Our refrigerator freezer went kaput today and we headed for Ontario to find a replacement.. H.Depot had only fake floor models that did not work so therefore were not for sale.. So off to the next place. Which wanted 1000 dollars for a used machine..no thank you.. next place went out of business.. OMG .. was I EVER going to find a refrigerator before my food thawed completly out?.. Then the last is always the best.. :) As soon as we walked into the Sears store we were welcomed and shown the PERFECT fridge for us..and the right price too by the friendliest gal . All questions we asked she had the right knowledge about everthing we asked..Plus she found us a good discount . Good quality appliances sold by good quality people.. We will definitely go there first from now on.

We bought a Kenmore Series 600 Triple Action Technology from this store last fall. This spring the computer panel shorted out. We have waited over two months for a replacement to get this fixed. I would not recommend any appliance at this store.

Went into the store to buy a microwave found a great one for around two hundred bucks great buy plus its from Sears really appreciated the salesperson very knowledgeable very kind Sears is the go-to place 4 old style customer service

Totally awesome experience!!! Went in to purchase a fridge. My sales associate was outstanding!! She was not only pleasant and professional, but very knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and showed me exactly what I needed. It was a super easy transaction. In this time of social distancing, both of the women working in the store were very conscious about it but also very professional. Have purchased several items at this store and this the best visit ever!!

My 80 year old mother bought a $500 refrigerator from these guys. The final cost ended up being over $800. She decided not to take delivery and cancelled the order the next day. She was promised a refund in the coming days. One and a half months later I got involved on her behalf I was promised she would receive the check by the following Friday. Two weeks later no check had arrived. I attempted to contact the regional manager however did not receive a response from him. Two days later the check was received. I was told by the local Sears rep. that the checks came from India. My advise if you can buy your appliances some other place do it. The place reeks of dishonesty.

This was the last choice on the list while I was shopping for a new fridge, but I checked them out anyways. Much to my surprise I met an amazing representative named Pedro. He knew more about the utility systems he was selling than anyone in town. Not to mention at all the other appliance stores in town I noticed several times that Spanish speaking families were having difficulty communicating their needs. The reason?? Because the other stores failed to have a Spanish speaking sales representative on hand. In Ontario?? Are you kidding me?? Several times while Pedro was assisting me he had to break away to help out with Spanish speaking families. He was amazing, probably the most knowledgeable appliance and lawn and garden equipment salesman in all of Ontario. He helped secure me a line of credit with such a low interest rate that Ill only be paying $100 in interest for my $2000 French door fridge. I will be a return customer as long as hes working there. I highly recommend stopping by Sears home town store in Ontario Oregon and ask for my man Pedro if you have any questions.

What a turn around this store has made since the new owners took over the atmosphere has completely changed for the better, customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this store to anyone. My husband was so pleased with the knowledge the sale personnel had on appliance and tools he said he wont make a purchase for tools or appliance from any place but this store. If you are looking to buy a new appliance or tools no need to look anywhere else this store has it all, wonderful products at reasonable prices.

Wow! The service, variety, and product quality at this store is absolutely amazing. I made the trip out to Ontario from Nampa, and it was well worth the drive. The new owners are not only knowledgeable about their products & services, but they truly care about their customers. If you are in the market for any type of appliance, large or small, I would HIGHLY recommend making a visit out to this store. They have great prices, a very friendly staff, and a desire to make sure the customer leaves happy. The owner and staff go out of their way to make sure you get just what you need. Not pushy, but super helpful. Some times you go in a business and they act like they are doing you a favor, not these guys they still understand service. I needed a washer and dryer for my family, I called John at Sears hometown store told him what i was looking for and what i wanted to pay... 2 days later i picked up my brand new washer and dryer. Really enjoyed the store, friendly and helpful staff. The owners John and Trisha Harris are really good at what they do and took good care of us.We ordered from them and and they had our order delivered to our house In Everett, WA. a 6 days later. What impressed me was the notifications sent to us nearly on a daily basis to update and confirm our order was on time for delivery. The day before we received notice of our two hour delivery time window, and the delivery was 30 minutes early. Amazing!Thx Harris Family.

I like to give positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience at this store was disappointing, to say the least. Prospective buyers should be aware of the sales tactic used to make promises about delivery times that arent kept. Our delivery was delayed not just twice, but three times. Then when it arrived the delivery person didnt raise the feet on the dryer so that it was even with the washer. Really?! How hard is it to look and see that the machines arent even. Cmon...this is basic setup stuff. I caught it prior to his leaving, but he told me he had other products to deliver and would have to come back the following week to fix. What??? Youre here...just fix it! After all, were STILL the customer! He said we would be first on the list before they started making deliveries on the following Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. I called that Tuesday to confirm our appt, and as expected, was told we werent on the list for service, but would be added. Also as expected, he didnt show up here until 1:00 p.m. Then, after raising the feet on my dryer, I noticed a dent in it. Seriously?! We just paid $1,000 for items you come in and dent?! And yes, it may be a small dent, but its the principal. We work hard and take good care of our things. They typically last us for years without incurring dents & scratches. As much as we like Sears products, there is no way we will be customers of this location in the future. Not unless the owner contacts us personally and makes it right. Were not dealing with their inexperienced, young customer service staff. We just bought a house and have several high $$ items to buy. As previous small business owners we wanted to patronize this store. We would have been embarrassed if our customers would have experienced the kind of service we received from this store. Very disappointing all the way around.

Went in and bought a mower from this store and when I went in was greeted and helped by the new owner himself and he was awesome, he answered all my questions and concerns and helped me get the best lawnmower for my lawn. I highly recommend this place for any of your needs very friendly owner and very helper 100% pleased!!!

Sears in ontario is a good store.they worked hard for us to get a new stove.that was under warranty.

I have never had a bad experience with the new owners. Iv called with questions and needing help and they go out of there way to help. Store seems more professional then the sears in Boise the other one is filled with high school kids who look at there phones while you wait inline.. they are prompt to meet you at the door,quick for orders to come in and they treat you way better and know exactly what your talking about.

This is an old school Sears. Still sells the best appliances and tools. The sales folks are pretty knowledgeable and are willing to hustle for you. They will match their online prices which is a great bonus. They do have a small store. All in all if you are looking for the best deals, this is a great place to go. The appliances are on display. BUT THEY CAN ORDER EXACTLY what you want thats what we did

This store literally had everything I needed for my needs at the moment, I even got a vacuum that wasnt on my list along with the fridge, washer & dryer. They even had exercise equipment and tools. I was happy with my service that was displayed with smile from start to finish. I will be back!

I have purchased a snowblower, a lawn mower and a weed eater from this store we enjoy talking with the crew that works there and we usually do a lap or two around the store befor we leave just to see if they have something we cant live without. If they dont have it they can get it, worth the drive every time go see for yourself.

On vacation visiting relatives whos fridge just.took a dive on him, 10 year old compressor. I have these places like car dealers. Moments were walled in se had a warm greeting from Trish who decided to help us. Did push our budget and even suggested a few items under it. My cousin,Dusty and his wife, Jenny decided on the fridge. but Jenny wife mentioned it did not match other appliance. Trish did not try and upsell at all but offered to call if a sale or open box item shows up. Jenny convinced Dusty on a new oven/range dishwasher and microwave all to match. Paid half cash I have them some and the rest did in a new sears credit card. We loaded the fridge the rest csme later and installled. I never write these things but wasntb til after done and paid did she introduce us to John andnthen owned the joint. she never acted better than us, upsell but treated us respectuflly jjst as if she was a regular employee. Hats off two. If ever need any appliances dont go any where else. I need rising mowe, Id rather buy there and have him ship to to go to one of local big boys.
