Less than a year ago I purchased an Evolution Forester 4 golf cart. Really can’t complain to much about the golf cart but the customer service and warranty service are horrible. I recently was transporting my golf cart on trailer for a 2 hour trip. Everything was fine until we arrived back from our destination. I noticed the roof of the golf cart had cracked on one side and ripped off on the other. When I called to file a claim I was told that the golf cart are not meant to exceed speeds of 25 mph. I asked how you were supposed to transport your golf cart around and was never given an answer. He basically told me that trauma was done to the roof which isn’t manufactur defect. I told him that was completely unacceptable that I purchased this $12,000 dollar golf cart mainly for the warranty and they are not even going to honor it. When I looked up new roofs for this golf cart online they are anywhere from $250-$500 dollars, so you aren’t going to first honor your warranty over a couple hundred dollars second give poor customer service over a couple hundred dollars.

Our lithium battery is still under warranty, and it died. Evolution won’t help us, or even honor the warranty!1) We bought it new from Mike’s golf carts in Venice Fl. who went out of business.2) I contacted evolution in CA who told me to contact the east coast evolution in Ocala Florida. Who referred me to an evolution dealer not far from me. However I was informed this evolution dealer wouldn’t be reimbursed from evolution for our new battery……even though it’s STILL under the two year warranty. That’s not fair to this dealer.3) Our lithium battery is confirmed to be dead, even though we have a 2 year warranty.4) When we were sold this golf cart at Mikes golf carts, the owner Mike told us “ this was an American made company based in Ontario California.” Last week when we had our first issue, I was told by the west coast evolution that the evolution golf carts are actually imported from China.5) These are the facts of what’s happened to us, it’s not liable if it’s true.6) It was suggested to me that I purchase another evolution lithium battery . Why would I spend another $2,000 for a new battery when it’s supposed to be under warranty? I just paid $7,000 for the golf cart in 2020! I don’t feel that is fair, because we are under the warranty period fair and square for several more months!7) We’d like to have evolution give us the battery that we’re entitled to have under warranty.8 ) I hope nobody in this evolution family runs into this issue, which is why I’m posting this.9) The sad part is, we were thinking of upgrading to a larger evolution golf cart, because we loved this one so much. Now we have lost trust, and we hope evolution will choose to make this right.

I recently had an issue where a part on my Evolution Classic 4 golf cart needed to be swapped out. After contacting the dealer I purchased it from, they put me directly in touch with Evolution experts that resolved the issue, exceeding my expectations in timeliness and quality of the repair. Not only does Evolution deliver the best value in golf carts, they stand behind their product. Special kudos to Kevin at Evolution for going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their product and their willingness to stand by their product.

I have had my Evolution Classic for about 3 months now. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy this cart if you want to use it for golfing. First of all, the customer service is absolutely non-existing. I ordered a golf bag holder through my dealer the day I bought the cart. It has yet to arrive. The dealer is telling me that Evolution keeps telling them it is going to arrive on the next shipment, but it never does. I also wanted a scorecard holder and Evolution advertises it on their website. However, when my dealer reached out to them, Evolution said they no longer offer the holder even though it is still on their website. Ive tried reaching out to Evolution repeatedly and they will not respond. My dealer, who has been good, said they are not responding because all their customer service employers quit and that is also why they are struggling to get out parts and answer phones. The mirrors that come with this cart are too low and you can only see the ground, not what is behind you. The golf ball holders dont hold balls very well. The golf tee holders are fake, they are veneers. The tees go in about 1/8 and hit the dash beneath. Turning radius is bad as well. Basically, this cart is a fake golf cart that goes fast and has a digital dashboard. Everyone likes the looks. Thats why I bought it. My wife like the looks and I saved $2k over a club cart or ez-go. BIG MISTAKE!!! Do not buy, run away from it. My dealer is has been great and is doing everything they can to help, but Evolution is just bad to deal with. Im going to ask to return. Im worried that if something breaks on this I will never get a spare part. If you just want something to cruise around in, then it will work, but the mirrors are useless and the seatbelt retractors fail quickly.

Bought one of there carts July 2020, I have a simple service question. They never answer there phones, never return emails. Super horrible customer service. Well non at all thus far. I need to sell this thing and go get a cart from a company that will provide support.

They are the worst company to deal with. I have been dealing with them since April of this year regarding a warranty issue. They don’t respond to the dealer who is trying to fix the cart. All I get is excuses from them. The individual I was dealing with abruptly left the company in August and I was never notified. I call and send emails with no response. I am now forced to file a lawsuit against them. Run from this company!!!! They are bad news!!!

HORRIBLE!! Run away from this company, do not buy. Their street legal vehicles dont even go the minimum legal speed required by law. They dont answer calls, dont return calls. Nothing. We are stuck with a $10,000 lemon! We hate it.
