completely awful, because I dont look like every other customer that cones through I received the worse customer service, I have dreads so apparently that means Im a criminal! Even though Im not and I just wanted to purchase mine and my sons hunting licenses I got glares and I heard the associate with glasses talking about me when I left. Im an assistant manager of a retail store and if any of my employees treated customers the way they treated me they would be fired. i have been shopping at Bimart since I was a child and unfortunately I will no longer do so
