Had high hopes for this place. Not many bad reviews. But I tried to get a diagnosis on my car. The first time got a long list of small and major things. The only issue is we had about half that list just serviced by another mechanic all within less then a year. But I wasnt even mad because I just wouldnt have it done knowing its not neccessary. Then the moment the car was on the road my fiance noticed the breaks wouldnt go down at all. Apparently someone forgot to put a hose back so the breaks couldnt get air. Also somehow just forgot a $5,000 machine in the car that I had to drive back up to them. After a talk he agreed to finish diagnosing the major issues that was the reason I took it in for. We take it back in to finish the diagnoses. Then when we pick it up were told now we have to pay another $150 for him to finish the diagnoses even though that was never brought up before. So he had it a few hours and said nothing and didnt finish the diagnose just waited till we got there to tell us we have to pay for him to do that. Instead of telling us before we left the car there. So didnt even do what he said he would do. I dont understand why but it was very unprofessional. Not to mention the very rude front desk girl who you can overhear talking about customers and laughing. Also just a very rude attitude.Also the owner actually hung up the phone on me when after he told me the reason it wasnt diagnosed was because he needed another $150. So I politely told him I couldnt afford to keep paying for a diagnoses several times so I could afford to fix it. Wasnt loud or rude or anything in that nature. Even apologized for it even though he still got paid to really not do much. But hanging up on them because you didnt like that they didnt want to continue business with you is still very immature. I would expect better from an owner of a company.P.s. if you have a policy about your rate be honest up front dont tell someone to bring in the car and tell them your going to do that exact thing then turn back around the next day and say oh no Im not going to do it now. If you have fees thats all fine just be honest and dont go back on what you say. But also none of that even matters its how you treat your customers. Acting like a child and laughing at customers and hanging up on customers is immature and unprofessional. Which says a lot on how you do your job. Hard to trust someone to do a good job when they act like children at their place of work. Especially sad when the own owner acts in the matter. It hurts the whole companies reputation.

I definitely recommend Crawford good honest mechanics who know what they are doing theyll quote you a fair price in my opinion.

Came in with a check engine light that I had been trying to self-diagnose and fix within my scope of knowledge for months to no avail. These guys got it in promptly, dropped my fuel tank and replaced my fuel tank pressure sensor in a matter of a few hours. The cost was very reasonable and I won’t hesitate to visit them again! Thanks guys!
