They are extremely short staffed and the isles are always blocked and their stock is minimal and you cannot find a thing in there and the debit card machine is always broken

Not just this dollar general but all of them never ever have enough employees. They should have people just on registers and people just for stocking. It tells me DG doesnt care about their employees or the customers bc they have to run back and forth. Always have to wait forever and theres always a long line, and so much stuff to stock u can barely get thru the aisles.

Convenient when you need a few things without having to drive to town.

Store had freight everywhere and to check out took forever.

The person who checked us out was great. But someone has to get i to the store and put inventory up. It Was all down the iles and you could not find anything. Please get them some help.

It is still being well stocked daily. It is slightly cramped in some areas but only because if being understaffed. Most dollar generals are like this. Its just a new norm for them.

I went in on Christmas Eve so the place was a disaster, but expected. The lines were long. Again, expected. Still, the employees were making the best of it. A++

I cant count the times, like tonight, that cashier is so sick she should be home in bed. Obviously the employees there (especially management) have absolutely no concern about their own health, that of their customers, and are intent on spreading whatever virus theyve got around to everyone. High prices, poor selection, and barely anything on the shelf or in coolers that isnt loaded with sugar or salt.

Service was ok, but like most dollar general stores the isle are blocked with stock that has yet been put up.

The store is cluttered and messy. The cashier was nice and friendly, she just needed to speak with confidence. She seemed to be shy.

What I wanted was in stock. Check out fast and easy. Clerk was friendly.

This store is close to where I live. In fact there are many of them in this area. It is convenient. Great prices. Sometimes a long line but not often. I recommend it!!

They are always out of things their always restocking and they get mad if you ask for something

Line backed up until another employee came to Reg.2. We were second in line. A young couple was trying to get sodas on the 3 for $11. After multiple voids they got 3 packs of the correct sodas. They still didnt ring up right. I looked at the sale sign again and noticed the sale was off it expired 9-1...today is 9-2. The manager took several minutes to realize the sale was off. By then neither line was moving and people were walking out. I felt sorry for the couple. Employees including management should be aware of the sale items and sale dates.

It would be convenient if you didnt have to stand in line 20 minutes to check out.

A large variety of items and the staff is always ready to help you find what you name

They need help. The people that work there are to comfortable and dont put the customers first. They will talk to each other before they think about greeting the customer in front of them let alone coming in the door.

Very rude ..I ask a question about the 5.00 off on Saturday when she rang me up she said it took it off and I didnt see it..I went to the car and looked at it and then went back in to ask about it and the manager said...well you should have had me ring you up.. How the hell was I supposed to know that ??She said did you take your bags to the car and I said yes..she said that she couldnt do anything and it was too much merchandise to rering ..I WONT BE BACK !!!!I will continue to patrionise the other 2 in Smiths station locations.

Found what I was looking for. The employees are nice. The aisles are narrow and stocking makes it messy. But I know they have to stock because there’s no after hours for that.

When you walk into a Dollar General, you dont expect to see a beautiful, elm wood dining room table. At least I hope not. You can get some really thrifty things at Dollar General. When we hosted a Christmas Party at my house we went to Dollar General to get cups and plates and party favors. I would like some signs about whats where and a little better organization, even though careless people just put stuff wherever.
