For do it DIY individuals.... Always check around for pricing before making any purchase. Routine replacement items like primer bulbs, fuel lines, air filter and spark plugs can often be purchased for significantly lower prices from sources like Ebay where shipping is also included.

They conveniently “forgot” to tell us about the over $100 credit card charge AFTER they ran our card. I’ve never ever had a business charge to run a credit card. That’s asinine and will never do business with them again

Took my pressure washer to them over two months ago. Havent heard anything since. I called a couple of times, they had not repaired it.

Got lied to about a price of a walker lawn mower by Mr Price himself!! Should have bought it in Columbus Ga it would have been cheaper!! Don’t like getting lied to!!! Very disappointed!!!

Second Saturday, I have driven to price small engine to pick up a battery for my lawn mower and theyve been closed before noon. Today it was 11:40 am. Wish they would update their hours so not to waste an hour of my time.

Was not professional.had a dont care attitude.said they would pick up at my house never showed up .called them made pick up for next day again no show no call so instead i used ace hardware .NEVER WILL I USE THIS PLACE TERRIBLE

Fast, courteous, and inexpensive.I went to CTE to have a like new weed eater I had recently purchased checked for a simple fuel issue. They told me it would be a minimum charge of $36 and three days before they could even look at it. I went to Price Small Engines and was told that they were very backed up but they would check if someone could look at it. After only a few minutes, the mechanic took the machine into the shop. In about 10 minutes he brought it back and demonstrated that it was working properly. He told me that it needed a new fuel filter. The filter is all they charged me for (less than $4). Ive since been back for other parts/service and recieved the same level of customer care. I highly recommend Price Small Engines and will continue to go there first.

We ordered a fork for our mower came in fine, even though they said they would call us when it came in... (we had to call to see if it was in)....so we had them order another for the other side......was told when it would be in called because they never called as they said they would, said they got email it would be in on the 29th so my husband calls p.s.e. and they tell him its here they have to unpack ups so we tell them thats ok we will be in the next day to get it....They didnt bother to call to let us know it wasnt there ...so I go to pick it up and its not there....because of the 4th they have to wait till the next day to call abd find out where its at... finally a week and a day later it finally comes in .....all they can say is sorry dont know what happened nor did they try and compensate in any way ...Want do business with them anymore. Even having the blades before them the lady couldnt even look it up and order more.
