Dr. Ma is a total professional. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful in diagnosing your exact needs and makes recommendations and gives you options for what youd like to do. Dr. Ma also has sample contacts for you to try first to ensure youre totally satisfied before spending money on them. Overall I am very happy with the great service I get each and every time I step in to his optometry office. In fact, my entire family including my wife and 3 daughters are patients of Dr. Mas because we trust him totally and appreciate his fantastic service through the years. Id highly recommend anyone with vision needs to pay a visit to Dr. Mas office. You wont be disappointed. By the way, his front office support staff are wonderful too especially Andrew!! I chose Dr. Ma based on his stellar reviews on Yelp, so I had high expectations during my first visit with him. Upon entering his office, Andrew welcomed me and started the initial vision tests right at my appointment time. Then I moved to the examination room, where I met Dr. Ma. I was there to get two new glasses, so Dr. Ma listened to my annoyances about my existing ones and made recommendations on how these issues can be avoided with the new glasses. His bedside manner was exemplary! With my new prescriptions in hand, Andrew patiently walked me through the many frames before I settled on two of them. Both Dr. Ma and Andrew are consummate professionals, and very deserving of their 5-star Yelp review.

Dr. Ma and his staff are always kind, professional, and the business is clean and safe. I actually enjoy my appointments with Dr. Ma. I cannot say that for every doctor I have had. He is personable, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand...and most importantly to me, he takes time to answer all of the questions I have. I never feel rushed. Dr Bryan Ma and Andrew Hoang are both awesome and helpful. As soon as I entered the clinic I was greeted by Andrew. I received excellent service from the moment I requested for appointment, follow-ups, and to the actual eye exam by Dr Ma.Dr Ma really cared that you are seeing well, and leaving pleased with your eye exam and lenses prescribed. He listened to my concerns and preferences about my lens prescription. He took time to explain and answer random question that I had. I am always uncomfortable during eye exams, getting my eyes dilated, bright lights, and I blink every 2-3 secs, I tear up a lot but Dr Ma is very patient. That was so far the easiest but very thorough eye exam I ever had. Highly recommended!

Whenever it came to getting my annual eye exam in the past, I used to go to the nearest Costco or find the best deal on groupon. After a few bad experiences of running into doctors that were trying to hard sell me on unnecessary services, I did some research and found Dr.Ma online and decided to give him a try. Not only is Dr. Ma very professional and knowledgeable in his craft, he takes the time to go the extra way to make sure you are comfortable and understands his procedure and answering any questions you may have. A doctor that is patient and will listen to every concern or question you may have. A huge plus is hes young, but experienced, so someone you can depend to visit on an annually basis until Im 90....50 years away.

Dr. Ma and team are great. Ive been going to him for about 4+ years. They texted me to remind me of my appointment. They were on time, no waiting. I received a very thorough exam. They used a new thing-a-majig to look in to my eye, so no dilation was needed, but they will dilate if needed. They have a nice selection of modern frames, both regular and sun glasses. Im very happy with Dr. Ma and recommend him highly.

The entire staff was extremely friendly. Upon entry, you walk into an open clean space thats extremely inviting. Youre greeted by a staff who ask you to fill documents as a new patient and then proceed to run a few simple test. Afterwards, youre shown to a private room to wait for Bryan Ma. Bryan is very attentive and gentle when he conducts his exams. He asks questions and makes sure youre comfortable during your visit all while explaining the process and what to expect.After the examination, you walk out to select your lense and the staff assist in your selection. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend this optometry. Thank you for being patient and helping me find the perfect pair of lense even if it took me over an hour to decide lol.

Dr.Ma Is knowledgable, professional and personable. His office is pleasant with a current and modern vibe as well as a great selection of eyewear. The office is conveniently located off the 55 frwy.

Dr. Ma provided me new glasses with a minimal frame while I was in Orange, CA. Then we moved to Idaho, later went on vacation, and while on vacation the glue between the frame and one of the lenses came loose. Dr. Ma sent me a box to return the glasses, gave me a few contact lenses to hold me over, and sent me a temporary set of glasses to wear while the new frame was being fixed. Once the new frame was fixed, he mailed them to me and I return mailed the temporary glasses, all at no cost to me. Great out-of-state customer care! Sorry we lost him as our optometrist but hard to visit him regularly from Idaho. I hope we can find as dedicated an optometrist here near Coeur dAlene!
