I had a chipped and cracked windshield on a Friday night. At first I thought I can’t get any help until next Tuesday, since Monday is a national holiday. Somehow the cracked starting to expand on Sunday evening and I got worried and panic.After couple searches, I found 911 windshield and I send the message via google and was hoping someone can get back to me, even though I know is a Sunday night. Luckily JD got back to me in a short period of time on a Sunday night, I’m amazed!!JD is super friendly and patient with all my questions and he also offer to repair my windshield the next day, which is a national holiday, how generous of him.The repair process is super efficient and high quality. JD is the best!! He did a great job repairing a crack in my windshield that was directly in my line of vision. After I didn’t even notice it was there! I had another crack in my windshield, so I called him again. He told my that the dealership I bought my car scammed me and that it was a crack that had been repaired poorly. He could have just said that he had to replace it, but he’s an honest man and is the kind of guy you want to do business with. Highly recommend.

I was visited by JD Gledhill today (the owner) to help fix a crack I received this morning driving on the 91 freeway. By the time I got to work it had spread a little more so I was very scared. I know nothing about cars so after doing some research I went with his company. I’m so over joyed that I choice his company to come and fix my windshield!! The price was the best! He was very knowledgeable and I believe he said 19 years he’s been doing this! He works with insurance and was very knowledgeable about insurance and was able to give me some advice about upgrading my insurance ( he definitely wasn’t a sales man for insurance. Replacements can be expensive on vehicles these days. Luckily I found 911. They were able to waive a little deductible and help me save money. Excellent work and will be recommending all my family and friends!

Highly recommend their windshield repair service! Super fast, convenient, reliable and affordable! Had I known them earlier I would’ve saved thousands from changing a new windshield from my last experience.I got a chipped windshield from the rock on the freeway on my brand new car. Gave JD a call and he came in half an hour with EAT text message notification. He helped me dealing with the insurance too. It took less than 15 minutes for him to call the insurance, fix the windshield and explain to me how it works!Highly recommended! Fast, convenient and quality service!

Got two quotes. Both same price. Both guys were nice. Went with this company. Has a life time warranty and offered to call the insurance for me. So it ended up being cheaper than the original quote and I got a life time warranty AND he came on a Sunday night. Fun fact: the longer you wait, the harder it is to repair the crack. I waited a month (should have done it sooner), but was more than thrilled with the results. This is better than having to replace an entire windshield for $400-600 bucks!

The 5 FWY broke the windshield on my Tundra. I called JD at 911 Windshield Repair and he set an appointment that fit my schedule to have Edgar come to my house and replace it. I selected 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement based on the other reviews I had read. I was extremely pleased with their service. They were able to get me in for a chip repair right away, and there was no charge to me, as they took care of filing a claim with my insurance company. Anthony is very polite, and clearly skilled in what he does. I knew that filling chips prevented them from spreading, but after the repair, what used to be a starburst is nearly invisible. I would highly recommend this company.

Finally found someone who knows what their doing. JD was awesome helping me repair my front windshield. I didnt even have to come out of pocket because my insurance company covered the cost for repair. My deductible got waived. JD had exceptional workmanship and professional customer service. Amazing service and quality of work! I was driving to work today and had a rock hit the windshield. When I got home I thought I found where the small crack was made, but it looked like it was in a spot that was previously filled. I called one location (OC Mobile) and they said they could come out the next day and Safelite only had dates for the following week, but I knew that the crack could grow quickly. 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement came out in 12 minutes and he showed me where the crack actually was located (which was a different spot than I had identified). The work was done quickly and he even looked over my entire windshield to check if there were any other issues that I should note. I appreciated this so much and again the quality of the work, timeliness, and recommended tips the next time this happens were so valuable!
