Great local automobile shop. Very pleased with attention to detail. Would highly recommend. They also offer local pickup and drop off.
Friendly staff and management. Mechanics do fantastic work. I trust this crew for all of my work. 10/10
Same price as all others, but what stands out is the workmanship and warrenty service included in a front end alignment. Best in town for that reason.
These are the most opportunistic, lying, scamming, money hungry people Ive ever done business with. Even after EVERYTHING they put me through, I wasnt going to say anything about my experience, I was going to take the high road. That was until my car wouldnt crank and popped the hood only to discover my brand new battery had been taken out and replaced with an old beat up battery that is dead and wont charge. Luckily for me they were sloppy and careless. Now lets go back to why I ended up at this place. I was having overheating issues and I took my car to them for a diagnostic. Every auto shop I been to charges an diagnostic fee up to $100. So I assumed it was the same there. However they wanted to charged me almost $400 just to look at the car but said if I let them fix it they would waive the fee. So I got an estimate of the cost and noticed they were charging crazy prices for the parts. Over $400 for a little ol radiator cap that I had just bought for 10.99 at AutoZone 2 days prior. I brought it to their attention and it went downhill from there. I bought a new thermostat the day before but they claimed they couldnt use the parts I bought, yet I marked my parts before I put them on the car. So basically they charged me for parts they never ordered because those same parts other than the water pump and heater core are still on the car that I bought. So much more in-between happened. I got behind on my car note and rent trying to pay the repairs. So finally, I get the balance down to 491.00. I go up there and I noticed my car isnt there. So I ask her little receptionist girl Molly where the car is. She goes *the lienholder picked it up Im like huh? Im lost at this point because the only way the lienholder would know the car was in the shop, is if Teresa called them. But I didnt make a scene, I waited for the dealership to open and I called them. They told me Teresa Futral called them and told them my car had been at the shop going on 60 days (a lie) with no pay off. So the lienholder paid the shop, took the car and told me to come get it the next day.I get to the dealership and realize Teresas mechanics went through my stuff. Reciepts from car note payments and all. Thats how they found out who the lienholder was. It gets better, I noticed they cracked up my dashboard trying to get to the heater core. Rather than admitting a mistake and correcting it, she thought she could get away with it by having my car taken by the lienholder. But I had already talked to them about the shenanigans at Futrals and showed them what I was being charged. So it actually worked out in my favor.Take it from me, dont go there. Especially if you arent one of them because you will see the difference in service. They will drain you dry, ramble through your personal stuff and steal your battery. Turkey neck Teresa has to answer for this theft.
A great bunch of guys here who wants to help you get those pesky problems and break downs fixed right so you can get back on the road worry free.
They messed up my car, wouldnt advise anyone to go there
