Beautiful lounge with great selection and rare gems. The crowd and owner are really nice. He will take his time to help you find what you want and looking for. Had a great time. Finally found my new therapy spot in CT.

Stopped in today for the first time. The selection in the humidor was amazing. So many cigars I’ve never even heard of, or rare ones I thought were impossible to find they had. Milly (sorry if I spelled this wrong), the gentleman who helped me was so knowledgeable and had a ton of great tips to help me find some new smokes. I’m in Wallingford but will surely make the trip again to make some more purchases and relax in their lounge

Living in RI, I asked my CT resident father to pick up a limited edition item that was sold out near me. Instead of happily selling the item to a willing and able customer, they proceeded to grill him about his cigar knowledge, testing him to see if he was worthy of buying something at their store for retail price. I should only be selling these to my REAL customers, he was told. My dad walked out of there flustered, feeling like he had done something wrong, instead of happy that he was able to help his son get a sought-after cigar. Dont pick and choose your customers, Orange Cigar. If your real customers were as loyal as you want them to be, then you wouldnt have had any available for my father to buy. If he were just a regular guy trying to buy something he had heard of, I bet he wouldnt return to that elitist -attitude shop. And neither will I.

They have a big selection of cigars and the staff is very friendly. The first time I was there within 2 minutes someone came into the humidor and asked if I needed help which I did. They suggested a couple cigars based on what I like and Ill admit the ones they suggested I absolutely loved

Walked in, was rapidly engaged by the owners. Lounge atmosphere is very comfortable, the (?)owners(?) know regulars by name. Good prices and the largest selection of pipe tobaccos Ive found, including custom blends made in house. Knowledgeable, took an interest in the products I asked for that they didnt carry, invited me to join the lounge crowd in the future. My new shop.

Excellent selection of cigars - price seemed good too. Great service from a very attentive and knowledgeable young guy who was clearly an enthusiast, and very welcoming. Two separate lounges. I sat in the front with a nice bunch of regular guys happy to welcome a stranger into their conversation.
