Good selection of spa equipment and supply. I have been shopping from this company for at least 20 years. I havent had good luck for them fixing the equipment I bought from them. I have a heavy duty dentist chair I bought from them that the electrical part broke. Its so heavy that I cant just casually take it for them to take a look at and they cant tell me on the phone if they can fix it, even though its their machine! So I am using it as is for now.

I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them. Quality equipment, good pricing, and they have been around forever. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars.

Does anyone have an email address for these guys I cant call there number as my mobile plan wont allow it. I need to order something not feeling confident ATM that there even safe to buy from online

Worst company ever to deal with. Very poor customer service. They’re all bunch of liars, specially the owner, John!!!Strongly suggest avoid dealing with him.I took my business elsewhere, after doing business with them for 2 years.There’re a lot of problems with the beds.The bed is falling apart, and John’s suggestion is to not have anybody over 200 Ibs on the bed.Shopping online, I was able to find much better deals. And by far better customer service.Thanks

I am a licensed esthetician and south a F-336 micro crystal and diamond dermabrasion instrument from this company. I called this morning and asked to speak to John the manager to inform him the diamond dermabrasion part of the instrument does not work. He was very rude and constantly talked over me and raised his voice at me. I then called back to ask to speak to the owner and a women who answered said she couldnt tell me that. They did nothing to help me and I paid almost 1,000 for the instrument and its broken. Horrible customer service, dont recommend buying anything from them.
