Be careful with this company, they sold me a car with a blown headgasket, and now they want me to pay for the repair, I havent even made my first payment. They are blaming me for the blown headgasket, even tho I only had the car for one week. After I told them I was not gonna pay for the repair, they stopped picking up my phone calls.

Update: 20201217After some months this truck has had numerous issues. They initially worked with me to fix a major engine issue (no issues there), following this the A/C doesn’t have hot air and shortly after that the upper controllers have been inspected and found a crack in them. I’ve been quoted a couple thousand dollars to fix both issues and have already paid near that amount fixing the previous issue through them. If you decide to purchase here I highly recommend getting the vehicle inspected professionally first otherwise they will not tell about any issues hoping you don’t find them because it’s to late.Just moved back into the States from being in Japan for six years and never owning a vehicle here. Moe made the process super simple and only took maybe 20 minutes. Was super easy to communicate with and work everything out. Most people would have probably ignored a random text from a Japanese phone number. Highly recommend. Would purchase from again.

Great experience over all! I’ve been shopping for a Toyota Prius for 3 weeks and I contacted several dealerships and visited 4 local dealerships, 1 Prius came on the market last night and I decided to contact ZeeMotors, I got a respond from Alex at 9amand asked me if I’d like to make an appointment to see the car.By 11am I was there and I was happy to finally see a clean car as it is advertised, took it on a test drive ab out 20 min which they had no problem with, the car drove perfect and I decided that I want to move forward, I asked Alex if they would offer any type of warranty he said all cars are sold as is but he offered me to take it to a mechanic before signing any paper work. I called a mechanic on Chapman close to their office and made an appointment for pre purchase inspection. After 2 hours I got a call from the mechanic shop and they informed that the car was in very good condition for it’s age, no major issues and small repairs were recommended. Alex also recommended a 3rd party warranty and he gave me a good price for 3 years/36000 miles coverage. I highly recommend ZeeMotors and was the best dealership I visited during my car hunt, exceptional customer service, no shady games or old sales tactics just the straight forward.

Very briefly about Zee Motors, I phoned ahead to make an appointment to test drive my dream car lexus ES 350 on their lot. Moe was delighted to help me out and lined me up with an appointment to meet but unfortunately due to my working hours and distance I wasnt able to stop by till after working hours, with no hesitation Moe was there fully understandable .As to my experience. when I arrived I got to meet Moe :) I explained to him I just wanted to test drive at 1st . I’ve been looking for a car for couple months, and found the one I really liked at Zee motors. Moe was very easy to communicate with, nice, friendly and took care of some little issues which were found during the car diagnostic (which took place at the service shop Moe recommended in the area). Everything went smooth with the deal. My car didn’t have license plates and he said I supposed to receive plates, registration and stickers by mail in next few weeks. After I picked up a car and he got a check, he became less responsive and more flaky. 4 weeks passed, 5 weeks passed then after 6 weeks I asked why I don’t have my documents yet. He sent me a number of his “registration guy” so I can check on the status of my documents. This guy named Omar was extremely rude to me over the phone, he didn’t want to read the address where he sent my documents to make sure it’s the right one. He was basically saying that he is doing me a favor doing my registration and he is not responsible that I haven’t gotten it. He said I didn’t buy a car from him so why am I calling him. He yelled at me over the phone.I kept asking Moe about my documents over and over, next week I finally got a registration paper.Btw, my battery died after one months of driving (I guess I shouldn’t trust that “recommend shop” where they said that battery is good) and I found my license plates in the trunk under the cover, where the battery lives). Surprise! not sure if it’s normal for a dealer to be so disorganized or my expectations are too high.Now it’s been over 2 months since my purchase and I still haven’t received my stickers. Moe stopped responding. His responsibility ends when he gets the check. Would I get my car from him knowing how much headache I’ll have trying to get my documents? I don’t think so.

Long story making it short I live in Vegas and saw the add of the Mercedes 2010 E class on craigslist that I loved. I called the number listed on the add which was for Zee Motors and spoke to Moe, I told him that Im flying from Vegas to John Wayne airport but I do not want my trip to be of a waste money and time for a false advertisement before i finished my sentence, Moe offered to take video of the car exterior and interior and pin point all the the dents and scratches if there was any in the car before taking the trip which he made it happen, I left a deposit based because I trusted his words with out any hesitation to hold the vehicle. Zee Motors, Zach & Moe were very helpful. Im not even sure where to begin. Moe called me literally minutes after the end of my TERRIBLE experience with a dealership. Right off the back I could tell from Moe professional manner that this was going to be different. I told him what i wanted, and not even a few days later he had me in my Super clean Lexus LS 460 . This company offers the full package including the extended warranty that we got, he found the car and even negotiated a deal for it that was beyond what i had hoped for. I will never go to a dealer, or recommend a dealer to anyone aside from Zee Motors they are the best. Thank you guys, Once again My husband and I thank you for the great experience that was provided . Zee Motors Thumbs UP all the way.....

I would give zero stars o.possible. Zeyad (owner) is flaky. First this is NOT A REAL DEALERSHIP. 2 Brothers running an car flip scam out of an office. So I had an appointment with Zeyad after seeing a car online. He text me, we made ab appointment fo rme to come by annnnnnd he never showed up. His partner, Moe, showed me the car and didnt have any info on it. Didnt know how to work the extras on the car and had me.jump under it to find out the condition. while I was wearing a dress...ZEE IS SHADY! They bait and switch prices. Moe even asked for a holding deposit on the car while I went to the bank with a purcjase order he wrote. Bad sign immediately. Moe is lazy and condescending and rude. Not to mention a liar and unresponsive. I didnt even end up buying a car here because I was so appalled at their service after I went to the bank.myself, while moe said he would work on his end at financing, i never received a call back from.Moe. I called him at the office and he said let.me call you back, dont leave yet Im talking to my bank. He NEVER called back. So he was too lazy to get financing to make his OWN sale, brushed me off with a P.O. and then expected.me to wait around while he MEVER called back. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT A REAL DEALERSHIP. BEWARE

My best experience Ive had so far with a used car, Ive came to this dealership based on t reviews and customers feedback, I witnessed this service my self, Moe was so professional that time passed by so quick and I was done with in 20 min because of the pre approval and having all the stipulations ready . Zee Motors is the best Used internet based dealership that you can find online. I was very skeptical about the appointment and not having an actual dealer but after stopping by I was very comfortable in doing business with them, I then was aware and understood how the operation work with Zee Motors.
