I can’t say enough good things about this company. The professionalism starts in the office with Sarah, then to the foreman JC, and on to the crew that worked on my project, Winson, Juan, and Papi. Unbelievably hard workers and as Winson says, “I’m not happy until you are happy!”, and he means it!COL removed 6,000 sq. ft of concrete, added base, sand and 100’s of feet of 4” drainage in our common area all during the summer heat in PS. The paver installation turned out beautifully and all as quoted.This project was the common area surrounding of our pool and jacuzzi; it’s never easy working with HOA’s although I will say this team earned all my respect.Thank you COL!Jeff BenedictFour Seasons HOA

Fantastic company, crew and the construction manager Axel was first class, I would absoutely reccomend this company. Get Axel as you construction manager if possible.

Might have been at least a year or more ago had pavers installed in driveway and sidewalk. Some of the sand mixture or form of grout between pavers needed to be filled back in. I called Sarah and she had someone over following weekend to fix. To me that was very professional and shows they care about their clients!!Excellent company!!!

JC and Sarah were very professional and were always available for questions. The guys showed up early and stayed till evening working very hard to get the job done quickly. My driveway and courtyard look AMAZING!! I highly reccomend this company.

California outdoor living did a fantastic job at installing pavers at my home. Not only were they competitively affordable, they were professional, timely, and their costs were all inclusive of materials, labor, and architectural design. Would definitely recommend them for work anytime.

PLEASE READ!WOW! Just WOW! I am beyond impressed with Cali Outdoor.Our backyard was so old and overgrown with weeds and dead plants, the concrete was cracked and stained. We need a backyard makeover and they did it! And exceptionally quick might I add! They started and finished within a week! They pulled out our concrete and laid pavers; they pulled out our grass and laid a putting green, and they pulled out our overgrown bank and laid dg and planted feather grass for us.This company and the employees are such hard workers and they are very friendly and professional. JC & Sarah were so accommodating, very responsive, and met all of our needs.They outdid everything we could have dreamed of and we are so happy with our new backyard! Terrible experience with this company and with its representative, Chilo. They were referred by a friend because we wanted to redo the sand in my pavers and apply a seal, front and back of our home. Well, Chilo came out and seemed knowledgeable enough. Unfortunately, what he says and what gets done are two different matters. After his crew started, he called and told me he was concerned about moisture in the California Room, so he would wait a few days before applying the sealer. I get home that same day and see that sealer was applied. I texted Chilo to ask if they were still coming back and his text reply was Is done...No, is not done...what about all the sand that was blasted all over the place, including my front door, my jacuzzi, my barbecue, my windows, the track for my slider, my plants?...Basically, they just shot the pressure washer and did not bother covering up of the surrounding areas! They could have easily covered these areas in just a few minutes. This was unreal! They treated our home as if it were an abandoned property. In addition to the sand everywhere, they left clumps of hardened sand in our pebbles (We used pebbles for our yards instead of grass). I tried to remove some of it and ended up needing a chisel. Chilo said he would clean it but as with everything else he said, he failed to deliver. He did send a guy out to try to clean up the front door and the sand on the slider tracks. The guy and I got off to a rocky start because he decided to start working unannounced. I went out to see what was going on and thats when he identified himself. I also asked him to put our hoses back. The crew had used them and left them strewn about. They also moved two planter boxes and did not put them back where they belonged. This crew definitely showed no respect for others property. Fortunately, I had moved our patio furniture and put it inside. Otherwise, Im sure it would have been destroyed. Now the pavers in the California Room have white discoloration that was definitely not this bad before and Chilo, of course, is blaming this on the original contractor (whom we gave 4 stars and are still pleased with their work after several years now, by the way). Chilo asked me after the fact (after the white started appearing) if there was some type of barrier installed under the pavers and I said I did not believe so. Why not ask before you do the work, especially if it will affect the outcome? Anyway, I posted some photos of what this company left behind on Yelp. They also drove up on my neighbors driveway and left marks. She came to me asking if they could do something to clean it up, so I asked Chilo and he said he would get it cleaned up...needless to say, my neighbors are now upset with me because that was never done either. So, not only do they not respect the work site, but they want to spread the disrespect to adjacent properties as well! I should have just called Landmark back!
