These guys were great. They took my Internet coupon and final price came way down. I needed a lot of work done and they had it done the next day. They also put my new windshield wipers on that I’ve had in my trunk for a couple years that I couldn’t do myself at no charge. Great team of employees. Very nice guys. I’ll be referring my friends and family to them for sure.Not my first time there, I’ve gone several times in the past with different cars, they are always great and work done is always outstanding.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought in my car for a few tires, and a complete inspection as it is a 2009 vehicle with some shaking and vibrating in need of repairs. I had a good idea of what the additional repairs would be, and Rick confirmed them with a few more unexpected, but necessary repairs. I was more surprised when he told me they could have it all completed the same day! After a number of discounts, the final price was lower than I was originally quoted. The car drives smoothly, straight as an arrow, and stops properly again. Call to make an appointment if your car needs some love.

Terrible customer service.Had 3 different sets of tires changed there before and no problem at all.But after 7 hours of just trying to get 2 tires changed and the guy with the red beard behind the counter, Ill never be back.Guys got a total attitude problem.

Excellent customer service.Came one morning at 7am for an oil change and left in 30-40mins (one person was ahead of me). They take a long time to work on stuff due to lots of clients but they are kind and they do the job right.

Called 6 different tire shops before Firestone, who was the only one that told me they could do a tire plug from a lag bolt in my tire, in less than an hour (all others were 2 hours or longer). They told me 45 minutes but actually got me in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience!

Had a flat they couldn’t fit me in because they were swamped, put my spare on for me and sent me on my way.

Just don’t. You’d have better luck having a chicken fixing your car than these guys and it’ll be cheaper too. A LOT cheaper. Scammers.

Do not go here! I called earlier in the day. They said they had my tire in stock. When I arrived, they took my keys and told me to sit. After 45 minutes, they call me up and tell me they do not have the tire. Their sister store has it, but they suggested I drive over there. Instead, I called Big O, got in right away, and it cost me $20 less :) Thanks for wasting my time Firestone!

This is one of the only Firestone Auto Cares that takes the time to give my car a great alignment without giving me an excuse about my car being to low or something about my rims. The staff here are professional and knowledgeable on what they do.

I came in because tire pressure lite went on. Big O tires ssid Id have to wait 90 minutes. This FIRESTONE DID IT RIGHT AWAY, and told there was no flat or leak just tire pressure was too high!

I really love this Firestone. I wanted to do some complicated payment with my firestone credit card and they were quick and helpful in making sure it was taken care of. I had to call a second number but I knew exactly what to ask for thanks to them and it went smoothly.I refer my friends to this location all the time.Today a piece of my car was falling off on my way to work. They helpfully (and quickly) pulled the piece off and knowing that Im a regular didnt charge me for the work. They told me Id have to get a new piece from a dealership. I was on my way to work again and was only slightly late.This could have ruined my day but with Firestone on N. Tustin Ave my day was saved.So a note to future customers: become a regular loyal customer because they take care of you!

They like to just give me a full list about whats wrong with my car... I always work on my car so I know what needs to be done so I know they were just feeding me lies. Plus I walked outside to see how they were checking my car.. guess what I saw.. they gave me that whole list of B.S but looking at the underside of my car with a flash light and thats it. They didnt actually check anything they just looked at it. Complete scam!!! Do not go! Go to Orange Olive Garage. It is a mom and pop type of garage. Always takes care of u and is much much cheaper.

I have been going here for years, I came to get a new set of tires and the called me telling me that I would need a repair on the inner tie rod of one of my wheels, so I asked what it would cost and the guy tells me $600, $100 for the part $500 for the labor. I told them I would think about it, then proceeded to go to auto zone and pick up the part for $30, then I had another mechanic check it out and told me that all my tie rods were fine!These guys are scam artists...

Every time I go to this location I receive top of the line service. We buy all of our tires for my car, my husbands car and my daughters Jeep here.Very trustworthy and extremely kind people!

After driving a truck all night I ended up with a flat tire in the car! Delta with a scumbag towing company. Waited two and a half hours for the tow truck and was lied to and overcharged. Drove on the rim to Firestone and waited for them to open. They opened promptly at 7am and took me right in and had me rolling again by 730! Thank you Firestone for saving the day!

I took my car for an oil change. Same day the check engine light comes back on. I call the manager and he says the mechanic just probably forgot to reset the button. I take it back so they check it out and also change the air filter. They tell me that the check engine light is due to another filter that needs to be replaced (Engine filter) but it wasnt a big deal. A few hours later, the oil change light comes on. Shortly after, the engine starts to make some loud noises and smoke starts to come out. I call the manager the next day and tells me the mechanic probably forgot to reset a button or something. ABSURD! NEVER AGAIN!

For flat tire 2 to 3 hrs!! Never go again

I needed 4 new tires a year ago and Freddy did a prefect job of helping me then to purchase 4 new DriveGuard (no-flat) tires. Over time, I realized I miss the smoother ride that I was not getting with the harder rubber of the DriveGuards so I called Freddy at this store a few days ago and he offered an incredibly fair switch back to non-NoFlat tires. I ended up getting 4 Bridgestones Ecopia. Again, Freddys service was impeccably wonderful and Cory and Vanessa are great also. I highly recommend this place for tires!!!!

I came to this place and simply all what I needed to do just fix the tire that you have a hole in it and they refused to help me if I dont buy a whole set of brand new tires all this because they knew that I needed the tire and they knew it was a Sunday fiefs very bad business

Always good service here. I think one of the best things about Firestone is there credit line to help with any unexpected mechanical needs or tires.

Employees here need to take a class on customer service . I came in with my car that was nocking in the engine with cash ready to fix. The guy told me it was going to be 3500. I asked what the problem was and the guy tells me what u want me to do pour mortar in your engine? All I asked was what was broken. On top of that On my way scooting my car home car dies. I call for a tow they told me the problem. the guy who looked at my car ended up braking my battery terminal wedged it between the battery terminal and the wing nut.

Really bad customer service!! I had a bad experience at this place, they never take the time to call and inform your car is ready ! Wait and wait for almost 5 hrs to find out they were closed and I need to pick up my car the next day.

I was not expecting to be so happy with the service. in the past it was a long and tedious wait for simple things to be done. there is new management running this location. They quoted a time and delivered on that time frame. it is 200% better here.

One of the worst car shop ever. It gets better on 2nd paragraph! Everything went well till they gave me a call to let me know that the car is ready to go for a quick battery replacement. When I got there though, only guy (sales manager i believe, wont use his name cuz im not that mean) in the checkout area was looking at some shirt website I think on the phone with one of the customer. Yes, he was helping customer as well but it was one of those, super side tracked conversation while next customer was standing 3 ft away and waiting while listening to everything… maybe its his friend or whatever but he can just let me pay, give me key & go back to talking to him… anyway 15 min wait while they talk about t-shirts on the phone, got the key…Turned on the car… little weird… opened hood… found same old dying battery still sitting under my hood... Yup… so I tell the guy, he goes to garage, does not come back for 5min or so, so I go out to garage to ask and he then tells me they will do it now… so I said fine.I wait 10min or so and saw car coming around so I went out to get the car, had quick chat about resetting throttle with mechanic for few min.. Then left.. But meanwhile no one came out to apologize or anything.Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Not a good place, first they tried to over charge me for a simple tire swapping, then gave me attitude when I called them on it. At first they were apologetic, then it was almost as if they forgot what had happened and became rude once again. Save yourself a headache, go elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. They will always talk you into something that needs to be done but actually it is not needed nor mandatory. I got an appointment and i have been waiting 3 hr and my car is not in the shop yet and the employees say that it will only take 10 min and they will work on it. Disappointed!

They tried “ bait and switch “ on buying a battery. I pre ordered on line special for 134.95 then get to the store and they tell me it’s 169 because my Escalade takes longer. All the information was entered on the pre-order email. Buyer beware!

Incompetent staff and ignorant manager, they strip my oil pan and tried to charge me $600 to fix it, its new car and never had problem changing the oil. Then they just fixed it with an oversized bolt. Totally unprofessional

You know what Firestone is always been down the street from my house Ill always went there but it wasnt after a major health issue and I found myself temporary disabled and having to go there for their services that I really found out what this place is about not only did they go above and beyond but they treated me like a human being they took good care of me they got it done right away and they knew that I was in discomfort and in pain and they took such good care of me I would send my family here any day of the week

They did a number of service jobs literally from one end of my truck to the other in about three hours while I was working. I had told them I need my truck TODAY.

They take TOO LONG for the work they do. 3 1/2 hr. For an oil change and rotation are tires of a compact car. Lack of respect for Clients. Giving preference to others. Just for its appearance. That is disappointing to wait for the shift line. Another similar person arrives without an appointment, and is attended and fired in 20 min !.
