I ordered a holster on Jan 3rd, paid for the rush and still no holster. We are over the time period by my calculations. I have sent three messages to them and no response. And now when I try to log in to check my order the website says they don’t recognize my email or password. And I just checked it a couple of days ago and it worked fine. I understand getting behind, but I don’t understand a total lack of customer service. I will happily update this, if and when there are any changes to the status.*Update*. Just spoke with David on the phone. He said his records showed my holster shipped, so he is contacting the post office to see what happened. We know the USPS has had problems during the as a result of the pandemic. David was extremely nice and apologetic. Waiting to hear back from him.....*Update*. I received my holster today and it is better than I expected. This thing is built like a tank. Even with the slight lapses in the customer service early on, David came through in the end with a superb product. I am changing my review to a 5 star.
Ordered my holster 3 days after talking with someone back in july on making sure I ordered the right holster for my firearm. Working as a firearm instructor I had my order expedited so I could have my gun on me for my classes. Im now past the normal 8-12 weeks [non epxpedited]. I have emailed and called with no response, and my bank statement shows the money was taken the day i ordered. Can someone please reach out on this matter? Order # 1224.
I placed my order Mar 18, 2021 and now Jun 1st, 2021 I have yet to receive my holster. I reached out a total of 4 times to only get 1 response saying that my order was shipping the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping as well and for what? I’ve even given them the opportunity to refund my money before disputing it with my bank and still nothing heard. I’m not broke so I’m gonna hold off disputing the charge just to see if it was even worth the wait time. If the holster is an absolute gem then I’ll gladly up the stars of the review but it can only go as high as 3 stars. The customer service is trash at best. Word to the wise, if you do intend on ordering from here, don’t bother paying extra for services to be expedited because they won’t be.Update*The owner responds only after my initial post in a failed attempt to save face. He suggests that the expedited shipping has to do with USPS. On the Reign Tactical site when detailing your holster you have the option to rush order and it cuts the lead time in half. Anyone with any mathematical knowledge can tell you that this means the original lead time of 8-12 weeks is now 4-6 weeks (I placed my order 3/18/21 and it’s now 6/1/21). He also stated my money was refunded. Well, after speaking with my bank, that was false. So now I DO have to file a formal dispute. As an owner of a company who can’t respond to simple status updates (4 to be exact) but can respond to a less than satisfactory review of their customer service; what does that say to your level of professionalism? And then to lie about the steps you’ve taken when dealing with a dissatisfied customer? At this point, you could make the best holsters on the market but I’ll ensure myself and my fellow gun toting military members steer clear after that response.Update*Rather than go back and forth, I’ll let the email traffic speak for itself. Mind you, Reign Tactical gave no indication of a refund, cancellation of work, nor has a refund ever posted to my bank account. It is now 9 June 2021 and I initiated the dispute with my bank on the 4th. This could have been resolved at the lowest level had they stuck to the timeline promised and/or communicated more effectively.
I was aware at the time of purchasing (2 holsters) that it would take perhaps 12 weeks to receive them. Custom work takes time. However order #1133, made April 18th 2021 is a bit overdue and I would appreciate a response to my queries of status.Looking forward to changing the rating of this review.
Orderd 7 months ago was told 3 months ago it was being shipped never happened emailed requested canceling order no response no holster no refund live and learn I quess
I placed my order on April 10th and I have been unable to get a hold of any customer service through email phone or otherwise. It is now August and I have been billed for my holster and I have had no word from the company whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, this seems like a scam company.
I wish I have read the reviews. You guys need to contact me, I have not recieved any items that I ordered and it has been way past the time even with paying the extra for rush order!!! My order ID 1327 I have tried to call and email numerious times and now my account has basically been blocked on your website stating that my email is invalid!!!! Either contact me now send me my order with tracking number or refund my money!!!! Worst customer service and website I have ever used. I will never buy from this place again!!!EDIT*To the owner responding. You should have my phone number on file as well. My email is a Gmail account which I have been getting new emails even as we speak to that account on file so not exactly sure why it is not working and Im not exactly going to post my private emails in this forum. Or maybe listen to the numerious voice-mail I have left as well. Can you please for the love of God just send me my item. Thank you.
This company offers holster combinations that cannot be found anywhere else And in the end you receive a solid good fitting product that is worth the money.
I discovered reign tactical on instagram about a year ago and was blown away by their holsters. It took weeks for me to figure out which options I wanted because they have by far the most options of any other holster company i have found. They have so many options, it was a bit daunting. I got it all figured out after speaking with david. I got the holster ordered and then the wait began. It took 9 weeks to get it. Thats not too bad considering their turnaround time is posted as 8-12 weeks. I really disliked the long wait even though I knew what I was signing up for. I know that cannot be helped since david is working alone and he gets a lot of orders. It would be nice if he could hire more people and get the turnaround time cut down to around 4 weeks.As for the holster, there is only good to say about it. The way he makes the lines flow together is a really nice touch. The edges are clean and shiny with no tool marks and my pistol snaps in like it should. I feel my pistol is very secure while it is in the holster. I am very pleased and I am looking forward to showing off my new reign holster. Thank you david.
I love these holsters. I shared a few emails with them in an attempt to figure out which options I should choose. When I received the holster it was perfect. My first good quality holster. It wont be my last.

Ive purchased two custom holsters from Reign within the past year or so and could not be more pleased. They fit perfectly and their construction is very solid. Ive exchanged many emails and a phone call or two with their customer service department as well. They were able to answer every one of my questions and build exactly what I was looking for.The folks at Reign Tactical are very kind, gracious and skilled. I highly recommend them over any other holster manufacturer.
So far the company gets one star due to their customer service skills. I have not received the holster and magazine holders yet but I will update the review once I do.If you are OK with spending hundreds of dollars and not hearing a word back in months then this review is not for you. I dont think it is unreasonable to ask that after almost three months with no word the company wouldnt mind giving a quick update. The fact is, I get it that small businesses dont have a lot of time. I understand that businesses get busy and cannot contact every customer for an update. However, when a customer does contact you for a simple quick update the respectful thing to do is at least return their attempts.Thats right, I also understand that a small business cannot get to the phone in time to answer every call. Unfortunately my patients runs thin when I email them for a quick update, no response. I call them, no response. I end up calling them a total of three times leaving a message all three times with my name, order number and phone number. I use the contact me form online... no response.A total of five different attempts to contact the company for a simple quick updated and they dont care enough about their customers who are spending hundreds of dollars to give a quick call or reply to an email? It shows the priority level of a company when they are quick to take your money, slow to produce a product and absent to return a call/email when you give them five different opportunities.Reign tactical does not appreciate the customer or make their customer a priority. All they care about is taking the customers money and leaving them in the dark with no word as to what is going on.Once I get the product I will give an update as to the product but I can guarantee it will not be five stars because they have already failed at the customer service aspect. Reign Tactical is a no-go at this station.***Update***Almost as soon as I posted this review I received an email from the owner. I am raising the review to three stars and after receipt of the product I will again update. Since the owner did in fact reach out I have decided to raise the customer service review. I am a very understanding person and I do understand that the pandemic has hurt small businesses. The owner did say that due to the pandemic he has gone from six employees down to a one man show. Personally, if I ran the business I would ensure I only hired employees with good work ethics who did not use a pandemic, which we all know is no worse than the annual flu, as an excuse not to go to work. But... I am not the owner and the owner has every right to decide who he wants to hire. I just hope he understands the repercussions of certain hiring decisions.All this being said, I have read a few others below who have had unpleasant experiences with the lead time in the past. Take it for what you will. I am almost certain the end product will be absolutely amazing as I have heard nothing but praise on the end product.And you just have to love and respect the Marital Alibi! Wish S&W or Harley would take after Reign Tactical. Would decrease so much stress and anxiety in marriages ;-)
I have purchased 5 holsters from Reign Tactical. Each of the holsters are of very high quality, and each pistol clicks in well, and doesnt rattle around inside the holster. I appreciate the ability to tighten or loosen the retention on the holsters I bought. The materials are high quality, and the kydex used is thick enough so it isnt flimsy.This last holster I particularly appreciate because Reign Tactical made a holster for me for a pistol that has been out of production since 2008, and I has having trouble finding a kydex holster for it. Holster and mag pouches came out great.Only complaint I have on this purchase was how long it took for production/delivery, but Ill attribute that to COVID.Great holster and mag pouches though...period.
Im a first time gun owner. David not only helped me choose a holster but he also gave me pointers on how to make carrying more comfortable. He directed me to the least expensive holster they sell. I liked this because I hate feeling like a company is trying to continually up-sell me. I didnt feel like he was only trying to make money on me. I felt like he was trying to help me. 5 Stars
I have ordered 6 holsters from Reign over the past 2 years or so. These guys know their stuff. My first experience with them turned me into a lifelong customer. The guy spent about 30 minutes explaining the different options to me. I know he was busy but he never tried to rush me off the phone. After I got the holster, I was pleased. I immediately ordered another one. Most of my holsters are plain with no frills. I broke down and ordered one of the flashy ones they make and boy was I surprised when I saw it. It looks like a museum piece. I wear it most and I get a lot of comments about it. Its bright red with camo and has what they call the talon cut. Boy, its a looker!!
My wife bought me a reign tactical holster set for christmas last year. I wore it every day. I have just ordered another one for a new pistol. They hold up well and it rides at the correct height. I have had a difficult time finding holsters that dont get in the way when getting in and out of my vehicle. The reign holster does this without issue and its comfortable to wear all day.
Outstanding gear. I like that they make basic holsters but also make holsters that are as custom as you can get. The one I got from them is bomb proof.
I would like to tell you how there product is but i ordered two holsters from them on 7-25-20 and still have yet to receive them i paid extra for each item to be expedited and still nothing they took my money no problem though I have called numerous times and left messages and have emailed them as well with no word. This is the most piss poor customer service I have ever received!! And have paid them hundreds of dollars for nothing apparently. I guess my next step will have to be to try and return the holsters I never got and contact the better business bureau.
Great holsters. The one I purchased from them has worked for me for over two years. I do not have any complaints. I will buy more.
They make great products. I recently ordered my third holster from them. They are not cheap but they are the best.
I gave them a 2 star review because I do have 1 holster from them and love it, but the 2 holsters I ordered from November 2019 have still yet to be delivered and it is now April 12th. They dont answer the phone or return emails except for the one about a month and a half ago that they said they were shipping my holster that week. Ive gotten junk from China faster! Great products if you can get them, horrible customer service. If I dont hear from them this week, I will be reporting them to my credit card company for fraud.

I have been buying kydex holsters for 20 years. I have bought from many companies. Reign holsters are the best quality I have seen. The fit is perfect and the finish is without flaw. These people are kydex wizards.
I ordered a holster back in the late Aug& paid extra for speed up the order(half the lead time around 3weeks). I have called and emailed them at least 10 times there was no one answering the phone or email. Only one time they emailed me was on sep 08th said there was an auto accident and he would get back to it following week. Now it’s nearly November & still nothing.
My fiancé and I both got holsters from Reign. We needed holsters to carry while hunting and the double layer holsters made by reign fit the bill. The double layer makes them feel bombproof.
Still waiting in my order, now on 6th week. They do not answer calls or return e-mails. I did order another holster but will be cancelling that order due to very poor customer service.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : owner did respond and explained the situation hes going through. We are hopfully working through the challenge. Added star.
My company has been using Reign holsters for a few years. We recently changed pistols and needed new holsters. I ordered the same holsters we already had, just for the different pistol we are running now. The old ones held up well in the harsh work environment and I have no doubt the new holsters will do just as well.
