Brought my car in at 11 and got it back at close, without apology. Don’t bother setting an appointment, they’re going to say that no one actually approved your appointment so get ready to stand around and defeat the entire purpose of setting your appointment! Your tires are actually not available that their system lies yatayata to set you up with more expensive tires. Then they’re going to add every option they can without telling you so it’s up to you to make sure you’re paying for what you NEED. Management can’t tell a steering wheel apart from the parking brake, the guys actually doing WORK should be running the place.

The place is a nightmare, slow service, small parking lot, no phone call when the car was done, tried to call and was hold for 1.5 hours……

I just had tires installed on a 1990 Corvette ZR-1. The tires are very hard to find, but they found the and got them quickly. The price on the tires was less than if I bought them myself, and the price to install them was very reasonable.On top of the above, their service and care for my car was exceptional.I will be back next time I need anything done on my cars.

Big O helped me out of a jam. Another tire dealer - Firestone - left me high and dry. Big O got me in right away and back on the road quickly for $20 less than the other! Thank you

The guys were professional. Alignment service was quick and value priced for the 5 year plan. Id recommend them if youre in the area.

Poor communication, upsold me on shocks before performing the work I came in for, and damaged my wheels.

By far the best service. You pay for what you get and honestly these guys know what they are doing. Trust them. And you won’t regret it. Their recommendations to what tires my car needed was to the T. And my shocks were switched out to new ones. Best believe you’ll get good service.

Good cervices

I have had my oil changed here multiple times and never had an issue until yesterday.When I went in they didnt have my information in the system, which was strange since again I have been there multiple times for oil changes and tire alignments.I was informed that I dont have the right kind of oil in my car. Which is strange since its a 2010 Mazda that I have been driving for 10 years. I dont see how I magically have never had the correct oil in there. Also my last two oil changes were from this very shop.Im pretty disappointed and feel as though I was taken advantage of. I guess I cant trust this place anymore.

Im not even sure where to start. I came in about a month ago as I had a flat tire. Turns out they cant fix the tire and it needs to be replaced, no big deal. But wait now I have to buy 4 new tires or else they will all wear uneven. Okay $400, not too bad. A couple hours later I get a call saying my rack and pinion and axle need to be replaced and will be approximately $1400 in addition to the $400. After waiting two days for my car, I finally get it back with a huge hole in my wallet only to find out that my windshield wiper fluid doesnt work. I return about a month later as this seems to be related to the previous repair because my windshield wiper fluid tank basically sits on top of the axel they replaced. They tell me that is has nothing to do with the previous repair and that the hoses are brittle and will crack over time. I ask them to show me the hose, which they reluctantly do, only to find that the hose was not brittle at all, but in fact, had been cleanly sliced. They tried to claim that they cut off the brittle part of the hose but were unable to show the piece of hose that was cut off. This place will rip you off, avoid at all costs!

Fast and friendly service. Junior was helpful and got my car back on the road quickly. He did his due diligence on the upsell, but wasnt pushy about it. TPMS Kits are necessary on equipped cars, but nitrogen isnt.The key to finding a good tire shop is if one of the colored dots on the tire is aligned with the valve-stem. It helps with reducing the balance weight needed, but it takes a little more practice to nail on the mounting machine.

Absolutely amazing customer service by Fernando. I had a rental car I drove from Vegas to Disneyland with my daughter & when we got to town, the low tire pressure light came on, after trying a few discount tires that google said was open, I called this Big O Tire location & from the moment Fernando answered the phone, it was great customer service. So thankful for him & the man who fixed the tires for my return to Vegas!!!!

I have been going to the store for years. The gentlemen who run this business from the front counter to the garage have had experience and know how to do the repairs that need to be done. They say if I have any questions to their service they want me to bring my vehicle back to them to reassess. They are concerned for the safety of the vehicle and keep me informed at what needs to be maintained on it. Thank you, Junior, Fernando, Junko and the rest of the crew who care about the vehicles they work on and especially the people who drive them.

They were courteous but I was under the impression that of you bought the tire warranty you did not have to pay to get your tire replaced. I had my tire less than 500 miles and got a nail in it and had to pay for a new warranty and tire tax. Is that normal? I didnt think so. Live and learn.

Fernando is the man. I have been bringing my cars for few years mostly because of Fernandos excellent customer service. He is honest and friendly. The whole crew is friendly and helpful. Its hard to find a good auto shop where you can trust they are not trying to upsale you. Fernando always looks out for me and assists me. I highly recommend this shop.

We were visiting family in California and got a huge screw in our rear tire. We went to the nearby Big O Tires, they were helpful and friendly. It turned out that they just had to patch the tire and were extremely accommodating. We were back on the road to Arizona in less than two hours. The tire has been fine for over month:) thank you !

Have been coming to this shop for over a year now, Junior and Fernando have always provided excellent service and prices.

All the staff is great! Junior helped me with all the information I needed about my tires. He was very honest and tried to work the best he could with my budget. Dropped off my car at noon and at 4 I received a called that the shuttle was on its way to pick me up. By 4:30 I was out the door with a set of 4 brand new tires balanced and alignment. Car feels amazing. Thank you guys will come back for my tire rotation soon lol

I had a noise coming from the rear of my car while driving 40-60mph and from what I read it was probably the wheel bearings. I took it to Big O and had Junior and the crew inspect it and it was the rear wheel bearing. They showed me the wheel bearing and they were shot. Junior also noticed my tires were done too and I got those replaced as well. Overall it was a bummer to have to lay down the coin for that but it is my commuter and Im glad they were looking out for me. Thank you Junior and crew. Awesome job.

I brought my car in for an alignment as my car was pulling to the right after waiting over an hour and thirty minutes my car was finished in less than twenty minutes. My steering wheel was slanted to the right an inch or so, I called them and over the phone they were awesome told me to bring the car in the next morning only to have Fernando try to bs me. After waiting an hr he arrives stating yes so your wheel was slanted, we made adjustments. Long story short my steering wheel is now slanted to the left. I am now trying to make an appointment with another place to fix their mistake. 119$ plus two hours in loss wages, Don’t go here honestly. I have nothing to gain from this post. Good day

The only thing I would change, and I am a long time Big-O customer, would be his attention to the fact that I had researched tires at Costco and Amazon and was looking for a price match or close to it. I wanted to leave knowing that I got a great deal and not just a good deal which I did.

Great service iv never seen in my whole life, me and my family where here for Disneyland and are breaks stopped working and the pads broke so they tightened the line and bled the breaks and did so with so efficiently mannered time and good respect for customers.They did a great and quick job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My son car was over heating so he took it to big o tires in orange. They told him that is was his radiator was busted and the cost for it was 400.00. He paid it then drove his car another 3 days... his car started losing power and jerking..so he took it to them again they told him that he needed spark plugs and coils which cost 600.00..he paid it and then drove off.. a couple of hours his car started shacking and jerking again. He then took it back which he demanded his money back which they gave it to him and took back their parts. And told him it could be that his gaskets was blown on engine...and the cost is 2800.00..they didnt check his car properly to find the real problem.. he had to drive his car home...now his car wont start anymore due to their incompetence...he has to get it to another shop to find out the real problem. They really took advantage of him...I would never recommend this place to no one!!!!!!!!!!!!! they r a complete rip off

These guys are so kind and so helpful. I just needed air in my tires and the local gas station mansplained to me how to use a tire air pump only for them to find the gauge was too big for my tires and the gas satation guy let more air out of my tires. i came here and they were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much. I will be coming back here for my next set of tires. They even offered me caps for my tires when some were missing. Thank you Junior so much. I feel safer driving my car.

I went in for a simple tire change, ordered the tires from another location. Guy at the desk said the job will be done in 1 hour. Almost 2 hours later I come in and they have the hood open? I got swindled into a $50 pre-order charge for bringing the tires from another shop (I could of driven the 8 miles), then a free alignment which cost me $80. After getting on the freeway for 1 exit(1/2 mile) the left front tire/wheel sounded like crickets. I pulled over, popped the hood. noticed the transmission fluid dipstick was up(WHY!? Tires arent under the hood!). The tire looked ok but why did the brakes sound like crickets all of a sudden? Loose crew banking on Freeway breakdowns and Villa Park money imo.

You have to check the online prices to make sure you dont get cheated out of getting thr lowest price or they will over charge you. this is also the place i saw them do a free inspection and threatened the owner of the vehicle that the brakes were unsafe and they were going to call the cops! one of the techs who no longer work here put the vehicles brake drums and tires back on and the thing drove away and stopped no problem

Went there today because a AAA member was told she locking lug nuts on her vehicle and that the key was lost so they couldnt help her. I get there and see shes a little irritated and ask if I can take a look since I carry some master keys for locking lugs. So I pop off the VW plastic covers and see that there arent any locking lugs on the vehicle. So I take the tire off and hand it to one of the employees to see if they could patch it. All the employees are staring at me and are like how did you get that off. I was like easy I looked to see she didnt have what you all were telling her she had. So they cant repair it and they get a tire sale. I think all those employees should give 1 hour of there hourly rate for wasting my time.

This Tire Store is mine! Unfortunately - because the tires they sell and service they provide last a long time - I dont get the chance to visit them as often as I would like!!!! Nice problem to have!!!!

Too many repeat failures with these guys, we bought new tires alignment, premium air rotation, the works and everytime we bring it in we have to tell the staff what to do step by step or they say you did not tell me you need tire rotation and air and wheel balance to do an alignment. Its a joke, they wont even check tire pressure and claim there printer is down every time we ask for the specs.Other instances where they claim our tires are wearing unevenly yet they were doing rotations Supposedly, so we started paying somewhere else due to bad service that is already prepaid here.We only brought it in to plug a flat the other day and asked for rotation and they rotated tires but did nothing with the flat.I started taking all the cars back to big dealers, you dont have to debate with the staff there, just wait and get all your reciepts and good records and better service.Other times where this site claims we have a tire that needs replacement and my SUV has a pressure sensor and its at normal PSI, and im still on the same god tire months later.Dont trust these guys, soon as i need a new tire set, it will be from another shop regardless of tire credit or sales etc. Bet on it.

Bought 4 tires + tire protection package for $1100.00. Came back for free tire rotation, the guy told me they are too busy please come back any time tomorrow. When I came back, they told me to make an appointment first.Their next door shop doing the same thing for alot less.
