I stopped by on a whim this afternoon to look at the special on a single wide home for $74,900. I’m not real sure who the gentleman was, but as soon as my feet hit the ground he was greeting me with a smile! The gentleman not only allowed me to view the home, he walked in with me and answered all my questions/concerns.Now, earlier I had gone to the other mobile home lots in the area but this place was the ONLY one that held a conversation with me and cordially greeted me. Just based on this visit alone, when I get ready to purchase I will be coming back to do business with them. Creative Habitats Purchased our ‘Office’ from miller homes. We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company in sales, installation and making sure all details were taken care of.I highly recommend them.Economics - buy a mobile home for 50k vs site built for 150k. Make equal payments for 20 years with interest (costing or making) at 5%. Even if the site builds appreciates to 250k and the mobile home depreciates to 0.00, you end up with an extra 100k Living in the mobile home. Crazy isn’t it.

A pertinent question considering I was there to buy a double wide.Apparently its easier to manipulate potential buyers who cant see?Either way, it doesnt pay to walk out on potential buyers with a Holier Than Thou attitude.I
