你好！Great experience overall. Lost my old jade bangle and came here to buy another to represent my moms side which has Chinese. Very professional business with great quality selection. I bought a jade bangle and bead bracelet, which came with a pouch for each piece. On top of that they also do a lot of custom designs so your definitely going to find something you like or they can help make your idea into a reality.

My girlfriend came by today to inquire about a stone. When she arrived, the business hours showed they were open until 6. She rang the doorbell twice before she got an answer. When the door was answered, she asked if an appointment was needed to enter. The woman said no and asked if she could help her. My girlfriend wanted to look around the store so she could buy a stone, yet she was denied entry. A sign on the door said only three people were allowed in at a time, yet there was NO ONE in there. What gives? She was wearing a mask, so it definitely wasnt COVID related. Bad way to run a business as elitists.

My best friend and I visited Eastern Star Jade today, and we had such a wonderful experience! The owners are truly down-to-earth, and have an extensive knowledge of jade. This store is genuine and is such a wonderful place overall! Thank you so much! :)

The owners are the sweetest people! They are honest and knowledgeable. Dont go to phuc loc tho and pick up fake jade. Or even etsy. This is the real deal! Anyone can make a fake certificate. The owners here make their own pieces and import their gems from Burma (where most jadeite comes from). Happy to support a local honest business. They showed me pieces they were working on and the blocks of jade themselves. They will break down in detail why certain pieces are more valued than others. The bangle I picked up was not perfect because of the cracks but it was still very beautiful to me. Even if you break it they can make it into a custom or other jewelry pieces. Keep checking their website for new pieces, they are always working on something.

Brought my first Buddha Jade neckless. Absolutely amazing they are talented people that love what they do and I would recommend to anyone interested in the culture and buying authentic Jade. The owners were friendly, kind and helpful. Im happy I bought my first piece of Jade knowing theyd made it with knowledge past down from generations. Btw they also do custom Jade accessories if you want them to craft your ideals to reality.

What a great shop and my buying experience was great, no pressure, lots of patience and an amazing assortment of jade options. I had originally gone there with the intention of having my jade bangle repaired, I know that thats not supposed to be good luck, but loved the bracelet so much that it was worth it. However, after seeing all of their custom made jewelry that is made on site decided not only to buy a new one for my daughter but also that I know what I want for my next birthday. The options are amazing and the fact that they will customize whatever you want is better then in China. I never expected to find a store that I could trust for my jade purchases in the States and thought that only in Asia would I be able to find the good stuff. However, that delusion is gone and I would say that what you can get at this store is better then in China as you have the amazing workmanship as well as the stability of a well established US business. These guys were so kind and patient with teaching me all about the options for my purchases that I cant recommend them enough.

I recently had them create a one of a kind custom jade pendant for me. Light green jade pendant set into a 14k gold setting. The carving and gold setting were both amazing. Jessie kept me updated on the progress of the piece with photos and email description of what stage of the process they were at.
