Best customer service!! Customer for life. We have gotten so many compliments on our furniture from this store and it is still looks brand new a year and half later. The couches have also withstood our 40 pound dog so very animal friendly, not even a mark to show the wear and tear hes put on it. Very comfortable and the best quality. The bar stools at the Island and coffee table were also purchased at the store. So much selection for all styles and tastes at such a great price and the friendliest service. You will feel right at home at Eldredge Furniture.

Came across this gem and happy I did. Family owned and operated. I had the pleasure of working with Mike the owner and I found some fantastic real wood furniture. We struck a deal with a good old fashion handshake and the rest is history. They under promised and over delivered. They didn’t have an end table I ordered until the middle of October, yet I received a call from the store and they had it early. Tyler gave me a call and was nice enough to bring the end table to my home. Now that’s WOW customer service! You’ve earned a customer for life and I’ll refer anyone in the market to your store. So, we had ordered a mattress at a big box store. They told us it would ship in 10 days and that it would cost $70 for an out of town delivery (since were more than 20 miles away). Anxious to get our new mattress, I called at day 11 to see if there was an update. He said that it would probably be there in a few days. I asked if we could set up a delivery time and was told that they couldnt until the mattress arrived.It arrived the next day (although no one informed me). I waited two more days and, not getting any update, I called and asked if had arrived.I was told that they did out of town deliveries one day a week and the next two weeks were booked out so it would be 3 weeks. We scheduled the delivery appointment (I will admit that I was frustrated that I had to initiate the appointment).In the meantime, I asked Eldredge if they could order this exact mattress. They could. They also told me that they have approximate wait times on delivery to the store and that the mattresses show up when they show up (maybe 10 days, maybe 2 weeks, maybe longer).I cancelled my big box store order and then ordered the same exact product through Eldredge. They called me 7 days later letting me know it had arrived at the store AND delivered it the next day! They delivered it 3 days before the big box store would have (even though the big box store had 2+ weeks lead time)We had great (and free) delivery and set up AND no sales tax.

Very awesome place! People were very helpful yet not overpowering. Love this local Ontario buisness! We bought a Lazy Boy recliner. Again very helpful and thought full crew. They didnt have one in a box, so they put a bag over the chair to keep it clean during transport.

Our experience was over three years ago but it was such a wonderful experience we will always start here for all home furnishings purchases. We bought our very first couch from Eldredge. The older gentleman (owner) worked with us, knew a had fallen in love with a couch that was out of my budget. He worked to get it down to where we could afford it. We still have the couch today and have loved everyday of it. I would highly recommend going in and speaking with the owner and seeing what this awesome place has to offer.

They are wonderful! We bought a twin bed from them, they said they would deliver the bed shortly after 3pm. They arrived at 3:05 exactly! They set up it up. Im very happy with these guys! They were very helpful while we were in there looking for the bed. Even more helpful setting up. I highly HIGHLY recommend these guys! You wont regret it.

We got a good mattress for what I thought was a great price. Didnt have to push or anything. The salesman who helped us was an Eldredge, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, did not try to upsell us or talk us into anything we could not afford. This truly is a family-owned and operated business. Very satisfied, well be back.I should note, the store and showroom are not in perfect condition, but we were fine with that. Shopping in a super nice store makes me feel like Im spending too much :-)

Salesmen was real nice to work with, however we bought a split king adjustable Mattress we didnt end up liking but since it was a copper model there was no trial period to exchange. I have been sleeping on my recliner because this mattress is really bad on my back. I wont buy another mattress without making sure it has a trail return period.

Low on stock

We walked in the front door and was hit with a sewage odor. It appears the store has a sewage vent leak or breakage as the odor was exceptionally strong. We looked at some very nice recliners and sofas but also realized it would take several weeks to air out anything we bought there. Before leaving we asked questions about the construction of a couple pieces of furniture and was told what they had was what consumers want now. The brand we bought 18 years ago had lowered their standards but thats what consumers want now. I told the older man that that was not true with me as I too am a consumer. Sorry I will not go back there until they fix the sewer problem. Fabric absorbs odors and it is extremely hard to get rid of the stink. Dont want it in my house.

We bought some chairs and a mattress set in January.Real nice customer service and help in the store. Nice delivery people and huge selection. But now it is after the fact we bought. I bought a Brookridge Euro Mattress set. We had problems right off with lumps in our mattress. I was told its like a pair of shoes you have to get used to it Well, months go by and we are switchng between sleeping on our new mattress and our guest mattress which has no lumps is 3 years old and paid a whole lot less than this one. I called and again and took picutres to the store of the lumps as more have come to surface . After sitting in a very quiet discussion and me saying most not any resolve at the end. I know they want to sell me a more expensive set I cant afford. I was told this mattress is known to do this and not warrantied by the manufacturer. So I have a lumpy bed with very little sleep time on it as we have to sleep in a guest room for rest. My old mattress was just old not lumpy. I wish I could post a picture here for you to see. I feel like they are eager for my money but not for any return business. And I am not through buying furniture for our makeover.

We furniture shopped for an entire Saturday. We started at Eldredge and went to Masingills in Payette, Parma Furniture, and then headed to Meridian & Boise and hit Mor, CHF, Lazy Boy, RC Willey, DeMeyer, and several other stores. I had just one question for every shop: What is the term of the warranty on the Foam & Frame of your furniture? After buying furniture from Ashley where the foam had collapsed just after the one-year warranty ran out, I learned my lesson. Somewhat surprisingly, we ended up back at Eldredge. They had the color/style we were looking for in a 3-piece set and the price was very reasonable. And, they carry some furniture brands with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

I bought a table and chairs for $1200 and the table started peeling, because it was cheap. I called them, they replaced with the same table and it is doing the same thing. Not quality furniture. Wont go back.

Great family owned business, great furniture and prices

Got my dad a electronic recliner chair from here not cheep eather.

Purchased complete living room and bedroom sets from them June in 2015, about 6,000.00 worth. 6 mos later having problem with the couch creeks and squeaks, many phone calls and very little communcations from them keep getting the run around, sent some young kid out to look at it who had no idea what he was doing. Now middle of July 2016 still nothing done. One thing for sure customer service not there strong suite.
