Ive always been helped and greeted with a smile. My prescriptions are always ready or ready within 15 minutes of getting there.

SO FAR IVE HAD 3 PHOTOS DONE THAT WAD VERY DEAR TO ME. AND I WAD VERY PLEASED.

3/11/2021. Yesterday, I called 6 times, got hung up on twice. The pharmacist would not answer the phone from Dr.s office. When I got there, they had 1 customer. Pharmacist then told me in front of the manager, that my perscription was 500 dollars, lt actually cost 80 dollars at CVS. I will never go back

The employees are off the chain & it is a convenient location.

This woman named Heidi, who works in the pharmacy is so rude and unprofessional to everyone! I wish they’d get find someone better suited to work with the public

I purchased some pictures tonight from one of the kiosks here & everything was great. The guy who was helping us ended up leaving for the night before they printed off and said someone would be back there to grab them off the tray for us. 20 minutes later, no one is back there. My husband & I go to the front and ask the cashier (wish I would’ve got her name) if she could get our pictures for us. She replies “how do you know they’re back there?” With an attitude. I tell the lady there is no need to catch an attitude and tells me no one has an attitude but me. Honestly, I may have but I was frustrated and had been waiting a while. After a long spill about how she has other customers before us (which she did) that no one is in the store but her. (which was a lie because I called the manager when we left) my husband grabs the pictures off the tray and we take her the money. $10 in cash to be exact. The total was $7 and some change. She asks “how do you expect me to ring those up without an envelope?” I tell her I guess she isn’t going to because I’m in a hurry (I have a baby that my mom was watching so we could get Christmas shopping done) and she RUDELY screams at me and says I need to learn some patience and get out of her line and tells me I apparently have never worked in customer service (lol because I work in a call center) but, I end up giving her the money and we leave. I call to speak to the manager and she answers the phone and says “oh, I’m excited.” I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE. I’m not one to complain or leave a review but this girl was something. Fortunately, the manager got my name and has my change waiting on me in an envelope (I didn’t ask for it, but she is getting it. She was very nice & I appreciate all of her help. But, this was my first time doing any picture printing from here. CVS’ machines weren’t working when we went. Unfortunately, I will not be back after this.

I cant say enough good things about my Walgreens. Everyone are so helpful they always tell me anything i need know about my medicine. Some days they are super busy but they work really hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. They are like family and i am Super proud of them all. The cashier up front are always saying hello when you come in and so helpful if you need help finding something. So if you want a good place to go this is it. Just be kind to them and they will be so kind back.

DO NOT SHOP AT WALGREENS FOR GIFT CARDS!!!! They leave their cards out of site for people to scan. As soon as someone buys the card, it becomes activated. The criminal that scanned the card can use it online and when you go to use it, all the money is gone. Walgreens in Opelika, AL do not care and will NOT refund your money. They know its happening, but refuse to do anything about it. I was once their loyal customer. Now, I wont go buy anything there. General manager, Gary, is rude, unpleasant and refuses customer satisfaction!!!FYI....This happened at Walmart to a friend and they refunded the customers money.

Rude! Wait over twenty minutes and never get helped! Will never go back! Employees would rather play on cell phones than help customers!

I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever greeted me. There was 5 employees there no one greeted me. Their customer service is terrible, I stopped refilling prescriptions at CVS because of their terrible customer service. Im spending my money there I should at least receive some customer service

Ive been 3 times too get prescriptions because yall text and say its ready but I get the and its still not filled I travel 25 miles to come to get my meds if it cant be filled right I will go to CCS

Very helpful and knowledgeable, i never have trouble getting my meds on time. Not all walgreens are the same as far as customer service and friendliness.

Efficient, kind, and courteous is our experience with Walgreens Pharmacy in Opelika. After using CVS for over 17 years, we switched to Walgreens due to the lack of good customer service at CVS. We watched employees come and go at CVS and each time to the customer service declined. Since being a customer at Walgreens we are greeted with smiles and employees willing to direct and guide our family in the area of our prescriptions. Job well done, Walgreens!
