Customer service? None whatsoever. Warranty? Well depends on if he will actually respond to you before the warranty is up... will get to you within an hour if you wanna buy something. I didnt want to come here and post this review but I have only had this washer for 2 months. Not even upset that it is already broken down. Want this review to change please feel free to contact me.Update. Says will be there to check it out within 2 days. Will post again in 2 days for follow up

I purchased a used washer and drier here almost a month ago, and the store associates were very helpful. However,the washer is leaking constantly and I have tried now for 3 weeks to have someone come repair it, as it is under warranty. After multiple contacts,I got one reply, saying someone would come on a Monday. I waited and noone came. I have been unable to get any response from store since that time,despite multiple calls and emails. Very disappointing service for the money I paid.

Been hunting for a good washer and dryer for the longest. These guys hooked me up for 350 on a Maytag set with a warranty. Cant beat that

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.So far the savings have not been worth the trouble.I found them on facebook marketplace, and asked for a specific dryer listed as available. I asked them to reserve that dryer. Not long before I wanted it to be delivered they said someone came and bought it. I asked for something comparable and got three blurry images to choose from. I picked one out of the three and it was delivered for a fee.A few days ago I bought a dryer from them. The next day my tenants informed me that it was not working. I messaged them immediately and was notified that the office was closed and would re-open in the morning. After speaking with someone about this he said hed come the next day at 1:30pm. It is well past 1:30 now, and I have not even been able to get in touch with them. I am unsatisfied with every bit of this transaction.It has been several days since I first saw the original dryer I asked for which was sold. It is still listed as available ( I find that suspicious).UPDATE: They came out today to repair the dryer, my tenant just called and said it has already broken again.UPDATE 2: I am appalled at the unprofessional manner in which this company has conducted itself.I’ve asked for them to remove the dryer from my property and for a full refund. They said they would be at the house at 4:00pm, then no one showed up. I had a tenant stay at the house for them, and he said he waited an hour and fifteen minutes before he had to leave. This is unacceptable.

Did NOT receive the appliance I requested. It was a fire and electrical hazard. TheY gave me the run around all day until I finally got my money back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
