Very nice people to do business with. I am grateful that customer service still exist in these challenging times. I really appreciate the attitude of this company and what is important to me was the concept of taking care of a customer after the sale is done and the mattress was delivered.We bought a mattress from them online without trying it out at the store due to Covid 19 situation, the mattress arrived and we were completely surprised how firm it was and couldnt sleep well that night. I called the factory the next day, and after explaining the situation, they suggested to send me a topper to remedy the problem free of charge. They sent the topper the very next day and now our mattress feels perfect. I appreciate their kind gesture and not charging us for the topper which was very generous. It shows the quality of not just the product the they sell, but the quality of the company and the people behind their company. The other great value with this company is that they always answer their calls and with all businesses now operate remotely and all communications thur email, this is very refreshing that still there is a phone number listed on the website and someone always answers.Thank you again,
