Went in there a whillleee back,wasnt impressed with service. Honestly felt like I was taken seriously because I wasnt buying. I asked questions,got answers but just felt like I wasnt treated like a potential customer. I have never went back and dont know if I will.
Perfect service and price!!! I live in Montgomery (about one hour away), I phoned and spoke with Phil yesterday. Phil beat every other dealer within 150 miles of Montgomery. I drove out to the shop today to pick up the bike, and true to his word the bike was exactly what we had discussed, at the price we had agreed. I have bought a lot of new vehicles in my life, this was by far the best sales experience that I have had. Straight shooters. Perfect.
Husband an I stopped by walked in looked around waited a few minutes no one absolutely no one came out. Safe to say they dont want to sell. Will not have to beg people to to make a sell or take our money. Did not even deserve the one star was given.

Because of where I live and the availability of the bike we were not able to finish the deal.Phil is a great salesman. He was honest and did not give me the Used Car Sales attitude. The only negative thing I can say is they are slow, but it is because they are the best place around to take your motorcycle or ATV for service. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of service I received. I had them correct a problem caused by Extreme Powersports on my 2015 Polaris Slingshot. I highly recommend them for all your Polaris Slingshot service and issues.
East Alabama Powersports looks to me like a friendly and clean environment. They have a couple bikes there, however lack in selection and are rather oriented on off-brands. Helmet Selection is limited to cheaper helmets, so is the riding gear present at the store. In addition, the tire selection does not cover the Sportsbike Area. Last but not least, I am sure East Alabama Powersports can order all items for you, but so can any other store or you, yourself from Amazon, Revzilla, Partzilla etc. Therefore, I will most likely not come back, but suggest any person who needs basic bike maintenance or basic riding gear or tire supply to hit up this place. Sadly, I am use to a lot more brand specific items and supplies.

My experience with East Alabama Powersports hasnt been terrible, but it hasnt been good either. The owner is very pushy and will recommend the most expensive product he has if you ask him for advice, particularly with lubes or other fluids/chemicals. The prices and hours arent great either, and theyre only open Tuesday through Friday. Still, there isnt another local place to get motorcycle equipment. I dont have experience with having repairs done by them, so I cant comment on that aspect. Overall, I limit the amount I deal with them when I can.

I have never written a review so for me to be writing this should Explain how I feel. Took a Suzuki Vinison 500 that had been sunk in a creek to get repaired. After waiting 3 weeks I returned to pick up my quad. After paying and loading it up I realized the oil still had water in it and it was not filled all the way up either. After requesting to talk to some one in the service department I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I asked the gentleman outside if someone was coming out and he just Said I told him to come out after waiting another 10 minutes I just walked in to the service bay and asked if someone would help me. The service manager came out and said that the oil had been changed 2 times. He said after the first change the oil still had a considerable amount of water in it so they changed it again. However in the view glass the oil still looks milky but he claimed it was just the dirty glass. The oil was not all the way filled either as the viewing glass was only about 1/2 full. When I was called about what service needed to be preformed I told the gentlemen on the phone that I would like the oil changed until there was no more water in it and that I didnt care if it took 8 times for that to happen. Overall they were very rude and did not do what I requested. Will not be taking any of my machines back there ever again. Do yourself a favor and dont take them there.

Worst experience I ever had.I have a 2014 Honda goldwing trike that I took in for service in January. Was told 2 to 3 weeks.After 4 weeks I called and spoke with service manager and he was so rude on the phone. He said “I have it in line, you will know something when I know something.”After 6 weeks of going and seeing it sitting outside in the exact same place covered with so much dust and pollen that you knew no one had moved it,I went in and said “I know y’all don’t like to be asked but it was supposed to be 3 weeks and has been 6, what’s going on?” The rude service manager then told me that they adjusted the shifter which takes 10 minuets max but took over 6 weeks.And then he told me the warranty was no good because of after market conversion. I called the dealer I bought from they called Honda and I received a check for the service that I am pretty sure never happened.If you need good service with polite and helpful people go to Columbus, it’s a little further but you don’t get lied to and rude service managers.
A little over priced
Long time customer, our family has purchased several generators, 2 four wheelers and a motorcycle from here, without much issue, especially if working with Phil. However, the parts division(who wouldnt order any tires we requested a few years back), and service division are awful. Adam the service dept. manager, has not communicated with us since our atv has been in their shop, over a month now. We had an event and were having problems with our shifter.We were assured when we brought it in(a month or longer ago) that we would have it back by the 27th(mind you wed paid for a cabin, etc so were out that $200 for not being able to go). A week prior to the 27th my husband calls and they havent even looked at it. He goes by there a week later and Adam apologies and says its more of an issue than they thought and will take more time, but he would call us on Tuesday at the latest with an update, Tuesday comes and goes, no call. Wednesday my husband passes by and the atv hasnt moved since last Friday. Thursday I call and speak to Adam and he says he hasnt called because theres no update(that’s not an excuse to update the customer if You assure them they will hear from you by tue) Then proceeds to tell me what all they did(which they already told my husband they did a week ago). Needless to say, the lack of communication, timeliness of service, and lack of respect for customers time has sent me over the edge. Dont make promises you cant keep, its bad business. We will be taking our money elsewhere. If they would have been upfront and said they were backed up we would have taken it some other time, but they didnt say that at all. In addition, the problem that east Alabama Power sports said it was not and why it was taking so long, a neighboring shop in Columbus fixed in days after bringing it in. I’m not sure they even looked at our rzr since it was the quick easy fix(that they told us was not the problem) even after the other shop had to order parts. Disappointed in this business is an understatement.

I purchased a 2014 Suzuki Boulevard M109R B.O.S.S. edition from East AL Motorsports back in January 2016. It was brand new in the box, zero miles, not even built yet! I got a better deal by over two thousand dollars than the next dealer could even offer me on a base model M109R, and remember, this was a B.O.S.S. edition, which costs a few hundred more MSRP. These guys gave me a great deal, worked with me for the financing of a portion of the bike, and got her all set for delivery and everything with NO problems!! After a few weeks, I even got a freebie coupon for some gear and service that was very appreciated!Overall, this is a great place to do business with, much better than the ATL scam-artists and overpriced local folks too. Cant be disappointed getting my dream cruiser with an awesome deal AND great attentive staff!
