Signed agreements etc by 7am, called at 10:15am was told that I will be called as soon as possible, started getting text messages and sent my information by 11:20am. Waited 2 hours for a reply or a phone call instead I called was told I would be called back in 5 to 10 minutes, that 5 to 10 minutes turned into going on 5 hours, 2 of which my phone calls were ignored in that 5 hour period. Will not be recommending this store to anyone, and once the item I have rented is paid and done I will never rent anything else from this company.

As a wife of a former rentacenter store manager . I am appalled how Robert Montgomery and Charity Shaw handled the deviousness of this store. MY HUSBAND worked hard and was forced to resign due to basic mutany. I am uderly disappointed I the professionalism of courtesy and hold a lot of disrespect. You can look at the charts and spreadsheets of my husband accomplishments during his career and you can see his ability to interact with the community was beyond what he had to do. He focused on customer relations and growing his store. He took that store and brought it UP. not down UP. look at the number.

Ive read some unfavorable reviews on-line for Rent-A-Center (not location specific). I have been a customer of the Opelika, Alabama store for just over 90 days and altho Dierdre, Pam, and Rick MAY BE the RAC exceptions, I have received some of the friendliest, helpful, and efficient sales & support EVER!! Cant ask for anything more so for me its 5 BIG stars!!!

These people were supposed to bring a washing machine out today and they went to the wrong house and will not bring it back out until Saturday this was their fault and they should make this right

Had a voucher where I could get a washer and dryer dryer filled out the form and all that called the next day to see if I could just pay a week was on hold had to call back spoke with John the manager an he was so RUDE and said that my references didnt want anything to do with me an the number I put down for my landlord was wrong. I will never do business with Rent a center in Opelika, AL
