This CVS location is always fast and awesome despite being the busiest CVS I’ve ever been to. It’s across the street from east Alabama medical center which makes it busier but this pharmacy team is great. Grace is the best. She’s always so helpful and if I were you I would always ask for her help if you need something specific. Thank you CVS on perperrel parkway!!! Thank you GRACE

Pharmacist and staff hhave horrible dispositions. No courtasy or professionalism, I felt like I was a bother to them. The black woman was the only one doing a great job. She was friendly helpful and expedient. The front registries were also great. I havent considered changing pharmacys in 12 yrs but I dont know now, well see.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever used. I understand being understaffed but 3 1/2 hr wait on filling a medicine because at 10am your pharmacist won’t be there for another 2 hours and you give them a extra hour and still 3 hrs later your prescription isn’t filled because the pharmacist is giving COVID shots too. And you have to wait another 30 mins….total 3 1/2 hours!!! I wasn’t the only one. You should be more worried about filling your customer’s prescriptions!!

Absolutely horrible service from Pharmacy staff. I asked if they can order prescription from specific manufacturer and the person I talked to was very nice. He said he will transfer my prescription from Walgreens, get the order placed from specific manufacturer and will have it available by Thursday, 7 days from the day I called. Past 3 days I called for a follow up to see if they got the order placed. Got in touch with another guy named Alex and he said they have not be able to get in touch with Walgreens to transfer the prescription for 2 days. A lie, but I asked him to see if he can follow up again. He said he would get it done by the evey and will call me the next day. No updates next day so I called. He had no idea about what we discussed a day before. I personally drove to the pharmacy and he then took my phone number and said he is going to get it done the same day and will call me with updates before he leaves for the day. Another lie. No call backs for two days. Now it says pharmacy is closed temporarily.I called Auburn CVS and had much better service. Wish management would see this and work on improving customer service.

The rudest workers ever dealing with prescriptions. They do not want to do what their system tells them about calling to get the approval that is needed. They just need to close this store. The drive thru is never open. Go anywhere else to get your meds.

Been on hold with the pharmacy for 20 minutes and still no answer and when I went up there 1 woman working in the pharmacy acted like she didnt want to do her job got rude with me for asking a question

I had an appointment to take the second dose of the covid vaccine and they refused to give me it they were also rude to me when I was in a rush they even saw me in my work uniform and they still didnt let me get my dose now Im in the cvs in Dean road and they were kind and let me take my second dose.

This place is the worst location you could ever go to. Please don’t use this one . I thought I had to because of my insurance but I went to Walgreens and it was also accepted there and other places... CVS you need to evaluate your employees at this location...Rude and absolutely unprofessional!! I’m sure it wasn’t the pharmacist but it was definitely the male technician..

One of the most professional and friendly businesses I’ve ever visited!Danielle, the pharmacist, treated me with dignity and respect while saving more than 250+ dollars on my medication I’ve been paying way too much for from other pharmacies!The store manger greeted me with more respect as I cashed out some Christmas gifts at the front register while going over and beyond with genuine kindness!I had my prescription filled and my Christmas purchases paid for in less than 25 minutes!Merry Christmas, CVS! 🎁

The staff in the pharmacy is horrible. The guy smacking his gum while telling me they don’t have the med I was prescribed And offers no help trying to help me find another pharmacy. I have to use this pharmacy or I WOULD NOT!! CVS should be ashamed!!!

Initial staff was friendly and not a problem. He was willing to forward my question to the pharmacist and I understand her explaination of why she could not do what I was asking about, however there was no reason for her to immediately address me like I had just killed her dog. She was extremely rude without provocation. I wont be back at this pharmacy in the future.

First time getting a prescription filled took my entire lunch hour, so I decided to drop my next prescription off and pick up after work. I dropped it off at 12 and was asked when I wanted to pick it up. I told her 4. I gave them an extra hour and arrived at 5 in the drive thru. I was told it wasn’t ready and to leave the drive thru line, drive around the building and get at the end of the line. If you can’t count 20 pills and put in a bottle within 5 hours you should close your doors. I will not be back, nor will I recommend anyone do business with your establishment.

People working at the pharmacy are completely unprofessional. Initial pharmacist I spoke with was unnecessarily rude with aggressive comments not needed or wanted. The other techs/pharmacists in the back were speaking rudely about other patients the entire time. Last time I will be picking up from here.

I am a health care provider. I phoned in a prescription for a patient. I had to leave a message. They say they check messages on the hour every hour. My patient drove there and was told I didnt leave all pertinent information. My patient called me from CVS and told me about this. I called CVS back and asked to speak to pharmacist. After being on hold for fifteen minutes, I was told pharmacist didnt have time to speak to me, and I should call back and leave another message. I was also told at this time they didnt get first message at all. This is not the first time this has happened. It makes the prescriber look bad when patients show up expecting to get prescriptions and they are told RX was never phoned in.

After being discharged from the hospital my husband and I went to the drive through pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. They informed us it would be an hour wait so we left. He dropped me off at home so I could rest and returned to pick up my prescriptions only to be told they didn’t even fill them yet because they won’t take my BCBS insurance. My husband drove back from Auburn for something they could have told us over the phone. He took my prescriptions to Walgreens where it only took them fifteen minutes to fill and my insurance was accepted. Not only are the workers at this location rude, but also incompetent. Will not be returning.

I starting calling the pharmacy today at 5:30 today to speak to a technician about a prescription. My wife and I each called at least four times and no one ever took our calls. We were placed on auto hold each time for approximately 5 minutes each. Each time the call either ended due to what I think was an automatic timeout or we were disconnected. The mangement needs to correct this subpar service.

Well i have mixed emotions about this place.On the one hand,the staff is very curious and informative but on the other hand they get scripts confused and it takes forever to transfer.They need to change sign out front because it is not a fast transfer.Their auto call messages are also unclear and not up to date.
