Worst experience I ever had! Our sales lady quit halfway through, got a new one and she was TERRIBLE! No call backs, no keeping us informed, nothing! Our home was delivered two years ago, the air conditioner door was the wrong one, we have nails coming up through the floor, took 4 months to get our storm door. We closed in January, didn’t get moved In until July. Could not get anyone to answer about repairs. They got there money, so they didn’t care about issues. Antonio was great, he just didn’t get notified about our issues. Finally, after getting so frustrated with trying to get repairs, I called and told them to fix our air conditioner and get our storm door, and we would leave them alone! I’m still getting small repairs done, on my dime, that should have been done by freedom. I would recommend anyone to live in a tent before doing business with them. Too much stress and frustration when it should have been a happy time for us. Run as fast as you can out of there. I really don’t even give them one star, but I had to to continue.

My husband and I went in ready to purchase. We spoke to Clay and he suggested that a custom modular home would be best for us. So we chose our plan and had an estimate done. During this time I had trouble getting Clay to call or email me back. Once I received the estimate I responded back with questions. That was about 5 weeks ago and I havent heard back. Im not going to continue to call and ask someone to sell me something. However, it turned out well for us. We have since found a builder who can build us a traditional stick built home that we can afford.

These people are only interested in you if you want to get into debt for 23 years. Very snooty and detached. Much better experience at Miller Mobile Homes.

Bought home feom them in 2017 cabents fell off wall door knob fell off bathroom door went to buy blinds found out front windows in living room was two different sizes just stay away from this place u will get taken

Too bad we cant give negative amount of stars because they would get negative 5 stars. There isnt enough time or room on here to begin to explain the horrible experience in which my family has had with these crooks. After clearly having damage that was caused by them not wanting to do their job they still expect you to pay full price.

Clay was awesome and the General Manger also I appreciate all what they done for me and my family the only thing Im not happy with is I have had alot of issues going on since day one I call Clay he made sure of getting someone out fast as possible but im not enjoying with issues I really expected better. And Ive been in my home since September

Worse experience ever. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a new home have it built or go to miller homes. Gary has awesome home. Not junk like freedom. Only lived in my home a year and the roof is already leaking flooded my master bathroom and no one from the office cared. Had to file it on my insurance and that has a deductible of 500 bucks. On top of my hole lot and my neighbors washing away and many more issues you’ll have to call the corporate office to get things fixed. Again I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!

Vickie has been very helpful with getting the process started in finding the right home for our family! She has been tentative to the things we need and want and very patient with our decisions :)!

My wife and myself went here a couple of weeks ago and did an application with Crystal. She told us shed get back with us on a Monday she did not my wife has called multiple times up there since weve done the application and she seems to not either be there or she hasnt got any information back. Crystal says she will call back to us the next day...I never even get a call.. I would give less than one stars if I could.

Antonio call to make appointment to come out to fix them problems I’m yet is waiting on him Crystal and Stephanie is rude and no help. When Mary left the concern of they customers left also

Would never recommend. When asked about a picture of inside a home, I was berated and spoken to rudely by Mary. All they care about is money. They dont want your business unless youre paying cash. Some of us work for a living and have to take time off to see a home to buy. Thus the need for a photo. Id like to see if its worth looking at.

Bought my home through Kevin Drury 4 years ago. Kevin worked diligently and very professionally with me in detail, and step by step to make my home a reality. He is above board. The staff works together, from the bulldozing to the masonry guys to the finalization in receiving my key.

Just bought my new mobile home from freedom homes in opelika! what a easy transaction it was. my salesperson Kevin was so great listening to my endless questions. it got delivered yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. I would suggest if you are going to buy a mobile home, go here FIRST. everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable of their products and the different programs they can work with you even if your credit isnt perfect. they made what is normally a nightmare into a dream come true for me and my husband. Worst experience ever ! Our home was not put on a foundation like the videos in there office. I have cracks down the wall, I have several cracks in the ceiling and many other things that have been very awful and ugly with the home for a brand new home it wasn’t what we ordered we never got chair rail molding in the home like our paperwork and like the home we looked at. It has just been a nightmare! I highly don’t recommend buying a home from them !!!

If I could give less stars I WOULD. We bought our home from Freedom Homes in Opelika, AL around Feb 2016, as of Sep 2016, the necessary repairs that must be done after the home is installed have yet to be completed. Bare drywall patches that have yet to be painted, cracks, and leaking master bath and shower... 7 months later. If that is not bad enough, their contractors decided to use our yard as their personal restroom while installing the home. The left so much human feces behind that it had to be buried by tractor. The incompetent sales associate refused to remember key details throughout the sale and used our home to show the general public as a model at the dealership before either owner had even stepped foot inside. If you want a horrible experience, stress for months, and possible disease from crap, shop for your home here. Will update review as further problems come along.
