Doesnt accept more than one coupon. The cashier was just plain miserable. No personality what so ever. To boot...one of the pieces of wood I purchased broke in half! SO mad! Ill stick to Jo Anns!

I always find everything I need for my art needs. Im on the email list so I get the alerts for all the great sales. I love the frames!

The staff was very helpful in regards to assisting me with the task of locating the products I needed. Although, they have a much more limited selection than other craft stores in the area when it comes to very specific, probably less in demand products. For example, their selection of specific paint colors is limited compared to other similar stores nearby, but assuming you dont need a very specific color of paint or something similar, they tend to carry most of what you could need.

They really dont offer anything special in my opinion. Many other stores offer the same items. When offered, 55 and 60 percent off coupons are good deals. Never enough staff!

This is a top of the line high quality craft supply store for everyone, and all ages. Its so much fun to shop there and I often see whole families going in to buy their latest craft project supplies. There lots of great other things to buy as well like scarfs, jewelry, candy, decorations, ornaments, and they always are adding new things. I once bought the cutest craft bags for holiday gifts and calenders for work. Every holiday they add the themed items like special cookie cutters and you can find unusual items that cant be found elsehere!!! If you like to handmake your own gifts, this place is paradise!!! For holiday gift giving, their wonderful items make for really nice gifts!!!!

Went in to browse. Things were in place and a nice selection of seasonal and other items. Isles clearly marked and displays were tidy and clean, and well stocked. Employees were available to talk with and direct you to what you want.

There is a young man who works in the photo frame Dept. The last two times I was in the store he dropped what he was doing to help me. Great customer experience and service.

Everyone is super nice, and stuff is on sale or you can use a hefty online coupon. (Not both lol). Picture frames are really decent quality and super inexpensive.

Overall, clean, friendly staff. However, when you have a bin marked everything is$5.99, when I get to the register with an item from said bin, it shouldnt ring up $12.99. especially when item wasnt singular, many of same item was in $5.99 bin, so, it wasnt just out of place, bin is mismarked and I should still get item for price shown, not feel like they do it on purpose to rob me
