I had a bad experience a few years ago and wrote a bad review about the staff. I apologize for that. It was explained to me exactly what happen and it was not their fault.. I made an appointment last month and was seen yesterday .. Dr Heidi is the best .. she explains everything and takes time with you. I just wanted to say again I’m sorry and I recommend this place for all your vision needs. Thank you for such a good visit and explaining so well.

The Staff is Outstanding. When I came through the door Miranda took Me to Her Desk. She could tell I felt out of Place. Unusual Environment (Drs Office). Unusual Situation (First Eye Exam ever). Lol. She took Me to side and made Me feel less nervous. The Dr was great, the Staff was Phenomenal, and the smiles were real. If youre looking for help with your Eyes this is where you want to go.

I love Dr Heidi and her staff. Would not go anywhere else. They are so friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I had my first experience at TSO in orange last week. I must say, highly impressed. The staff and doctor were very sweet and made sure I understood my RX and payment options. There was hardly any wait time which was a huge plus. I did not even have to sit in the waiting area.

Everyone is very friendly. Did not have a long wait time.

Dr Heidi gives you an exam as if you were a family member. She is kind and thorough. Her staff Is extremely helpful and she has a nice selection of frames.

I absolutely love how comfortable Dr. Doucett and her staff made my very shy 6 year old. It took 3 weeks for her to talk to her teacher so getting her to talk at her first appointment is a huge accomplishment! I was very impressed and just love this TSO.

OMG they were extremely nice and helpful! I tried on a million pairs of glasses (because their selection is legit) and the girl helping me gave me honest opinions and was very knowledgable on their lens selection! I will definitely be going back and telling all my eye defective people about them!

Heidi is an amazing, sweet, brilliant eye doctor. Yes SOME of her staff have some issues but I brought them to her attention today and she was grateful. She doesnt know the problems if no one tells her. She works strictly in the back of the office so she has no idea what happens in the front unless clients tell her. My family has used her for years and only trust her with our vision. I choose an eye doctor for her not her staff. Staff can be replaced if need be. If you are looking for a great eye doctor, look no further.

I needed glasses for my first time in 50 years.I went to TSO in Orange TX because I had a great experience with Dr. Heidi taking a piece of metal of my eye.I was very disappointed when it came timefor me needing glasses a few years later though.I understand when a outside company cuts lenses and thats understandable, but I was dissatisfied when the technician didnt even make sure that I had transitions that I payed for.I dont have insurance but didnt mind paying the 800.00 to see better, but the technician never took the time to check what they received for a crafter.I spoke with them and they said it would be taken care of in 2 weeks but I never heard back from them.I went back and asked what was happening with the lenses and they blamed it on others.I didnt care. I needed what I payed for.When they brought my glasses out they handed it to me like they didnt care. I asked if theythey w transition and they said yes. LolThe first time it didnt, so Im wondering if this time it will. Im doubting it though. I hope Im wrong.

Extremely rude staff but dont worry its new faces every time you come in! they all treat you like youre an idiot and wrong. I was told by staff they ordered the wrong lenses 30 minutes later I left I got a phone call saying they were correct. Theres no training or communication in this circus. Sounds like the doctor is the only one with a voice to make any decisions about anything, but she wont show her face when an actual problem arises. Also make sure youre not in a hurry & spare an hour or two to wait for the doctors decision. Not sure how this place even in business very disappointed and confused. Highly suggest going ANYWHERE ELSE! dont waste your time with TSO in Orange.
