Have been in to get wifes brakes checked/repaired twice. First time i was told there was no issue but started having a brake fluid leak after. Took it a second time, new pads/rotors resurfaced (also rotated/balanced tires).. Brakes are fine but my wifes tire pressure sensors are now indicating low air pressure.These issues arent deal breakers but its frustrating leaving with problems that should be dealt with prior a vehicles work being complete.With that said, im sure this is probably an anomaly considering all the great reviews. The front office was friendly and courteous as usual.

It was a very nice place to have your automobile serviced. The waiting area was clean and nice. They have restrooms that are very cleaned. They are very nice and they explain what they find wrong with your car.

I went to this place twice. The first time they removed a wheel stud for me and replaced my tires and did a good job. Because of this and the good things I heard I decided to take my car in for a clutch job. They called me back 6 days later saying they could not handle it.

They will do the job Right at a fair price.

The older gentleman at the front is rude and I only came here because I use Goodyear but this one store I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with this man. Humm just asked have you been adding air to the tire? If he listened and yes have been adding air slow leak. Will not come back.

Very fast and good prices. I forgot to ask for an alignment. Might have to go back and have one done. I dont think I need one. The waiting area was nice and even the bathroom was clean.

Got a wheel alignment they did an excellent job my car tracks straight as an arrow. They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes I paid around 85 bucks for the job and im very happy with how my car drives now. Customer service was great smiles all around friendly people work here. Will definitely go back when i need more work done to my ride.

I could not be more thankful for this business. Ive been to Wesley about 4 times over the past 5 years and each time Ive had an amazing experience. They have done repairs for far less than I was quoted by other dealerships or repair places and in two of those four cases, I have taken a tire there for minor tire issues and they have not charged me for the service. Today, I was there with my baby in the car and they were able to pull a nail out of my tire and send me on my way without waking the baby or charging me a thing. There are very few auto repair shops that I can say I fully trust, but Wesley has earned my full trust and my continued business.

Visited here for the first time yesterday. It was extraordinarily helpful that theyre open on Saturdays, and early enough that I was able to stop by before work. I unfortunately didnt have an appointment, but they were more than happy to help. They were friendly, efficient, and were able to address my issue at a surprisingly reasonable cost. They were kind enough to tell me to return before a road trip Im taking to ensure everything is looking good. Would definitely recommend and return!

Great staff! They get busy at times (a testament to how good they are) but they still get things done in a reasonable time.

I had lowered my Honda Civic and any time you change pretty much anything with the suspension, you will want to get an alignment because your camber and toe are likely to be off. The first place in Opelika I went to came out, saw that I was lowered, and didn’t even attempt to get the car on the ramps for an alignment. Wesley Tire told me they would at least be willing to try. Lo and behold, the car made it onto the ramp no problems. It pays to put in a little effort, cause now I will come back here anytime I need work done. Wesley was also able to do the alignment for less than I was quoted at the other place.

Tried to sell me an 8 year old tire. Really! Sorry but this was a new never before used tire. Didnt mean to cause any confusion that it was used.

My husband and I get our cars serviced at Wesley. They are friendly and always helpful. This is a local business where the owner values integrity and honesty with his customers (which is not always easy to find at service centers). Ive never had to wait long for a tire rotation. The owner also makes sure his customers are taken care of and we will continue to use Wesley for our tire and oil change needs!

Mr. Sam Wesley is a reasonable businessman. He would care for explaining the reasons behind the charges, which made me feel much better. I like his personality: directness. However, my car had a low pressure warning for my new installed tires after leaving the store for 30 mins. I believe that was just a human error which possibly can happen anywhere. But, when this kind human error comes to to our tires, it makes me feel that I was so lucky that my car could find it out before I hit on the freeway to Atlanta that day with a speed of 70 MPH. Overall, I feel thankful about their service.

I had my blower motor worked during the summer and they charged me about $250 to replace the blower motor in my truck. A few days later(in the dead of summer, 90s temp.) My blower motor went out again, so I recently took it back to them and had it worked on again. This time charging $25 to put a fuse in, only to find my blower motor quit again. .. only a day later. They wanted to charge me $1000 to replace it all. As a soon to be father my money is much needed elsewhere

I went to wesley tire and auto to have a window regulator installed in my passenger side door, and after picking it up I noticed that my passenger side rear view mirror was broken. I immediately took it back to show the owner that someone damaged my mirror and his response was, how do you know it wasnt like that when you dropped it off? Well probably because I just purchased the car, and I know the mirror wasnt broken. He argued with me about how they didnt touch that part of the car when it was clear that someone bumped the mirror or opened the door into a wall. The mirror was hanging off of my car. He finally agreed to order a replacement mirror and install it. 2 weeks later the mirror comes in, but it has to be painted before it can be installed. That takes another week. After finally getting my mirror fixed I have found that the panel on the passenger side door of my car wasnt put back on correctly. The clips were never put into place after the regulator was replaced, so that is broken too. Lets just say they will not be receiving any business from me at wesley tire and auto again.

Good mechanics are hard to find. These guys are good mechanics.

I tried to check the battery for a possible replacement. And, they took a charge $15.50 of labor and I also paid the full battery replacement fee.

Went to Wesleys tire shop in Opelika, AL today. I will never go there again. I went in with 2 broken tire stems due to another mechanics neglect and left Wesleys being charged for 2 more broken off stems after being told by their mechanic earlier that they had broke only one more. I was charged $85.00! Buyer beware!
