I 100% recommend this place if you are wanting a Bad Boy mower! Honestly did not think I would get financed for one but the staff truly tried their best to help me out. The salesman Gavin and the other guy (can’t remember his name) were super friendly and professional. Can’t express how thrilled I am with the high quality service and my new lawn mower. They even helped deliver the mower to my house cause I didn’t have a trailer. Truly pleased with PATV Powersports. Will go back for business with them.

The sales staff and management is excellent! The parts department is also excellent and easy to work with! The service department does great work! I disagree with the way they bill in some cases for service (very small issue). Overall.....best place I have been to purchase powersports products

Gavin was my salesman and John handled the financial portion. Both were extremely polite, professional and very understanding. They assisted me with my purchase and kept me up to date throughout the process. It was very pleasant to deal with them throughout this experience and I can not recommend them enough. Brought my buggie in for a full service Sept 29th and was told it’d be 3-4 days. Waited a week and called on Oct 6th and was told it’d be ready within the next day or 2. Now have waited ANOTHER week to be told the exact same thing!

I brought my can and commander 800 up there with multiple problems I get it back home and a couple days later I am having the same issue so I call them and tell them and they tell me to bring it back in and they will work on it again but I will have to pay again I’m sorry but I’m not spending 4K aging to come out to have the same issue. This sxs is only to use driving house to house it is not ridden hard

I called them from our of state looking for a specific Bad Boy mower. They had the one I was looking for in stock. They wanted $1K premium over what they normally sell for due to the shortage. I asked if them for the Bad Boys Hero Program pricing. After a few phone calls and me provide them the pricing info myself they said due to the shortage they would not honor the pricing. They came back and lied to me about how the program worked, which I verified with another very reputable dealer. They would make more money with the extra mark than they would with Bad Boys rebate. Id rather travel further to pick up a mower than do business with PATV. If you support your military and first responders then Id recommend spending your money with a business that does the same, because they sure dont. Going to pick up my Bad Boy mower in Monroe LA on Monday for Hero pricing.

Very good place to get your atv or utv fixed. They do the best job around. If you dont need one fixed, or you dont have one they have them, best sales staff you could ask for. If you dont believe me just call them you will not be disappointed.

Dont do business here!!!! If you take your ATV here for service your at risk, the business does not have theft insurance and will not honor their word. Recently ATVs were stolen and they told the owners they would take care of it which was a lie. Then it was discovered that they do not have theft insurance because the owners claim its too expensive. So guess what your out in the cold to deal with it yourself. Take it somewhere that will honor their word and has insurance... Dont risk it here!!!!
