I really love Big Lots, but the service today was really bad. Asked someone to help me and it took 15 min for me to approach them again. I was in the store for 45 min for something that should have taken 5 min to resolve. I think she was new because she looked overwhelmed. I understand the Pandemic is effecting us ALL. PLEASE DONT FORGET YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS. Have a great day.

These days Big Lots can be a hit and miss when it comes to selection, cleanliness, and customer service. However, this one in Ontario had everything and more. Selection was too notch. Cleanliness was evident throughout and customer service was outstanding by 2 different associates.

Always has a nice selection of seasonal items for home decor 👍🏼

Always went to big lot on foothill in rancho Cucamonga,but for the first time I took my mother to the store by the Ontario Mills mall the store was nice and clean, employees were so helpful, wasnt alot of customers in the store but it was only 10:30 am,my mother found everything she was looking for and more, we stayed in there for aleast 2 hrs..will return again,lots of parking

Went to get some emergency reading glasses the other day... I felt followed the entire time up until I paid. But got my favorite snack so Im going back soon...

Standing in line for 15 minutes or so waiting for checker to find a price for my item. Hot in there, rude kid hitting my cart with his. Finally checker finds something similar for $4. I told her I had 2 of them. I thought it was $4 for both since they wouldnt be worth $4 each. So frustrated I went to my car just to figure out I paid $8 for 2 of them. Nothing had prices. Would drive to the Laverne location next time.

Beautiful store! Very clean. A lot of space to move around and decent variety of items. Interaction with the employees Ive uncountered has always been a positive. They been both helpful and friendly.

This location is far better stocked than most that Ive gone to. They also have more items available in store, or so it seems. There are more floor samples or furniture and just seems cleaner too. Ill be coming back here first before I go to my local locations!

Had just what we needed and saved alot of money. Have been avid shoppers for years and you came through again. Needed 2 different sizes in mattresses, with the savings and sales deals also got sheets, pillows and other items. Staff is helpful, friendly, and safe.

Feels kinda empty, but they had everything I wanted. The store was organized and clean.

This is a big Big Lots.Theres a large selection of furniture, including mattresses and the entire rear of the store is packaged food. If you are looking for home goods (vacuum cleaners, kitchen items, bathroom furnishings, etc), the entire westend area is your place.

I walked in, didnt buy anything. I was just strolling around. The store was clean and well organized. The employees aknowledge me while I was in the store. I walked out.

Looking for new throw pillows, I headed to the store on 4th St. only to find it closed. I looked on Google Maps to find the nearest store to the now closed one, and found this location. Great new store! Clean, bright and shelves nicely stocked. The employees are very nice and helpful. Ill definitely return.

This huge bag of great tasting Popcorn 🍿 & under $2 bucks! No where else but the Lot!!!

She was patient, took the time to gather and put my order together in addition gave my great ideas for decor! She has great insight on interior design. Shes my girl! This store is big and beautiful. Great location relatively close to Mills Mall. I loved that all the furniture was on display and I had 3 different associates asked if I needed help. One checked inventory to make sure the sofa was in stock. Didnt buy the sofa yet, but the service so far has been excellent. Definitely recommend this store; fully stocked with friendly employees.

Brand new so super clean. Ive never been in a Big Lots so organized with clear wide aisles.They have a nice range of stuff from outdoor furniture to hard to find candies, organic jams, and kitchen appliances. I liked it. I want to go back soon.EDIT:Unfortunately my second visit was not so nice. A manager was really rude and made me not want to come back.

I went to Fontana Big Lots on Foothill and to my surprise the bed side tables matching my dresser were on clearance tonight, although they only had one floor model. She called around and there were 4 at Ontario Big Lots behind Ontario Mills. She told them to hold 2 for me in boxes. They were originally $249 last week and today, they were $150. They re not carrying the set anymore. You really have to pop in Big Lots regularly, youll find bargains on their clearances.

Came in for some snacks earlier today. Store looks great! Lots of furniture out in the middle of the store so I sat and took a little nap on their display recliners lol

I went in asking about a trundle bed wanting to purchase. The person said they didnt have any in stock but was nothelpful and not customer friendly. I took down his name PHIL and went to another biglots off foothill. Very friendly staff and explained everything to me I mentioned that PHIL was not helpful but extremely rude. I asked about the trundle at the foothill store and the lady said they didnt have any and advised me the ontario store showed 5 in stock. I told her my experience and gave me numbers to other stores. I hope PHIL receives customer service training because he has none. Hoping the general manager reads this.

Great Place to shop for everything. Some locations carry Furniture & mattress. Food. Dog Laundry supplies, milk eggs, ice cream. Bedding. Toys, storage containers. Christmas decor/trees. Candles. Vacuums. Home decor..Etc

Happened to visit this city and was surprised and thankful to see Big Lots. When I visited it was their Grand Opening. Got lots of great buys. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I love the Rancho Cucamonga store on Foothill and Vineyard the one by Ontario Mills needs a lot of help I dont understand why their prices are higher there than they are Ontario plus I didnt get the 20% off the items that were on sale but thats okay Im going back to my original store at Foothill and Vineyard on the north side of the street awesome team awesome stuff good service more than one cashier and theyre much smaller store but everybody needs help every has to start somewhere right thanks Big Lots

Service was terrible, we bought glassware and the cashier didnt wrap it with paper, he tried to put both glassware in same plastic bag. I had to get another bag myself and bag the separate.
