I purchased an RV from West Coast Corvettes a couple of weeks ago. Craig handled my transaction very well. His follow through was great.I had some unforeseen minor issues with the RV. But Craig made sure I was taken care of. I was very impressed because Im from Texas. West Coast Corvettes will take care of you regardless where you are coming from. Mike Pike and CT were extremely professional and helpful! Made purchasing my first Futura trailer a great experience. They clearly answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. They took their time to demonstrate how everything works on the trailer. Purchased several items, one of which was a Corvette Single Cup Holder. After check out found that two, and not one cup holder was purchased. Sent email to customer service requesting the transition to be changed to one cup holder, not two. Received NO response to my email. I then called customer service, requesting the transition be changed to one cup holder. I was told no problem, the order would be corrected. One week later, my delivery arrived. Inside TWO cup holders, not one. Checked my credit card activity...Yep, was charged for two cup holders. I need to trust those I choose to do business with.

What is the name given to a company which collects the money without ever sending the part, supposedly available on the site and which does not respond to messages, for an order placed for 4 months?Me, I see only one it is CROOK !...This is exactly what West Coast Corvettes is, dont trust these people, the parts available on the site are not, once you pay the bill you dont have any news and of course, despite requests, no refund ... its just a bunch of scammers!

Ordered in-stock item 7/30, pmt immediate, sent inquiry email 8/5, no reply. Called 8/11, spoke with Natalie, who said 2x website has glitches all the time. Part was indeed in-stock, said it w/b mailed immediately but didnt until 8/16. No courtesy given, as asked, for express ship, recd 8/20. The CS rep, Natalie, was the most blah, nonchalant rep. Customers are spending big bucks to buy/maintain a Vette and she cant muster some energy??? I wont be purchasing from or recommending this company

I purchased a set of sill plates from WCC and I could not be happier with the deal I got, the quality and the end result. They replaced the stock plates and the difference is night and day. THANK YOU WEST COAST CORVETTES!

We bought an American Coach Motor Home from Craig. We LOVE it!!We live out of state and he was very responsive and quickly answered our many calls, emails and texts. Since the sale, he followed through making many phone calls to order a part we needed. I’ve owned a Futura trailer for a few years now. I use it to tow my 356 Porsche. I’ve used it numerous times and it has performed flawlessly. From the time I purchased the trailer until today Mike and his team at West Coast Corvettes have provided first class support any time I needed them.

I get stuff from these guys once a year. They ship pretty quickly most of the time. Just a pretty good place to get your C7 parts. I like their billet accessories.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Its a great group of people who run this place and Mike is the standout. They are the west coast Futura Trailer dealer and my experience throughout my ownership of my trailer has been top notch. Their service and care for their customers is unmatched compared to any other facility like this Ive dealt with. Highly recommend.

Have a high end RV you want to sell? I Had a 45 Entegra Cornerstone that was blocked in my building by trucks and dusty whenever I wanted to get to it. I travel a lot as well so its hard to show it. Gave the keys to Craig, put it on consignment and a few weeks later went by and picked up a check. He took care of everything, kept me informed and did an incredible job marketing it. Got very fair money for it and made myself a friend. No banks, DMVs, or dealing with buyers. Thanks again Craig!

I needed to sell my 2004 Corvette so I went to West Coast Corvettes to see if they could help me, I met Chris Parker who was their used car salesman. I have to say that Chris is a fantastic guy, he walked me through every step of the way, on what they would do, and what was needed from me. I knew that they had a national and international presence so I would have better results selling it on assignment with West Coast, yes they take their cut but I did not have to deal with anyone but Chris, no prospective buyers, no mechanics, just Chris. I knew there would be a few things that needed attention on the car, but they went through the car and detailed it and fixed some minor things that needed work. I knew that it needed tires, the car was a 2004 but only had 23000 original miles on it, and it still had the original tires, Chris got me the best price for the tires and the repair of a few other things. Chris was able to sell my car within 4 weeks and he took care of everything. I probably could have made more money selling it myself, but it would have been a major hassle, I really didnt want to sell the car because it was such a beautiful car, but it was time and Chris made the whole ordeal a hassle free experience. If I ever buy another Corvette which I probably will some day, I will use Chris as the person to find me that perfect car, I highly recommend not only West Coast Corvettes, but Chris Parker. Thank you Chris for being a great guy and for taking care of the sale of my Corvette.

Ordered a polo shirt from their website. The shirt was shipped and a tracking# issued however the USPS lost my shirt. Carrie was awesome to deal with and they have agreed to refund me for my purchase. Even though I never recieved the shirt, Im happy with my experience. Wish the customer service at other companies was as good as West Coast Corvette.

0 Stars would be better. They have an inability to maintain their website, kept locking my account for 3 days, when I finally got logged in and filled my account ($13k worth of goods) and requested a discount for all of the troubles they sent me an incomplete PDF list missing half of the goods I was trying to order. After several hours of trying to get a price they offered a whopping $150 discount on $13k. In the past I have had great dealings with them but, alas, they have dropped customer service completely. Trust me, find another vender to use. JT at WCC is severely lacking in his ability to provide anything resembling customer service.

My experience with them was horrible, I ordered a jacket in March and got it in June, all they kept saying was, it the suppliers fault and instead of trying to make the delay up to me, they just got more and more disrespectful and more of an attitude towards me. Ill never order another thing from them ever again and i hope no else does either.

Ive been a Corvette enthusiast all my life! Ive been to a whole lot of Corvette places especially the NCM. From a guy whos been born and raised in SoCal and diehard Corvette lover, Im going to say WCC is the real deal. These guys take care of you.

I had a very small repair I needed to do to my 2004 C5Z. Karissa went out of her way to help me get it the part I needed. I am very thankful to her and WCC. I wish all companies had that level of customer service!

I bought a car from this place and they lied about every little thing! Mike the owner said any problems they would fix with in 30 days I took the car there and there it sat for over a week and they did nothing to it. Mike said oh I will buy it back I said ok he said oh Im over stocked now can buy it! my car was stolen and he told the investigators that I tried to sell him the car that he didnt offer to buy it .everything that comes out of his mouth is a lye!There mechanic is the dumbest or the rudest mechanic I have ever met in my 55 years on this earth! I would not send my worst enemie there to buy a car!!!

I ordered a shirt and paid the cost to send it back and then they forget about the purchase. I call them to find out where the item was and they tell me its going out that day. Please, Customer service really doesnt care about the customer.
