My Mercedes had bumper and rear tail light damage. They ordered parts and were very patient with me since I was out of state to return for the service/repair work. The work they performed was outstanding! It looked like new again. I had them detail the hood since it had some whirl marks from the last detailing at the car wash and that came out fantastic. The whole car, even though 4 years old, looked shiny and new again! I would highly recommend them!

I had my jeep fixed here and they did it fast and it looked very nice.

Absolutely incredible service. Brought my car in to have the air conditioning fixed, only to realize my entire key slot for the ignition had to be redone (after market key was ruining the key slot). They not only took care of it for me, they outsourced it and made sure to look out with the most affordable price. Also washed and vacuumed the inside of the car and fixed the air conditioning. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they made sure to have everything done for me early. I can’t say enough great things about this company.

10/10 would go there again! Craig gave me an offer $300 - $400 below every other auto body shop. He was very honest and the price never changed even though the corolla I purchased had a replacement door from an accident. The repair and the paint of his crew was astounding and I almost forgot to review it because I forgot it needed fixing! I plan to take my corvette back for after market installation since they do that too!

Karla at CARSTAR OC was such a great help. I had to get my bumper repainted because of an accident. State farm insurance works with them and everything was extremely steam lined. Brought my Tesla here after swiping a pole in a parking lot.... oops... I love this car and was hesitant about having improper repairs. Andy, Im 90% sure he is the owner, helped me and made it simple. It took a few days and looks flawless. I smashed my right hand passenger side rear view mirror. I called Gonzalo. He took care of getting the mirror, painting and installing it. I dropped the car off at 11:30 and picked it up at 1:30. Everything was perfect. Paul.

I had a car accident a couple weeks ago and was really spectical in what shop I had my car get fixed. I found HARNIX here in googles search engine and called in to know more. Right from the call I was convinced this was the place I wanted to get me vechile repairs. Everything from staff, insurance communication, updates in repairs progress & timing was great. Karla was such an amazing help through the process. If your looking for quality 10/10 this is the place. Don’t hesitate!

Somebody rear ended my honda but Harnix did a great job fixing the damage!!!

They have a sign advertising $149.00 bumper repairs, when we asked, they said it was for paint only. It clearly says bumper repair from $149.00 about as dishonest as donald trump.

I have used their service twice, first when my car was rear-ended on the freeway, and second to have my hood repainted. When the collision repair was completed it was as if nothing ever happened. There was some frame damage and the rear panels had to be replaced, all perfectly executed. A few weeks after completion a noise started and Carstar looked at my vehicle immediately to determine what it was. Most amazing to me is the painting that was done. I have a Mazda cx-5 with bright red paint. It matches perfectly, and that is why I asked them to paint my hood, which had suffered some paint chipping from all the miles I drive. Again, a beautiful match! The owner and staff at my location always treated me kindly and fairly, keeping me informed of details along the way. I definitely recommend them.
