Took my Kawasaki z125 to get new set of tires mounted. The people here are very informative, professional, and honest 1st time coming to this shop and felt very satisfied with the quality of service i received. I can officially i will be returning back here for all my motorcycle needs

Not the cheapest and honestly not the most careful with the work they did but they got it done. A bit bugged cause now I have scratched front forks where they raised my bike to change the front tire. The service was quick enough and price was fair. Still not happy about having my forks damaged. This is a limited edition bike with electronic suspension so replacement of these forks is extremely expensive. No point in bringing it to thier attention as like any other shop, it will be denied and I will be accused of trying to get something free out of it. Thing is my bike has zero damage to it and has never been lifted by the forks like that before. Take it for what it is. Just be careful

I had front and rear tires put on my 17 road king today.super fast technition had my bike in the shop before I even walked out the shop. Joe and his team are the best. Ive been a returning customer for a long time. But last time I was here, the tech scuffed my rims when he pryed off my wheel weights. Denied it when I confronted him. I used to recommend my crew to get work done here but Ill have to update them on the bad job as well. Dont recommend bringing your bike here when the worker is dishonest and sleezy

I live down the street from wheel works in garden grove, and have let them do my tires on my softtail deluxe and my road Glide special. so naturally I called them first. after I was quoted a price I agreed too. I told them I would be there between 400 and 430. they said they close at 500 and could not change a back tire to a 2017 road Glide in that amount of time. I would have to leave it overnight, I use my bike to commute and my tire is bald ( after all the business I have given them they would not acominat me.) so I called motorcycle tire center and was quoted a lower price! and they had no problem doing the tire in that amount of time, I will be giving all my business to them from now on

They changed my tires for only $80 all the others wanted $120.

Been here twice. Once in February now back in November. They were quick enough both times, labor is fairly rated. Work is a bit sloppy, both times I’ve found scratches or scuffs on metal where there were none before. Oh well. You get what you pay for I suppose.One complaint for my November visit was despite there being a global pandemic (and mask orders from the state and county levels) none of the staff front or back wore masks. So I’ll be taking my business else where for the next job I need done.

Last Saturday we were riding from San Diego to Ventura California. We got a flat rear tire on the freeway...scary in LA traffic. We managed to keep the bike upright and safely pull off to the left side of the road as we were in the fast lane. Some random tow truck driver pulled up while we were on hold with AAA... Id say this guy was an angel...Rick pulled in front of us and helped us cone off the lane. Sorry LA traffic... I think we backed you guys up about 45 min. Rick proceeded to help us find a tire shop that could get us back on the road in a couple of hours. This is how we managed to come upon Motorcycle Tire Center. Mollie, Victor and Israel were a superb team of experts from intake to rumbling back on our way to Ventura. The time and price to get back on the road was great for any emergency situation! We appreciate the super-clean lounge and bathroom, the friendliness of Mollie entertaining us and they even had 2 of our favorite candies sitting on the coffee table (Mollie keep the candy coming!) cold drinks and a television to keep us occupied while Victor and Israel worked on the bike. I am keeping their business card and contact info in the event we need you again. Sorry this took so long to post. But you guys are outstanding! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thanks again!

Joe provided great and helpful customer service! I went in without an appointment and the service department put on a new tire quicker than any other shop Ive been to. I was in and out the shop in less than a hour on a Saturday morning, thats amazing! Ill definitely be back!

My son called in for a price quote on a set of tires for 09 GSXR 600. Walked in the next day to have them throw the new set of tires on. Walked out with having them service and go over the whole bike. The motorcycle tire center Orange is very fast on replacing tires and inner tubes usually a couple hours and most motorcycle repair facilities in the area sometimes are required you to leave your motorcycle for a night or two

Called ahead to make sure they had the tire I wanted. Came in at 1000 when they opened and was done at 1040. Will always try to support small business and they have earned my business.

Called up this establishment for a tire quote they gave me a great price walked in the next day and what a great shop. They provided full service maintenance on my first motorcycle 09 GSXR600 you get what you pay for feels like a whole different motorcycle.

Went for a chain adjustment as my chain seemed just a little too loose. Person said I didnt need an adjustment and I asked if he was sure as it seems a little loose so they took it into the back and tightened the chain way too tight and gave it back to me completely out of spec.As for your reply. Take a look at any of my other reviews. Ive never given anyone a 1 star before. The person did tell me it didnt need it but that was only tested for slack with his finger. If they would have measured it or told he after taking it into the back it was good I would have been fine with it. 1 star for letting a customer leave with a chain ready to snap due to your work .

Stopped in to have them look at a cut on my rear tire, said that the cut was superficial and not a problem. Also said there was 50% tread life on the tire. HONEST and will be back when I need my tires.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon to see if they had my tires in stock. They had them and also had the time to install them. Where else can you get tires installed that fast for a motorcycle? I usually take my wheels off and take them to a shop. It wasnt much more just to let them R&I the wheels for me and... I got to just chill and have a soda while they did all the hard work. Aces... will most likely come back.

As a new rider, I thought replacing motorcycle tires would be similar to replacing automobile tires. The first thing to learn is big box stores (Costco, Sams Club) do not sell motorcycle tires. I called a specialty store recommended by another rider for a quote. They did not call back, so I called again after a week and they still did not return my call. So I called the dealer and they only sell the factory tires (Pirelli Diabo Rosso Corsa II). They didnt even have the Corsa III in the correct size. Then I called Motorcycle Tire Center and they gave me a quote on the phone and gave me their recommendation. I went ahead and ordered the tires and waited for them to call. They called when it was in and just said to go and they would install them while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable and MTC finished when they said. The tires and installation were reasonably priced (less than the dealer for superior tires) and everything went smoothly. Would definitely return.

I walked in holding a small rim with an old tire on it from a Honda XR75 and asked maskless Mohawk head at the front desk the cost to take off the tire. He said 30$ ? No mount no balance just a tire removal from a rim in my hand 15 would be reasonable 30 ? Rip off !

The guy at the front desk did not have time for a customer. I came to ask for some tires & labor but he say . just going to be quick because I gotta things to do .So thks for nothing guys going to other place to do business.

So refreshing to go into a shop & find friendly, knowledgeable Staff. After a brief conversation about what type of Tires I was looking for, Mr Anderson (Owner) & his staff had my bike back to me and road ready in a very short time & with absolute confidence of a job well done. While I waited I also had lots of great Merchandise showroom to browse through. All in all it was a fantastic experience making Motorcycle Tire Center my #1 choice for Tire Centers.

Love this shop! Ive never felt any more confident in any mechanics judgment or work. Whether its tire suggestions or any other work, there opinions and solid work has kept my bike riding hard for the past 20k miles.

Friendly people, good prices. But be warned, make sure you are very clear with what you want done. Brought a broken bike in to see what was wrong with it. They told us a 100 min. And and that 100/would go towards what ever we decided to fix. We told him to ONLY find out what was wrong and then call us. They tried to fix it with out letting us know. It couldnt be fixed and they charged slightly over 300. We paid it with no complaint... But still uncool.

Great service and responsive staff

Was introduced to Joe and the group when I went down a few weeks back. Tore up my fairings and rashed open my stator cover.Not only did my bike get fixed and all scheduled maintenance done and ready to roll in a week but they were able to replace my stator cover with a more unique cover for a low price.Joe picked me and my bike up and was very professional and kind. They have great customer service and work in a very timely manner, they worked within my budget and even gave me a discount.Their lounge is what it sounds, they have a stocked fridge and a comfortable couch while you wait.Over all experience was great I cant complain at all.

I called asking about a specific rear tire and and when the response was they didnt have one I said thanks and hung up. The owner called me right back and offered me a different brand that they did have in stock and said they could install it the next morning (Saturday) while I waited. I ended up having them replace both tires and really liked the cleanliness of the shop, the no BS attitude and will definitely go back. I appreciated that the owner didnt want to let a customer get away when he had something of value to offer me, this is someone who cares about their business.

BEST SERVICE EVER!My bike was stolen and was told it was dead and only good for scrap. They fixed it and put it back in working order with no issues. I was traveling from Arizona to southern California when I got a flat. I trailered the bike to this shop for new tires. The owner talked with me about the different types of tires that might work well for me and the pros and cons of each style, and showed me the large amount of tires he had in stock. I went with the Meztler Roadtecs which happened to have an instant rebate of $100. The service tech, who was also great, had the tires on my bike and ready to go in about an hour. We just hung out in their waiting room watching TV. The bike rides and handles great. I was surprised at how low the price was, I was bracing for a lot higher price. I also picked up a flat repair kit while I was there. Great technical and customer service. I would bring all my bikes here if I lived in southern California.

Called at 11 on a Friday to get price in a special new back tire. It was INSTOCK told to come in. Got there 1130ish and out by 12. All racks were full yet WAIT was a Blink. Price out the door was basically 100.00 less and Id have to Wait a Day. 1st Time here. QUICK N CHEAPER.

Called at 6:30 to have tire mounted. Refused to do it. Last call for any work is at 6:00. Funny, they have hours listed that they are open till 7:00. No where is it posted that Last Call is at 6:00. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned.

I needed a rear tire, called this shop, first time, pricing was very competitive. I rode my cbr1000rr over, confirmed pricing details and let them go to work. The waiting area is very comfortable, the bathroom is spotless and lots of magazines and cold water for refreshment. In 45 minute it was done and I inspected the work. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service. I need a front tire and guess where Im heading?I can confidently recommend this shop. Excellent experience.

My rim got scratched up at this place. I brought in my loose rear wheel and a new tire for a tire swap. Right off the bat I was mildly put off by the way they threw my tire down and rolled it into the shop from my trunk. I wouldnt mind if theyd taken longer to change the tire because it was done super fast (in about 10mins) which was a positive thing, until I saw the scratches.How do I know these scratches were by them? I commute 80 miles daily, so every night before I sleep Id do a pre-check, including wiping down my bike and lubing the chain. So the night before the service I know my rims was cleaned and clear. After bringing my bike home from the shop, I was surprised to see a large scratch on one edge...then I discovered nearly a half dozen more. I know every single new scratch because I touched up pre-existing ones in black.Also this is my third tire on this rim, the last two tire changes were done at my local dealership and they have never scratched my rim. I went there first actually but they were booked and I needed a tire change that day.I hope the owner reads this and be more mindful of future services. As for me, Im not going back.

This is my go-to shop in the are because of their expertise and timeliness. Some reviews say Joe is rude, but ive been in that shop more times than i can count, and asked some stupid questions but ive never been talked down to. I even go in to talk to them when im doing work on my bike at home and theyre still helpful. These guys know what theyre doing and they do it well.

Joes a really angry guy! I was very surprised to see a professional shop using balancing beads by default instead of lead weights. Beads are not good in a modern sportbike because they dont work below the first harmonic frequency, which is higher with a stiff suspension and light weight wheels. In fact they actively make the balance worse until you pass through that speed. Plus they wear on the inside of the tire, add unnecessary weight, and lose balance under heavy braking and acceleration. Maybe this is why Dunlop does not allow them per their warranty. But Joe did not want to listen to any of that, preferring to shout me down and demanding more money for re-doing the work, which in the end he could not even do anyway due to his equipment being inadequate.Edit: amazing how a refund materializes after Ive already left the shop (for the last time!). You know those work better when you tell the customer about them, right?

Ive been coming here for about 2 years and have bought the same tire that I always buy. price is comparable. Techs have always addressed my bike in a proper manner. Now, as for Joe the owner. He is rude but, I always chalked it up to the industry. They fixed a flat I had, 23 miles later the tire came halfway of my rim. He told me I had to Tow it my self and said we dont hand out money here when I asked about there towing that his website says they have. Ok so I got it towed there they fixed it. The very next day the exact same thing happened at about the same distance. He still refused to help with towing and said the same thing about giving out money. I towed it to another shop and they found that the tube was bad again (that makes 2 bad tubes). He lost a customer that would have given him years of faithful bussiness because he is an A**hole. Dont give him business.In response to the condescending owner.The tire shop that fixed the second blow out in 2 days / 50 miles stated that the tube was twisted inside the tire. The first you fixed because it was slit. So, 2 bad tubes in 50 miles. I would say that as an owner of a business I would be more concerned why this happening and the saftey concern it poses. Just because the service only profits $12 doesnt mean its ok to go flat in under 30 miles 2 times and have you not offer any type of assitance. I mean really, 2 days in a row this happens....Cycle City fixed my tire and said the tube was twisted the 2nd time so, if you would like to say that they didnt see that tube feel free to speak against them. You fixed the first because it seemed to be on the shop (no fault of the custemer or my motorcycle). It could of been a bad batch of tubes wich could be understandable but, Like I said the techs have always done a good job and ive bought tires from you before so, there is no knee jerk reaction I wanted to support you as a small business and thats why iI bought from there. I believe in small business but, also good service. youre still an A**hole and several of your posts back up the fact that you are rude.DONT BUY HERE SIMPLY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THIS GUY WILL NOT HELP. He trys to make his reviews look like he is trying. You said above that ther was no problem with the instalation. How would you know? Cycle City seemed to think something was wrong ang you thought there was something wrong the first tube. I needed a tire right away. I went to The Motorcycle Tire Center, where I met Joe, the owner. He had my tire in my size,a16 Metzler ME888 Marathon Ultra. While waiting for his tech to do my ride, about 1 hour, Joe answered my many questions about his products displayed, we discussed recent advances in MC technology,and generally shot the breeze while I sucked down a free cold soft drink. Free! Who does this any more?I got excellent service at The Motorcycle Tire Center, Joe and his techs are a great bunch of guys,and the shop is clean and well organized. The work performed for me was top notch and was performed quickly and cleanly. Oh, they saved me about $30 or $35 over what I had been paying for the same tire elsewhere.I am heading there again this afternoon for a 21 MH 888 Marathon Ultra up front. The price quoted me last time I was there, once again,saves me $35 to $40! That is like $75 in my pocket and two new Metzlers.Not to mention the new friends I feel were made there.Very comfortable place to do business. I recommend them most highly, to anyone needing tires for a motorcycle.40 years a Harley rider.P.S. They are just as cool to the crotch rocket riders too! Saw it myself, while I was there. Really a great group serving the Motorcycle Community well, IMHO

Not so much went in a couple of times and joe seems to be having some sort of attitude or what you could call not professional shop owner.He made me feel like Im getting a free job done which is not since Im paying for it. With Victor however is so much different he answers your questions and seems happy about answering any question. I keep going back cuz of Victor. My advice to Joe is to be more friendly sir be more happy with your customer make them feel welcomed at your shop. Reading reviews about joe is exactly what I experiencedSo I say lets work together which is better for your businessI gave 4 out of 5 stars cuz of Victor and his service he provides for me I usually go when hes thereI hope that changes soon which is better for your buisness.

Dropped bike off at noon for oil change/back pads and they said they would have it completed when I returned at 330. Guy seemed as if I was an inconvenience and that it was so much trouble when asking questions. When I returned at 330 they had not oven started my bike. They finally came out to get my bike after 4pm and he didnt even know where key went or how to start the bike Should have ran at that point. Once they finally started the work, they told me I need a new caliper because my was corroded and shot. They would not allow me to see the caliper itself as they said I could not enter shop area. He even had the nerve to get attitude and said to me What you dont trust me (I dont even know know you, so no you have not earned my trust) He showed me a photo of what looked like a dirty brake caliper, but that is it. I didnt want to leave it there for 5 days while waiting on part but I felt duped and trapped at this point. I was hesitant to do that so they were magically able to make mine work and finish the brake install but charged me an additional hour of labor.They had younger guy working counter that didnt do anything and treated other customers like me as well. A girl came in to have them look at her bike while I was waiting and he dismissed her as well telling her basically I cant do anything you have to wait till whenever to talk to one of the other guys Most unprofessional shops of any type of auto service I have even been to. I would not recommend spending any of your hard earned money with them as their pricing is comparable to any other shop in OC. They are not worth the time or effort.

Me and my dad went here on Friday and ordered a couple parts for our dirtbikes they could get all the best parts and had our dunlop geomaxs in stock and they are $23 less that i normally spend for my rear tire. very stoked on this place!

Ok so the people who work there are awesome and down to earth but this one big guy does not know what he is talking about, i brought my motorcycle there for the installation of mid control and he told me i would need and aftermarket mount for the roland sands mid control for my sportster 48 2015 and told me he has to order it, i told him that the mid control i have does not need the aftermarket mounting but he was so not willing to hear me. i feel like the guy who was trying to help me went too low on the labour cost and the big guy did not like it. P.s. No, you dont need an aftermarket mount for rsd mid control, the only thing you need is a brake linkage . I went to a different place and got it done in an hour .
