Never had any issues with the guys at this shop. They always show me whatever I want to look at and theyll answer any questions as best they can. It seems like I do more talking than buying in this place, theyre all very friendly every time Ive been. These guys and Reynolds are the only places Ill go for anything related to firearms.

Do not go here!!! My wife went here to get me a shotgun as a graduation present from the sheriffs academy and one of the employees were extremely condescending towards her and very disrespectful.

I was just there!! I said hey they barely spoke to me.. i walk over to the guns ready to buy a ar-15.. nobody bothered to walk over to see if i needed anything.. when i was walking out somebody said can i help you with something... i said no and continued to walk out the door..

Had been searching around the tri-city area for a tactical .22lr to shoot with. Walked in Pawn Central and they had the gun I had been looking for. They helped me in a timely fashion and worked with me on a price we were both happy with. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks to the guys at Pawn Central. They also seemed to have the best selection of guns/rifles in Auburn/Opelika.

Every time Ive gone in I have had the same service. I walk in, they look at me and keep talking. This time I had one that used to be a truck driver try to tell me (an electrician) about electricity. ( he actually tried to cite driving a truck as knowledge of not dc electricity but ac which is whats in your house not your truck). The time before one guy was down talking guns at wal-mart saying they were junk and trying to tell us features on them, then five minutes later admitted he hadnt even seen them but still acted like he knew more than me. They wont ever get my business again.

I agree that the prices of guns are a high; however, they are negotiable on some of them...depending on what they say they have in them. I go there for the tools-they are willing to negotiate there. Also, we have had no problems with customer service...just customers taking too long figuring out what they are doing :) Great deals on dvds too. I recommend...just wish they had more blu-rays!

This isnt a pawn shop... Its a retail shop. Priced above retail on most of everything in the shop. I walked around for 25 minutes and no one asked if I need help. Avoid at all cost.

I agree!!! I went in on Oct 5th they were eating bar b que plates had their food spread all over the counter i couldnt even see products..no one spoke or asked if i needed assistance..i would not spend a penny there or ever return
